Setting up my insurance policies were great and easy. Getting them to answer the phone or call you back afterwards is impossible. I’ve called them twice in the last week. Never rang, always went straight to voicemail. So, I left voicemails each time. (Yes during business hours). No call back at all. If you have questions, good luck. Might have to pester them for a few days in a row to talk to somebody.

I got to admit that the customer service here at Geico. They provide that rare one of a kind services that is hard to come by. Even the customer service automated. With out hassle the automated system got me straight to my customer service representative name Vanessa who was able to answer ALL my questions with the most professional manner. It felt like I was talking to the ceo. Thank you Vanessa.

Rate increase in first renewal although never filed a claim. The corporate people I talked with told me it was a state wide increase. Called other insurance company and they had not heard of such a thing. Second person I talked to, Sarah, admitted that they paid out a lot so we, the people that dont file claims will pay for those that do. I AM OUT! I was with USAA for 20 years and they told me they would give me a great quote only to raise premiums every renewal. This is exactly what is happening. I will turn them into the State Insurance Board and find other insurance immediately. People. Dont get sucked into this scam. Go bless....

I had a great customer service experience when i dealt with the local agent here in Corpus Christi TX. Osha was very knowledgeable and informative.

Geico is the absolute WORST insurance. Most collision centers here wont take your car if you have Geico because they refuse to approve LEGITIMATE damages on claims. Ive never had this much trouble with a claim when I wasnt even at fault! Im going back to Progressive as soon as this claim SINCE 12/10/18 is done. You read that right, going on 2 MONTHS! Its like pulling teeth to get any kind of update from the adjuster. I hope someone sees this and decides to go to a different insurance company.

Had insurance with Pronto, no problem first 5 months, Geico office staff very professional and in 10 had a new policy less in cost also. I recommend Geico to anyone I know

Lets just say theyre lucky we have to have insurance but that being said I am now looking for a new insurance company because all these people or rude Ive been a customer for over 4 years and you would think after being a customer so long they would like to have a customer relationship or something positive but no they just keep adding more fees and Ive never made one claim in my life so I honestly dont believe my insurance should go up every time I renew it but they dont care so if you were thinking about signing up with GEICO please look around because you will find a better company

Had car ins. with geico. Needed house ins. so went to geico and was quoted 2200.00 dollars. Paid the full amount and then two weeks later they cancelled it. They told me it would take 10 days to give me my money back, its day 11 now and I have not seen a penny or heard from them. In the meantime I went to Farmers and got ins. for the same house and it was 900.00 dollars cheaper than geico. geico is a thief just like progressive. geico will rip you off pay attention. You also have to give these thiefs one star to post. What a joke.

I just got off the phone with a Geico agent after I received a letter telling me I was overdue with my payment. That instant I remembered that I had driven over to the local Geico agents place of business long BEFORE my policy was due but I made the horrible mistake of attempting to pay with 2 crisp $100 dollar bills. The lady at the front desk told me that they do not accept cash! She said I was welcome to go to the store around the corner and get a money order and pay them !!!! So I drove off and forgot about it. The lady I just got off the phone with from their corporate office told me I could pay in cash at their Pearland location 150 miles away or in Austin Tx. About 150 miles away or San Antonio Location about 120 miles away ....She then reminded me to please hurry up an pay so I will not be in arrears....What kind of company does business in this great country and does not accept the currency of the country?

I made a claim w/ geicko after theyre policy holder hit me while I was PARKED in a parking garage with the policy holder right there and they still denied liability even with a police report. I did everything in my power correctly and under the law and they still tried to deny liability . These guys are a joke and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. They need to make this right.

My only experience was getting a quote years back. If the info on tickets in the past 10 years werent accurate on the dates they occurred, they would deny me a policy. Good i never got on with them, all the hype at the time. So much lousy advertisement, the commercials suck, theyre are so annoying, Fred loya should merge with geico, cause I have a hunch that as horrible as loya insurance is, geico has to be as BAD with the reviews I just read

I had bad experience @ Geico Ins. Co. The people I talked was a liar , She said that the money that taking out of my account will be refunded but until now I did not receive it. Every time I call they had different story. Horrible service they increase with out notice .I had my policy get raised due to the cause of hurricane Harvey. My monthly payment went from 156.00 to 189.00 without notice . And they did nothing to try and lower my payment
