I really enjoy the flexibility of CubeSmart. Ive rented several storage units over the years and CubeSmart, by a long way, has the easiest rental and cancelation policies Ive seen. Ive rented several where you must provide 30 days notice or have it in writing, etc. Life isnt always like that, which is why I will only ever rent with CubeSmart.

Alexis is the best! I rented a unit from her. We were late for our appointment. She greeted us with a smile and was very understanding. We were having a very long day and she got us in and out in a very timely manner. All I can say is that I truly appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. When we started moving in, I noticed that my unit was the perfect size for what we needed. And it was really clean too! I wasn’t surprised. I saw her name on the tag inside my unit. Alexis is a great representative of your company. I hope that you do all you can to keep her.

Renting one of these units has been honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First I rented it and every time I tried signing the lease it had an error. When I finally got through we got to our unit to unload and it was unlocked and already full. I contacted the emergency line but no one ever got back to me. Then when we tried to leave, our access code was denied. Again I called the line and after being on hold we were finally given a code to get out and go home. We were also never told that there’s were certain hours on the gate by any of the four people I spoke to. Then I tried to make an account on the app and they said to use the temporary password, there was no password given. So I called the line again. Lastly I get here the next day to a new unit and they didn’t put a lock in it. I will never be using the business again.

John was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything worked out as planned with the information he provided.

Very smooth set up for a climate controlled unit. Everything done online, didn’t have to go into the office to sign or pay. Brand new lock was waiting for us in the unit. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well kept storage unit!

CubeSmart is decent for a few items over a short period of time, or someone can store outdoor items here. I do not like the section that has old carpet and a moth ball smell. Alexis is cordial and helpful with estimating the real useable space.

Customer service was so kind and helpful. They noticed as soon as we took the lock off of our unit when we moved out, so it made us feel like our stuff was safe while we were there. The move in and move out process was very smooth and easy.

Very easy process from beginning the rental to ending it. We emptied out the storage unit on a Saturday fternoon. We planned to go back and sweep it out the next day and end the contract. They called us before we could do that to let us know the lock was missing. I explained to them that we intended to sweep the unit and end the contract. They told us that was not necessary, that they would do that for us and close everything out.

It was easy, contactless. Got response quickly.

Great customer service. Friendly staff as well as helpful....BUT...Update: I stayed with CubeSmart for over a year during deployment. For the first couple of months the acclaimed climate control was pretty decent. When I came back home, I immediately noticed how much I was sweating just standing in front of my storage unit. (This is a person who spent a year in Africa) I dont know why but for who knows how long, they turned or shut that A/C off.After mentioning this to management, the next day or so I notice the tremendous difference. Upon checkout, and inspecting all my stuff as I was moving, alot of my electronics were damaged due to humidity even after trying to seal them up and then sealing the boxes they were in up as well.This place CAN be great BUT you need to be on management here and make sure if you pay for climate control, you GET IT! I stayed with The Storage Place for over a year and never had this problem. I wouldnt even break a sweat while making visits to that place because of how well ventilated and cool they had it at all times vs CubeSmart. All the electronics I moved to this storage were destroyed as I mentioned.Personally I wouldnt risk your hard earned belongings in a place that seems more about saving money on electricity vs the client.

The on-site manager, Alexis has been a pleasure to work with in problem solving after torrential rains earlier this month. She also has been very accommodating in transferring me from one storage unit to another without a hassle but with a perpetual smile. Additionally, she has been very timely in her friendly calls to assist me with delivery arrivals and important updates impacting the facility.

I’ve rented storage here a few times over the years and renting at CubeSmart again. I always go back because of the cleanliness of the facility, the maintenance is extremely kept up and most importantly, the staff are so wonderful and they attend to your every need. Such wonderful customer service!! That’s why I always come back. Place has been there over 10 years and still looks new, plus it is very secured and convenient location.

We just recently rented a climate controlled storage from Cube Smart.Best decision ever to go with them. Storage is clean and well kept. Well lit and cameras make us feel very secure with our stored goods and personal safety when having to go in and out. And the price was beyond perfect and super reasonable.

Went in first thing on a Saturday morning to rent an additional space. Pat, the new Manager, met us with a smile and sincere offer to help us. She then searched and to everyones surprise found that the unit next to our existing unit was available. Pat then worked to make sure we got the best price and tied both unit together for billing and access purposes. Whole process could not have been better (unless they offered the unit to us free, of course). Pat showed wonderful customer service.

Employees were pleasant to deal with and I enjoyed the security of entering and exiting the premises.

The office worker was polite and answered all of my questions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and keep a close eye on the property. Coded access and insured locks will keep your valuables safe. Indoor units are well lit via timer and the temperature is consistent. Units have tall ceilings and are reasonably priced. Centrally located in a nice area.

