New Appearance Windows just replaced all of the windows and the sliding glass door in our house with Simonton windows, and they look amazing. My favorite part is how QUIET our house is with Simonton compared to the builder-grade aluminum windows our house came with.The crew was incredibly professional, the price was amazing and the double-lifetime warranty give us peace of mind.Two weeks later and we cant believe how much heat these windows keep out. Today it hit 93 degrees and with our old windows it would get to 79 upstairs by 2 pm and the AC would kick on for five hours or so, but with the new windows the upstairs didnt go above 74 degrees all day so we didnt need the ACWe couldnt be happier.Next day - these windows make a HUGE difference in blocking out the heat. We have one old window left, and just now we noticed that standing next to that window feels like standing next to an oven compared to the Simonton, which are actually cool to the touch.

Buyers beware!!! Customer service is only good until they take your money, after that expect a nightmare. I only received empty promises, extended delays, no call back, and finger pointing its the manufacturer issue. How is this the customer issue? I did business with your company. I paid thousands of dollars 6 months later NO resolution, my issues with the custom windows remain. The lifetime warranty is a sales gimmick. I do not recommend this business.

We used New Appearance Windows to install new windows and new French doors. They were very friendly and affordable and their work was impeccable. The from salesman to crew they were all top notch and we are very very happy with the project overall. We will recommend them to friends and family.

We had Jeff and his team install windows and french doors in our home in Corona. They did an amazing job and everything they did was professional and turned out great. We are going to be adding several doors going to our back patio and will be using them in the future. Great work guys, keep it up.
