I started coming back to this car wash and now I remember why I stopped! There is no pride in the work they do. I spent $40 to get the spray wax. First they drove right past it, so I had to go tell the guy. Then he takes it back and sprays just over half the truck, runs out of spray and instead of filling it back up and finishing he told the guy to go! The crazy thing is they do it right in front of you. They do a horrible job of cleaning too.

Details of a truck detail. Due to having some things in the back seat, I did not have upholstery vacuumed but I did pay for detail of the rest of the interior. At least they were nice but for sure this is Not Worth It! I could have done this kind of cleaning myself.

Whatever you do don’t bring your vehicle to this car wash! My husband took my vehicle my brand new vehicle to be cleaned and trusted this place. My back end bumper and gate to my car is all scratched up. Talked to “Sergio” and he said he would have to “look” at their cameras. Like if it really happened he’d even be honest and tell me. Never again.

It was busy on the day I went this past weekend & I went through the drive thru wash. It got the double wash $11. I have done the $8 wash & I was satisfied before. I noticed no difference between the $8 & $11 wash. I also need to call to notify business that the second spray (it was foamy white) was not working. It only sprayed half my windshield so that means only half my car was sprayed. Then when I went to use vacuums, only 2 spaces had the vacuums working on right & left of the car. The other two slots had the hoses removed. I was not a happy customer this last time I went to this location. It’s only been my second time. First time I was satisfied. At this time, I do not recommend because I do not know if I will be returning.

Been here twice and twice they didn’t put air freshener. They didn’t vacuum the trunk and console is still dusty. When they’re done with my car I checked the trunk and told the guy they didn’t vacuum and he wants me to go back to the other side and ask them to vacuum. I called the place and told the lady and she said I have to open the trunk for them to do it. For the price I paid they should have done a better job.

I took my car here for the first time yesterday and was one of the first customers. At vacuum and at the cash register I was asked if I was a member, which Im not. I guess thats the problem because it cost $27 plus tip for the 2nd from bottom level cleaning. When I got home I opened up my back side door to get something out of the seat pocket and noticed that they had not vacuumed the backseat or floor. Then I opened the trunk and same thing, and I didnt have anything in there to block the work, they just didnt do it! I also was supposed to have a scent, there was none, and they didnt bother to wipe the inside of my back window which had a film of dust. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Not a good way to get someone to become a regular or member. I will never go back and will tell everyone at the local high school where I work not to bother either. Total ripoff!

I had an issue with my formats not being locked back in place for the 3rd time and the console not being cleaned from crumbs and debris. Carlos took care of my concerns and even refused an extra tip which I had insisted that he take. He is a great example of great customer care. Keep this man on board.

I’ve been coming to Team Dykstra car wash for about 3 years. 99% of the time, my car is pretty dirty with pollen/dust/yuck when I visit. Every time I have a consistently amazing experience where their team manages to get all that junk off and give such extra care to all the details - outside and in from the windows to mirrors, tires, and even drying the hidden parts by the trunk. You won’t get a better car wash nearby for the price! Rewards build up to free washes too. Great place with a team that works really hard to care for your vehicle.

I only use their self service wash. If youre car is not dirty their car wash machine will do a decent job, but if its hasnt been washed in a while or has a lot of dirt stains it will not do a good job. You will be doing a lot of hard rubbing to get your car looking clean. I stopped paying for full service this year because its very expensive. The girls at the front register are friendly and professional. The car wash staff not so much.

Most of the time service is good. I have had times where they have left spots in and out of the car. The hand wax is only ok. They left wax on the car but they did get out the scuff marks.

Better than a gas station drive through wash, but I dont feel I got the clean I paid the higher wash price for. Still sap all over the glass and they just pushed me out when I was done. No towel dry or anything. And you have no control on how fast you get shoved out at the air dry. Didnt even come close to drying the car. I doubt Ill go back

Not worth it. Came in dirty left somewhat clean with waterspots everywhere, inside and outside since they just let it sit there until the sun and air dries it. Told the guy receiving my vehicle if they could please focus a little more on my middle console, yes, I will write the code for that here on your window. Wrong code I guess. Worst car wash I have ever been to. About the 5th time here and so not complaining after one bad experience. its always the same, wether busy or slow.

I want to say thank you to Carlos! I took my car back the next day for a re-do and Carlos took good care of my car and did it himself. Carlos made sure it was to my expectations. Hes a good worker and makes a good manager.

Paid a $130 for the rapid 1hr detailing. It was poorly done and messy and they missed a lot of spots. Needless to say, I wont be returning!

Waited in vacuum line 30 minutes. When I asked how much longer, Danny said “you have to wait at least 45 minutes BEFORE you get your car washed” so I left. I called the manager, Sergio to ask if that’s accurate. He said “you have to wait like everyone else, we are doing the best we can. Never again..

