I work for a company that does alot of business with western auto took a machine there and has been there for two months we had to rent a machine thinking they would fix it in a couple of weeks. We spent alot of money on the rental just waiting for our machine to get fixed. No more business from us.

What cant this place do? They fix small engines, do state inspections, will align your wheels, cut keys, etc. They have the feel of the old time hardware store and everyone who works there is always incredibly helpful. Numerous times Ive gone in with a rough idea of how I wanted to do a project and they knew exactly what I needed. Theyre life savers!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Stephanie was an absolute dream to deal with. They did some warranty work on a GXI mower and fixed the issue that we complained about, but when the mower was returned my husband noticed a squeaking noise. Most shops would have dropped the unit off and not worried about it. They loaded our mower back on their trailer, took it back to their shop, and fixed the squeaking noise, which turned out to just be a belt adjustment. I am beyond impressed with everything from the mechanic to the customer service and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

My favorite place to walk around and see what they have. There is such a wide selection of things from kitchen to bathroom, tools , boating items pet items . Best customer service in town. Always some one ready to help. When it comes to nuts, bolts, plumbing supplies whatever they have people there that have knowledge and can help you make a decision on what you need to get to do a job. They will even go beyond what you ask and ask you do you have this because they know you will need it to complete your job . Love this place. Wish they still had Popcorn!

Good smaller hardware store NOT a big box operation. Friendly service. If they dont have what you need in stock they can usually order it. That includes parts for older model lawn care equipment. They even have hidden gems you may never of thought about.

Wonderful shopping and i hate to shop employees are eager to help you with anything at all great selection of things from cleaning supplys to lawn mower parts and new lawn mowers, household repair items and tools and fittings for just about anything. The prices are a touch above other places but well worth it with the selection of items and the kind and helpful employees.

Worst service ever. I took my craftsman zero turn for oil leak, after several several hundred dollars still not working properly and still leaking oil. The first two times they kept telling me it was different problems, after the third, fourth time they did not charge me, they kept it for 1 month each time and still has the same problem. They are nothing but a bunch of thief’s and have a worstless group of people working in that store including the owners. They change personnel very often which should have raised a red flag for me. Terrible place of business,

Only gave it 1 star because it wouldnt let me leave the stars blank! However, BEWARE of this place!!! Took my vehicle there to see why it was having trouble when starting and they diagnosed the problem and charged me $100. estimated cost would be $800 to fix. I am so glad that I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion elsewhere, as what they told me was completely WRONG!!! It wasnt even close to what they said was the problem! Got vehicle fixed for less than $50. Thankfully, I dodged that scam!!! Will never ever go here again!!! Be careful what mechanics you trust!!!

Had no idea Western Auto still existed! Hubby and I actually ran into by accident, needed our good lawnmower worked on so we dropped off at Western Auto, theyll call us back for results , diagnostic cost $32.00-- paid and left happy knowing theyll figure problem out.Several months after Western Auto repaired our good lawnmower, my hubby cut lawn, lawnmower turned on fine, he was able to cut front yard lawn but turned off the mower didnt turn back on, couldnt cut backyard lawn. The reason hubby waited a few months to cut lawn was bcuz we had no lawn to cut, our lawn was merely dirt with drought. So when he used mower after it was repaired we had exhausted the 30 day return mower for repair warrantee. Now we have to Return same lawnmower and REPAY the $32.00 for initial fee/ and repairs. Sigh...life is crazy!

I used to take my car there but after they put a part that wasnt due for repairs and I paid over $500. And manager told me anyway he was going to break sooner or later and I told him well when it break Ill bring it back but not now I didnt needed that part and he didnt give me my money back or anyting. I was there when he was calling AutoZone for the parts how much they worth One part cost $58 AutoZone part was 42 the other part he called in was $138 AutoZone price was 92 he also called to check how much the break cost he told me 75 AutoZone 45. He was charging me on two parts $54 extra Thats not including the brakes
