I am a landlord and called to cancel windstorm on 1 of my properties and the staff so rude. She assumed that I take my business elsewhere very rude and unprofessional. When I bought policies, they sent paperwork thru email I signed and sent back thru email. Now they gave me a hard time told me I have to come in to sign, or they will mail it to my address and for me to sign and mail back to them thru post officeI dont know how nowadays they doing business require to come in or send paper thru regular mail only. This office is so inefficient and inconvenience.I have to cancel for all my properties and bring my business somewhere.Dont waist your time at this place.BE CAREFUL this place altered your paperwork after you signed. I came in to sign document and as soon as I walked out the lady used wipeout to alter my document. I walked back in and took picture of it. Very SHADDY and UNPROFESSIONAL insurance place.Eddie, you really need to train your staff, I was calling to cancel windstorm only on 1 property now I end up cancel everything and take by business elsewhere.

This guy EDDIE is the greatest Insirance agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with and having as my own agent!!! He takes all claims very seriously and honestly!!! He will do whatever takes to save you Monet rather than trying to find ways is squeezing more money out of you in areas you wouldn’t normally look into. He takes care of us on a personal level and this really means a lot to me!!! I would recommend Eddie Martinez any day of the week to anyone and everyone!!! My wife and I use to live in Corpus Christi and moved to Austin Feb 2012, we were so happy with Eddie Martinez services that we took his Insurance talents with us to Austin. Whenever we need something, Eddies always ready to serve our insurance needs.

The only reason i give even two stars is bc i LOVE the roadside assistance their service and promptness is awesome! BUT for $216 for LIABILITY ins a month?!?!? IS INSANE...tried discounts and all and by phone is too old to keep up w the constant updating of the drive wise app to even be able to get any discounts...i have been a customer for 10 PLUS YEARS and i am deeply dissapointed they would charge so much for such little coverage...im done and moving on thank you

This insurance company have been serving us for over 12 years. They are very professional and courteous. They have never given cause to even consider a new company. I would highly recommend them.

Do not use this insurance agent. Allstate as a whole is a great insurance company and have very quick responses on claims, but this office has the rudest most condescending staff all the way to the agent. You will be spoken as if you owed them for their service which doesnt require that much work. Please train customer service staff to be courteous and have common courtesy. Most insurance calls are not pleasant to begin with, therefore is even more pressing for your staff to know how to communicate effectively and de-escalate the situationas opposed to putting their own personal feelings first and irate the customer further.

Thank you Eddie Martinez and your Office Staff for taking good care of us and our insurance claim after Hurricane Harvey’s rage and destruction on our Padre Island. We were the lucky ones with little damage to our home but was a lot to us. That’s why you have to have a good agent to just take over and file all the claims do all the calling setting up appointments, I felt like there was nothing for us to do everything was done for us and we really appreciated everything.