I greatly appreciate the employees that work so hard all day in the hot sun. It distresses me greatly to see them encumbered by wearing masks, an unnatural habit that can lead to serious health consequences. I imagine the owner forces them to because maybe the local govt said something because maybe the fed govt said something because someone with Johnnie come lately medical intervention patents convinced us all about a thing that never really was.I call upon the owner to do his moral duty and review the mountains of facts that destroy the current mythology that is not only threatening the health of his employees, but doubly humiliating them at the same time.If any of them choose to wear a mask out of personal misinformed fears, I respect that. But I doubt any want to wear them, and they most certainly do not need a shot to mitigate a statistically non existent risk. Just bcz a cadre of creeps pour billions into manipulating public opinion hardly makes them right about anything. We can and must do better. The employees at Team Dykstra deserve it!

The guy who wears skinny leggings and checks in cars is kinda rude and keeps saying I can’t hear you! If this dude has a hearing problem maybe they should put someone who doesn’t plus his attitude makes you not want to go back there again!

This place really sucks. I paid $25.99 for them to do a piss poor job. They never vacuumed the trunk, all of the windows have a ton of streaks and they never dusted/ cleaned the center console interior and doors. I called the car wash after I left and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and when I told her what was wrong she said since you left the property were not responsible for what the workers did or didnt do. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place. However, the Mobil Oil Service place, right next door, is extremely capable and fast. But the car wash sucks.

This place has the most horrible service that includes the managers and the people that wash your vehicles . If you want your car washed I think Arco right across the street would do a better job . Not happy with my Grand Slam.! Car wasnt even cleaned on the inside and its part of the grand slam. SMH 10-18-20 I even had to tell the guy to clean the inside of all 4 windows. These 5 pictures are leaving the car wash

The worse car wash ever! They didnt even vacuum the car, or clean my doors or dash. I was told you have to pay extra to get the doors cleaned and the dash and seats or to vacuum good. If I could give no stars I would. Do your research people before you go wash your car.

Paid for Car Wash 39.00 it was supposed to have the interior dash Doors and looks cleaned with spray wax. But only the right side of the dash was wiped down and the back of the cab wasnt even cleaned Im not coming back.

Didnt even attempt to clean. Didnt vacuum the trunk nor cleaned inside door armrest. And as you can see by the picture didnt clean tires. Just put shine on.I know they dont always do the greatest job, this by far the worst. My windshield is blurrier than before.

Dont mind paying for the carwash or tipping the guys... Just didnt like that my new shoes came up missing....

I’ve been going to this car wash for years and they usually do a pretty good job. Today after the car came off the line the man did a lousy job applying the (extra $9 wax) but I didn’t say anything, then my car sat for almost 20 min in line to get dried, as they kept pulling other cars in front of it. The guys drying the cars weren’t paying any attention. I went to get a manager, I don’t usually complain, his name was Carlos he came over and attended to my car immediately! He apologized several times and made sure I was happy with the car. If it were not for his service I would not go back. Thank you manager Carlos

This morning I took my nearly car to this wash. Upon getting into my car when the car was completed, I discovered a brand new 5 inch scratch down the center of my glossy center console. Upon bringing it to the attention of the manager, he immediately indicated that the scratch was there before they began working on the car. This, of course, I know is not the truth. In my discussions with the manager, he said that this was a case of my word against theres and that customers often try to take advantage of the car wash. At this point, I was livid. He basically intimated that the car wash would never take responsibility for something like this. In the report that was drawn up by the car wash, it indicated that Marcos said that the scratch was already there before the vacuuming began. I am hear to confirm three things. 1. Marcos is a liar. 2. Lenny Dykstra Car Wash has no integrity. 3. After 15 years (basically since it opened) of taking my cars to Lenny Dykstra Car Wash, they will NEVER wash my cars again. I will certainly be spreading this news to others I know who take their cars there and I would encourage you to avoid this place.Almost forgot...as I was leaving the car wash, my car informed me that the trunk was open. It was only slightly open, so I didnt notice it before entering the vehicle. When I went to shut it, I had to have them dry my trunk out. I had a puddle of water in the trunk. It appears as if they just left the trunk open during the wash cycle and the trunk filled with water. I wonder if they want to claim that I filled my own trunk with water before I got there.

