This branch has one of the worst heart less managers i have ever dealt with. I got stuck in the hurricane that caused me to sit idle for almost 7 hrs until the crew could come and cut the trees and clear the power lines. I was just 15 minutes late for their 4:30 dead line. These ppl are very shady.... Dont deal with them .. they dont keep there word... They gave me 2 week to come get my truck .... I CAME IN THE 2WEEKS THEY GAVE ME.... N THEY TOOK MY STUFF..... I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PPL ..

Needed to pick up contents from car. Very Friendly at the front desk. And taking all covid precautions. With in 10 minutes or less I was on my way. With the rest of my day.

Got to love how their yard strictly closes at 4:30pm, but come in at 8am the next morning to make sure you have enough time for work and end up sitting in your car to wait for the yard guy. Who then pulls up to work 10 minutes late for his shift. Oh how people can be so content with their jobs. Must not be any accountability.

My car was totaled and taken here. When I stopped by to pick up my personal belongings, I noticed there were items missing from my vehicle. “Someone” stole my belongings. They told me to contact my insurance company...

Besides my circumstances the people were friendly, very informative and professional. Even the gentleman handling my vehicle.

This location deserves 0 star, Angie or whatever her name is, wont allow you to talk to her supervisor when requested. Also, the location manager is also incompetent and doesnt care about customer. Will not be buying from this location anymore. I will be contacting corporate on you guys lackadaisical attitude. If you dont like your job enough to treat customer with respect at least go get another job.

Very upset with this place. My things were bagged up, as they are supposed to do however were in the back, the bed, of my truck, which got wet due to recent rain and even more disturbing is my CDs are missing!! And the ladies in the office were very rude and not helpful one bit, stating how is there evidence they were there...would not consider looking into what happened to my stuff. So appearantly no one is held accountable, so i guess they can bag your things for you, and take what they want. Awesome. I will be reporting this to BBB.

Wrecked vehicles auctioned here cannot help but make a person a more thoughtful and cautious driver. Especially the Biohazardous placarded wrecks invariably involving fatalities...
