Everyone on staff especially Keisha our wonderful caring patient and understanding they take over when you can’t when you’re overwhelmed with grief for your loved one my brother‘s passing was devastating I was fortunate to see him for two hours in the hospital before he was taken off of life support he did not have COVID-19. It was heart and kidney failure at only 63 I requested that they remove my brother that evening to the cremation society they were right on it I didn’t want my brother just sitting or lying in the morgue in the hospital they retrieved my brother within hours and took care I had my brother cremated and made five extra small urnsMy appreciation and thanks to the cremation society and especially KeishaBlessings Yvonne C

When our mother passed, Cremation Society of Southern California was very helpful and caring. Everything seems more difficult during the pandemic, and Devonne handled everything. Although it has been a few months since our mothers passing, Devonne is currently working with us on a memorial video. There have been follow up texts and calls from Sarah to offer assistance, including a very thoughtful one recently on our mothers birthday. Everyone is very considerate and professional.Would definitely recommend their services.

I’m posting this regarding the services I received while dealing with the Cremation Society Of Southern California. Recently I lost my wife after some twenty years of wonderful marriage. As one can expect these situations are never easy even under the best of circumstances. Which they’re not, so in finding the right mortuary or funeral home can be a daunting task in itself.In my case it was great to have the help of my youngest sister! She in turn found the Cremation Society Of Southern California. My experience with the individuals at this facility were well beyond what one could ever expect. First, and foremost they took care of all arrangements regarding my wife from the hospital personally. They made sure I was informed as to every step of the process. The individuals at the Corona location namely Miss Devonne Rowlen the funeral director,Shara who’s last name escapes me right now, and Diana Barlet all members of the Corona facility were exceptional in every way imaginable. They extend to me,themselvesthrough such a trying time, by making sure I was first well informed as to what would take place step by step completely. However, that wasn’t the extent of their concerns as to how I was, what if anything it was I needed, they gave comfort, put me at such ease and dealt with me through their words of kindness, their genuine caring, as well meeting all my needs and wishes to the letter without question. They further gave me peace, solace as well as complete understanding. These individuals acted as if we were all members of one family with all the things they extended to us. The team of individuals assembled at the Cremation Society Of Southern California, are a top rated group that actually and generally care for each and every person they come in contact with. They attend to your every need, even after their part was finished, they offer an after care program that helps and prepares you for all the necessary things that one must do at times like these after all is said and done on their end! Further, I’m not really an emotional person, but when it comes to your soul mates passing one gets very emotional , when those times came up these individuals who don’t know me, came to give the comfort I so needed without regard of anything else but my feelings. They Prayed for me , my family and my dear departed Wife. Tell me who does that nowadays? Not many people do half as much these days. Be honest we know these types of kindness ,caring, understanding,along with prayer seem to be totally missing from our society these days. My father passed away and when we came into the building, we were treated like family. They shared a hug and a great ear from the very beginning. Listened to all of our concerns and wants and they took care of everything. Devonne made us feel comfortable during a very tough time in our lives. Communication was key for me. They called me and kept me informed every step of the way. They were also very accommodating for everyone of our needs!!! I would recommend EVERY family to use The Cremation Society of Southern California!!!

Three years ago I lost my youngest brother to a massive heart attack. It was devastating and at the time I not only had to deal with the loss, I was the executor and I had to deal with all the details that come with a death in the family. But once I called Cremation Society of Southern California, all the actual details of handling the disposition of my brother were taken care of. But at such a difficult time, the people at CSSC did so much more. There were cards, notes, phone calls and text messages to check in with me just to see how I was doing and if there was anything else they could do to help me. Recently, my other brother passed away (again, a total shock) and my mother followed three weeks later. My first call was to Cremation Society of Southern California because I knew that they would handle everything. It’s such a difficult time dealing with a death in the family and to know that at least this aspect of the process is handled, is everything! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their help and true concern for the rest of the family’s wellbeing. It means so much when you’re struggling through the loss. Thank you again, and no offense, but I hope I won’t need your services again in the near future. Three in three years is tough.

I highly recommend them and have had more than one opportunity to interact with a wonderful staff, it is why I trusted them to handle the details in such a trying time with respect and support, kindness and confidence.
