I have only used Emerald City once, so this is coming from a limited encounter. But, they were professional, in line with other computer service pricing, friendly and willing to take a few extra minutes to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. Not only that, but they are not fly by night or flaky techs who dont bother to answer their phones or ever get back to you. It feels a lot like a really normal business! Which from other computer related experiences has not been the case.

Friendly but unprofessional. I took my laptop here where and got charged a standard $40 diagnostic fee. They came back a few days later saying I had an issue that would cost hundreds of dollars or require me to get a new computer. I took it to a competitor for a second look where they literally fixed my computer overnight by plugging in a loose wire. Emerald Computer Works would not answer my phone calls or refund my diagnostic fee even after giving a false diagnostic. Would never recommend coming here if you want to know what’s wrong with your laptop.
