Very unprofessional, rude and could not diagnose the problem. Told us that we just needed a new refrigerator, but couldn’t tell us why? Also, was told that the fridge needed Freon and that because it’s a self contained unit (cannot add Freon) we would just have to buy a new one? Well, interesting enough, that is far from the problem when the fridge is cooling and the freezer is at 29 degrees- if the fridge needed Freon then it wouldn’t be cooling. Paid $69 for his time but not for a real reason or dignities. I additionally called the manager/owner and he was also very rude and condescending- said if we needed Freon that he COULD do that but this was not offered by the technician. We’ve had a similar problem with our refrigerator (this was my Mother’s) and when we tried to discuss what we had been experiencing, he basically cut us off and said he would let us know what the diagnosis was. Still not resolved but will notWaste anymore time on a company that does not care about his customers. He should be ashamed of taking money from an elderly woman and for a service he didn’t perform.

They are bogus. Ive already paid 60$ service fee over 3months ago. They had to order the part which they had. I rescheduled and then they didnt show up. I was told they had an emergency. I was supposed to have the tech show up today and then got a call saying they dont have the part again. And I need to reschedule AGAIN! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO anyone

I needed a quote for a washing machine repair. Jack explained that they do not normally do that on the phone, but I had taken some decent pictures of the damage (the agitator broke out), and he was able to give me a quote without coming out, which was great, since I was going out of town. As it turned out the repairs would have cost more than I wanted to spend on a machine I didnt like, so I opted to buy new. I would definitely recommend them though. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

The repairman Albert was professional and honest about my stove even he even gave me some suggestions on what stove to replace it with as far as a brand name . I used this company several months ago to check 2 appliances that went out over my summer vacation. The serviceman was prompt, friendly and checked both appliances thoroughly. He let me know that both would cost almost as much to repair as to purchase new. I made the decision to purchase new. He recommended a brand that he repaired the least often, Frigidaire. I paid for the service call around 60 bucks and am very pleased with the service. I would recommend.

I used this company a few years ago to repair my fridge, and had nothing but trouble, attributed it to the teck. Now our dishwasher broke and our warranty company sent them out. The woman that came out seemed very knowledgeable, but the company did not send the report back to the warranty company, causing me a week and a half delay in my repair. My warranty company even called and spoke to the owner and he said it would be in within an hour, still waiting on week later.I do not recommend this company as they do not follow up.

The repair was done appropriately, but for sure dont look for a bargain. 45 minutes work was $250+tax. Zero parts. Would seem that they would either have a better way of estimating or a flexible way of charging for the repair. The young man was nice enough, but I am sure the company policy is to high-ball the price just to see if people will back off. Unfortunately, I have more money than sense.

My dryer quit working so I called Arrow Appliance Repair around 1:00 pm and Travis showed up at 5:00 pm. He diagnosed my dryer and had it working in about 20 minutes for less than what I was expecting. He was very nice and polite. I will recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair. Do not use this company, their customer service is terrible. The person who answers the phone always says that he doesnt know anything and to call the repair guy directly. He came and ordered a part for my dryer I paid $318 for the dryer not to work (exact same problem as when I first called them) When we called to let them know, the repair guy (his name is Shawn) came back for 5 minutes and told us he would have to do research and will call us next day. Well, that didnt happened and when we called them as soon as identified ourselves the guy said he had to call us back and hung up. He never did, so we left a message to not bother anymore.

