I have a membership, so I called Geek Squad to schedule a home repair. I was told by automation that there was a 60 minute wait. Fine, I wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. It is now over 2 hours later, and I am still listening to their wait music as I write this review. I am still waiting. I am hanging up now. Very frustrated and very disappointed with Geek Squad!
Hello,I really wanted to recognize Agent Ramirez at Store # 847.I went to store #847 today with a problem with my laptop.I work primarily on my laptop for my business and as an adjunct professor for a local university.Agent Ramirez was so polite, professional and diligent. From the moment I went to the Geek Squad counter I felt relieved and comforted. Agent Ramirez took the time to explain all of your procedures and programs. After our talk I felt buying a new laptop would be the best solution for me. I also requested the files on my broken computer be transferred to my new computer.Agent Ramirez took the time to explain things and did so in such a way that I could understand and feel comfortable making a decision that would cost a lot of money.In the end, I know I made the right decision and I truly appreciate Agent Ramirezs commitment to his duties.