I had a bad experience with Cubesmart. I took the storage unit on Saturday, and on Tuesday I called to tell them that I am not happy with the unit as it had mould and roaches. I asked for a refund since I hardly used the space for four days! I was told to choose a different unit of the same size but because my friend had the same experience with roaches in his unit, I asked for refund.Sadly I was denied the refund and my concern was not looked after by the management properly.Their response was because I “used” the storage space, they cannot refund me my money. How will I come to know about the roaches unless I actually use the storage unit? This was a strange policy. There were roaches crawling into my bags and belongings.Management was quite rude when I tried to explain my situation and I will not recommend this storage space to anyone.

Just want you to know theres a Store Manager named John that is a professional gentleman that goes above and beyond for us customers every chance he gets, taking the time to explain things and providing tours of the units to help us decide if itll work for us. He has been truly a godsend! Ive been a customer here since the summer of 2015 and his genuine personality shows and is probably the main reason why Ive continued keeping my belongings here. Because of him, I would rate this place 5 stars.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit. A woman called me to confirm my reservation and to ask what time I would be coming in to finish renting my unit. I told her around between 1:00 pm and 1:30pm when I take my lunch break for work. I got there a few minutes after 1. Office was locked and no one was there. I waited for almost an hour and no one ever showed up. Sat there my whole lunch break. Why ask me when I will be there if you arent going to make the effort to show up? Unprofessional. Take your biz elsewhere.

Loved everything about this place! From the reservation online, to arriving and receiving assistance as soon as I walked in, to being shown what my storage unit that I had reserved looked liked before I paid...which helped tremendously ! My choice was too small so they helped me find a bigger one and helped with the up front cost ..which was a big plus!! They were great and made getting a storage unit easy!!

They had the best price by far for controlled climate storage. I looked everywhere in corpus and theyre price for climate controlled storage was comparable to other companys prices for non climate controlled storage spaces for the same size. Arianne was extremely helpful and answered every question I had and showed me exactly where my storage space would be before I even purchased the storage. Whenever I need storage this is where I will go and I have already recommended them to other people.

Conveniently located. The manager is very nice and even helped us once when we had issues with our lock. They do seem to rent open space for vehicles and its sometimes a hassle when you are trying to move a large U Haul truck around the property. There was a large rain storm a few months ago and several unit had flooding, so just be aware of that. Overall its a great place to keep your stuff.

Aside from it being gated and surveillanced staff is very knowledgeable and friendly he got us set up within minutes and we were in and out with an assigned storage in no time. So this is strange- I reviewed this place under my work email already. Yes I am a customer here, have been for a while so they had it removed somehow despite it being a legitimate review. My biggest issue, besides them costing me extra money and all the stuff is why was my legitimate google review deleted. It was within guidelines, but it was negative so I guess they had to tell google somehow it broke guidelines when it did not. I want my google review back up and it is the right of the consumer to post google reviews as long as they are fair and honest from an actual customer. See picture 1 that includes the owners original response but is now not in the 124 reviews listed- where did it go?So long story short, I had a reservation here but when I showed up they did not see my reservation, despite me having it in my email which I still do.Secondly, they told me I needed to pay for a special lock that was over 12 bucks that I could have bought at wal-mart for 4 bucks.Thirdly, during the move in I needed to leave to grab a ladder for my movers but when I went the gate would not let me out even though it said Exit Granted and I had put in the right code. I made videos. There was also a man waiting outside with the same issue. The gate was in-operable. I called the emergency number to be put on hold. Then I was answered and had to go through a very stupid process of verification. Once that was done the guy said he would call someone local to get the gate opened. All told it was a delay of almost an hour which my movers cost 99.00 bucks an hour. Cubesmart doesnt care, not their money. What if it were a real emergency and someone had died?So I posted a review, told the exact truth, I dont need to lie. Owners or management responded saying that people from help@cubesmart were waiting to hear from me and wanted to reach out to me. I can pull it all up from my work gmail account even though publicly is has been deleted. So I messaged them, twice, and never heard a word back so that original response seems more like a PR move than anything legit. So I added that I had emailed the people at help@cubesmart and not a single person responded. - see Picture 2Now they have flooded, took out two flat screens, a surround sound system, two very large artisan rugs, and multiple boxes of winter clothes and my wifes work outfits. We have 2k insurance from them which is not nearly the amount we lost but what ever. We will see how that goes.

The storage facility is kept in outstanding order. My unit was cleaned and ready for me to place items in. The staff is very knowledgable and personable. Storing items here was the best decision I could have made.