Completely unprofessional & unfriendly, youll see for yourself after the first call and if you experience any problems, which I know you will.The service technician didnt even open the fridge to see check it out, he didnt look at the coils that were frozen over, didnt clean out the vent.He said it was one part, then decided it wasnt, he decided it was another part and the fridge still didnt work after that.I called to complain and the owner kept cutting me off and wouldnt allow me to voice my concern. He cut me off and said yeah, well send someone back out there. His company sent the same person back and continued to remove parts to the fridge until he gave up and said it was the original problem he first guessed. We found the part cheaper at a local store and contemplated handling the job ourselves. Im pretty sure I could have done the same thing by guessing and I have zero experience with appliances. The technician offered to give us about 20% of our money back, which we took. When we called the appliance store to get the part ourselves, they told us, he had already been by and bought it.I would never use or recommend this company to anyone! They claim superior service and there was nothing superior about them. I know not everything can be fixed but I do expect honesty and trust in their work, which is something they definitely lack. The also claim to Better yet, they get it right the first time! and didnt even come close.Had this company been more professional and actually care about the service they were providing, I would have been okay shelling out the cash to know they honestly tried instead of being taken advantage of on both calls.

Arrow is absolutely fantastic, quick service, and professional repairmen. Our home warranty sent out a repair company with an F grade from the BBB. We complained and then they assigned arrow. Arrow sent out Albert, who quickly diagnosed the problems, found replacement parts in the city, then went and got the parts and replaced them same day. Cannot recommend them enough. The other company said it would take weeks to get those parts.

Called these guys and they never came not sure the first day I called and they set up everything and told me they were going to come, no show. I called them back the next day and gave them my information again and told them I had been waiting for them since yesterday he said he would set something up and call me back never called me back. Don’t know why you wouldn’t come when you said you would and don’t understand why you wouldn’t follow up I used you guys in the past and no problems don’t understand what happened to you guys sorry guys going with someone else hopefully you fix this problem.

I dont know what the deal is with this business, but I should have read the reviews before I messed with them. I called them, they took a while to return my message. When they called back said I already called mr appliance because you didnt return my call. The guy said, well good luck, and call us back after they dont do the job right the first time. I said, ok, if they are that bad, Ill give you a try and cancel my appointment with them. Well, arrow appliance came out the next day, diagnosed the problem (drain pump was bad on my washer), and told me it would be $260! I thought that was pretty high of a price, but, I was too busy to deal with it myself, so I said, ok, go ahead and do it. The guy said he would order the part immediately, and it should be in from san antonio within a few days. It has now been a week, and I have heard nothing from them. They made sure to charge me for the visit that day ($60), and then I never heard back again. I went ahead and looked at the part, found the part number, and had it on my porch in les than 36 hours through amazon, for only $35!!! It took all of 4 minutes for me to replace. These guys were gonna charge me 260 dollars for a 35 dollar part and 4 minutes of labor! Now I see the scam of this business! They come out and charge you the mandatory $60, then give you an extremely high estimate in hopes that you reject it, and just give them the $60 for showing up to do basically nothing. These people dont want your business. They just want the $60 fee for showing up. To top it off, they didnt even put the bolts back into my washer when they left, so i had to find the bolts and pieces they didnt put back on after their half a$$ed service call. The only reason i give them 2 stars is because they diagnosed it correctly. That is about all they were good for, and now i know that when the owner said good luck, and dont forget to call us after Mr appliance doesnt do the job right, that he was just taking a stab at a business that actually has 95% good reviews. I guess arrow appliance is jealous, but if they did decent work, and werent such flakes, maybe they would have good reviews like Mr appliance.

I called Arrow Appliance , I told the man that answered that my dishwasher was not draining the water. Albert came out and asked when our garbage disposal had been placed in. And then checked for a plug in the garbage disposal. And BINGO our dishwasher started draining. We will definitely recommend Arrow Appliance to our family and friends . Called to inquire about a repair to a microwave. Quickly said we wont repair microwave and before I could ask any other questions I was hung up on. Very rude to hang up on a customer. You may not repair a microwave but I will be sure to not contact you for anything else if I ever need it.

Our dryer wasnt heating, after some research, we bought a kit to replace the usuals but alas...still no heat. I called Arrow and Albert came to the rescue....this man narrowed the issue to the coils(which we had just replaced)....Alberts eagle eye noticed a defect in the coils....fixed it lickity split!!!!! Thanks Albert!!!!!!

