Called in today and spoke to Brenda about switching my address and activating my renters insurance policy at my new address. Let them know last minute as I am moving in tomorrow but never the less she stepped up to the plate, offered to call the complex to ensure she had all the correct information and within 30 minutes had my renters insurance complete and my new vehicle ID card showing my new address. After 12 years Progressive has let us down. We were paying $199 for 3 vehicles all full coverage and 2 adult drivers and a Teen driver. Last month I noticed that they pulled out $364 February and March. When I 1st called the lady said its because there has been alot of accidents in your area yea ok so punish us for everyone else. Screw yall... Today I went with Brenda L Tremblay at State Farm and she got me double the coverage I already had for the past 12 years and Im paying $207.. thanks alot Brenda i should have switched a long time ago. Hit her up for a quote i was scared to make a change because I hate change but sometimes a change can be for the better.
