Nothing but extremely good service. The plumbers were clean and neat. 20 and 17 years experience. They were very clear in explaining their plan of action and provided an estimate. Got right to work, cleaned out the clog on the main line from my house to the city sewer line. The then sent a camera down the line to show how clean it was and gave me confidence in their effectiveness. Originally the dispatcher said it would take until the next day to come out. I explained my situation with more detail -not just a clogged fixture: open sewage on the ground- and the dispatcher was great and was able to get a service truck out in 90 minutes. I will recommend them to anybody I know with a plumbing problem.

BHI was referred to me by friends 2 1/2 years ago. They installed a brand new A/C unit and ducting. Since then we have used them to replace our water heater, install new shower faucets, repair an outside pipe and maintenance with our A/C and heating unit. Edgar and Daniel were our technicians this morning and we now have the A/C up and running again. They did an excellent job. Edgar always answers my questions and explains everything to me. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man. I called BHI to repair my AC that wasn’t working properly and they showed up the next morning. Fernando arrived on time and made sure to do a thorough analysis before making a diagnosis. Our water heater started leaking substantially on a Sunday night and we called BHI to ask for emergency service. They were very friendly, prompt, and professional, even with the after hours call. Matthew arrived within 30 minutes of our call to assess the damage and by 3pm the next day we had a new unit installed and our 25 year old main water valve and pressure regulator was fixed as well. He even went the extra mile and fixed up the water heater stand that had been damaged. Were very happy with the work and will definitely use their services again!

BHI was able to come diagnose our AC unit the same day, which happened to be a Saturday. Unfortunately, they had to order the manufacturers part, but 1st thing Monday morning, they secured the part and they were at my house later that morning to install and fix our AC unit. Leo was on time and professional. I would recommend BHI if you need service.

TOO EXPENSIVE. Repairman determined regulator was bad. Store price was $80. BHI labor to replace was $480 for a 1.5 hr job. But DHI does not recommend any repairs. A new package unit is highly recommended. Hello, WERE ARE TALKING $15,000.00. Im going to the Goodman AC store on Essex Ct, Rdlns. (Amazon has the regulator too)

It was worth the wait BHI and Leo the technician took care of my problems in minutes and serviced the AC system. I woke up to a nightmare on Friday night when the AC system was leaking water thru my ceiling onto the floor of my house. Leo unclogged the pipe adjusted the drain and cleaned out the unit outside now I can safely use my AC system again and its working much more efficiently. Best part it only cost 80$ which isnt too bad really.

Initially, they were quite responsive and diligent about addressing a costly water main leak. However, per my tenants, the crew left the sod uncovered and in sloppy condition after replacing the pipe from the meter to the property. After replacing the main, the tenants complained about low water pressure. I was quoted $750.00 to replace the bathroom and Kitchen faucets, as the repaired pipe probably caused debris to clog system. I replaced the old faucets myself for $125.00...the low pressure was due to the newly installed pressure regulator that I simply adjusted to the tenants liking. My work in Corona needed a plumber because our bathrooms were backed up. I found BHI on Yelp. They responded quickly and they sent out Billy one of their plumbers. He was able to unclog our bathroom drains. He also fixed a leaky faucet we had in our womens bathroom. When he finished he cleaned up his work area. Billy was very professional the entire time. I would use BHI again and recommend them to others. Good job!

The new tenants of my Corona rental property were moving into the space this past Saturday, the 25th...I had called BHI Plumbing, Wednesday the 23rd, and had set up an appointment for an inspection and any repairs or replacements that might have been needed...needless to say, they came out and gave the property the most thorough inspection and explained to me in great detail what was needed to be replaced and what could be tweaked and salvaged instead of being charged for parts that could last for a couple more years. Joe and Jay came out Friday morning, the 24th, spent about 5 hours and completely made all the plumbing in the Condo brand new! I was extremely happy and also as important, the new tenants were able to move in without any problems! I was most appreciative of the fact that both Joe and Jay were extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed step by step as to what was going on throughout the process, were going to keep a good and healthy business relationship with BHI plumbing for the future!