I called Jack about getting a part for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher (I thought it needed a water valve)and told him what it was( or wasnt) doing and he kindly gave me a tip on something I could easily check to see if it would provide a FIX...it sure did !!!...there was a piece of broken wine glass(very thin) stuck under the little float just inside the tub...removed the little piece of glass and we are back in business washing dishes (didnt need that water valve after all)....I was JUST fixing to go to Lowes and buy a new one ($$$.$$)...Im a mechanic by trade (in Ingleside) and always did enjoy FIXING things rather than TOSSING them...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARROW APPLIANCE for your repair/replacement needs...Jack was VERY FRIENDLY and TOP NOTCH in my book...Dan Habluetzel.

I was looking for an appliance repair company I read the complaints on this site. The two that stood out was a $240 job for 45 minutes of work. Then the owners comments when someone said they fixed it after a YouTube for $60. The owner said if you add a $240 service fee it would be $300. Soldiers police doctors dont get that fee why would anyone pay this place. Other appliance repair dont do it. The owner should not be responding I would not call because of his attitude.

They didnt diagnose the machine. Took over 10 days to get a replacement main board. When the repairman left the machine was still broke. 2 weeks more for another board. Replacement board didnt fix the issue. We call another repair shop and they found a broke wire off the motor circuit board new wire harness issue. Waiting to get our $ back has been taking over a month...keep getting the check is in the mail BS.

These guys are not repair men, they are simply part replacement. They do not diagnose only replace parts until they get the correct one. They have replaced my ice maker 3 times under warranty but I still have the same issue I started with. The tech actually admitted to me he just didnt know how to fix the problem. With exception of the first visit, they have always been late or just do not show up at all. Unprofessional and RUDE, the only thing I have to say about Jack, the guy who answers the phone. Do NOT waste your time or money with these guys.

Had bought a house and the previous owners had work done by arrow. So I called arrow to look at an appliance for me, they would show up on Friday. Well Friday morning comes around, he called and cancels and saying request me through home warranty. You cant request contractors through home warranty. Tell him its alright Ill pay for arrow to come out monday. Sunday he calls me and bring up home warranty again, said he couldnt believe Id willingly pay $250-$300 when I could use home warranty.Then 5 hours later he calls saying he doesnt see a way he would not get screwed by this deal. The whole thing reeks of shady. I was skeptical when I spent 5 minutes on the phone with him trying to get 20 dogs to shut up in his office, but now Im flabergasted. Id rather buy new appliances than get the run around from this outfit again.Edit to his response.The owner didnt even know what was repaired. The invoice said sensor was replaced on cooktop. He calls me 2 days later saying it was the oven that was repaired, not cooktop. I told him I would pay for them to come out and fix the cooktop. He is delusional and believes what he wants. Probably why his buisness has almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 stars. Stay far far away.

DO NOT CHOICE THEM!!! TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Wanted to charge over 300 dollars for a 30 second diagnose . Saw a single mom and thought he could take advantage on over charging me. Didnt even open the washer, he just took a look at it for 30 seconds and diagnosed. Took my money for going to diagnosis . TERRIBLE company! Putting a bad name to Corpus !

I called late in the afternoon just to get an estimate of the service call fee and a possible part needed for a refrigerator. The gentleman talked me through trying to problem solve the issue first. He was very patient and polite. I will call him back for the repair if the trouble shooting doesnt solve the issue.

I called to get someone out to fix my dryer and the man sets me up for the next day but when the next day comes he said he meant the next next day!! So when that day comes along I call and see if when he will be here and he said sometime after one, we’ll I asked if at all possible if he could reschedule me for a day he can be here before one and he just tells me to go call someone else!!! Did not even try to reschedule me. I don’t know how you can treat customers like this and still be in business!! And from the looks of the other reviews it isn’t just me that has been treated this way.
