I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Came home Friday at 5:30 to a huge mess from our dog being sick. Spoke to the owner and he was out here within an hour and was able to get our room back to normal. Great service all the way around.

Really surprisingly great experience. All dealings with carpet cleaners before we moved here were either bad or worse. We had Quality Carpet clean everything in a building we got to set up our office. It was in very bad shape. We had a ton of tile, some carpet and the air vents were so bad they were furry. They cleaned it all, great guys the manager I guess was Mike. They did great! On time. And came back twice during the sealing and drying of our tile. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

They cleaned carpet and tile that we had just cleaned for an open house by another company. The first company was a newer company in CC. They were rude, left carpet dirty along sides-especially in the hallways, and the tile cleaning was a joke-didnt look much different at all. They didnt want to make it right. The homeowner had known Quality Carpet Care from before they moved away and suggested them. I call Quality. What a HUGE HUGE difference! Mike and Jose or Joseph were very sweet. Got the carpet all clean and the tile looks new. Thanks. WOW.

D Bo guy DIDNT wanted to pay bill on work order he signed as complete. We had to tell him we going to call police. Weve photos, 4 witnesses, AND his signed work order as completed. JUST a low low class ghetto customer that tried to run a scam AND get his little house cleane D. We are oldest company on CC. Answer our calls 24 hours a day unless caller od unprofessional. We will sue the man under Texas law as he signed 2 TIMES an ok AND WHEN he couldnt get his scam he says something else. Quality customers pleas e write on on thi s. FROM homes to WalMart, HeadStart Daycares across South Texas to movie theatres. We are the.best and do all we contracted for and more.