I brought my Hyundai SUV for an oil change and car wash. You can get their Grand Slam car wash with a full synthetic oil change as of this review (9/2019). I think it was a great value for the money, but I wanted a review of exactly what was done. Were any fluids topped off like I asked? Did they look at the air filter since they didnt replace it? I know it hasnt been replaced in a long time.The car wash was good considering what condition my car was in prior to it, but they missed obvious spots on the interior doors and center console. I asked for vanilla scent and there was zero scent.The whole experience feels disconnected. You talk to one person for one thing, then you have to watch your own car to see when it hits the vacuums so you can pay. Problem is, the vacuums are behind the building and the waiting area is in front. Maybe they could just call out the cars as they leave the oil change areas?Overall, it really is a good value for the oil change and car wash, but customer service is very much lacking.

If I could Id give them ZERO stars. Ive been going here for many many years, and today was the last straw. My car comes out of the wash bay and sits for over than a 1/2 an hour just basting in the sun while other cars come out and only sit there for less than 10 minutes before someone starts to dry it off. Now keep in mind I dont buy the cheapest wash, I get the highest one The Grand Slam after waiting in the hot sun for over an hour, I told my girls to get in and buckle up. As Im leaving the driveway to come home I noticed finger prints on the glass, dust still on the dashboard and carpet and water spots because it sat in the sun for so long. Ill never ever go back again. Btw, I was not the only customer that was watching how they would jump around from car to car and pick and choose which one they would start drying. Bye bye Dykstras.

Overpriced. Sloppy job on a small car. I removed all personal items in the car except for a 5.00 gift card to Burger King. It was stolen. Should have gone back for it but I have never had anything stolen before so I left it. I went home and looked up reviews and read that it is under new ownership. I thought something had changed drastically. Have been going there for almost 4 years. Wont be going back. I hope someone enjoyed Burger King.

Prices have gone up. As I feared, as retailers reopen after COVID lockdown, prices will go up. I paid 9.00 for a self serve wash on 2/15/20. Went in on 3/23/20 and it is now 11.00. When I first started to use the self serve wash, they would wipe down the outside. I would tip them also. Now they are not doing that. I also feel the first set of cloth wipers are too strong. They seem to hit the car very hard.

Oil change and car wash is so reasonable. We only go there.

If I could give this place no stars I would, manager got us to get their best car wash package and even gave us a discount, my husband and I were thinking cool gonna be a good wash. They didn’t even take the time to vacuum it out?? Nor did they clean the front end, it’s like they ran it through the machine washers and that was it. Now here I am cleaning my car after I just paid 30 bucks for someone else to wash my car for me.What a joke

Daniel is great! Hes the gentleman thats always up in front speaking and dressing very professionally. Im not sure why the ratings are this low with others. I know at least among all the other car washes Ive seen, this one is way better. Of course they make their money as others off of up sells that may or may not really make a huge difference in the finished level of clean but thats your choice. I had taken my Maserati for a machineless wash and told them where to be careful and every detail was followed. I had even taken my daughters boyfriends Camero in for a possible buffing job and Daniel was upfront about it possibly hurting the car due to no clear coat so we passed on that and just got an express detail. As long as you get past the point of understanding they are like every other business trying to sell you more, you will realize the job they do is really pretty good. Also their reception staff are all very polite and always good about asking for your membership number(which I recommend as I get free washes every so often).

I tried this car wash today. I did the express wash. The car wash equipment just beat the heck out of my car. No there was not any damage but the windshield and back window felt like they were going to implode. The sides of the car were hammered by the brushes that they had and one of my mirrors was flipped around backwards. it appeared to me that there were very few elements to the car wash but what there were were really brutal. I won’t be going back there again.

Seven cars that arrived after me were taken ahead of me. Very poor coordination of taking cars in order. Raised prices twice in the last 2 months. Ive been a club member for 5 years. No more. Taking my business elsewhere.

The workers were fast but they missed a tone of spots on the outside of my car. I payed for a thegrand slam package and did not receive the full service. This is the second time this has happened. I could get a better wash at the car washes at the gas stations for a lot less then this place.

Went here on a Sunday morning, after a rain storm the day before. Needed to have the oil changed on my pickup. This is the second time I have seen this place not busy. An oil change will get you a free car wash and I was charged $73 total. That price is comparable to other oil change places without a car wash. I have been here before and have a few gripes. Seem to be the same complaints over and over. First, they do not lubricate the front end steering and suspension joints like they should unless explicitly told to and they do a poor job vacuuming the interior. I brought my trusty four legged friend with me to go on a walk during the oil service and they didnt vacuum the hair off the seat. Again, this has happened in the past and I have complained in the past and sent the vehicle back through to be done properly. In other words, I knew what to expect so it wasnt a big surprise. Other than that, the outside of my truck was very clean and the tires and wheels were looking good.

Need more guys. Car dried up fast and left water drops on the car with this 96 degree weather :(

I paid for the drive-thru Grand slam car Wash which was 12 bucks. My car came out with spots and it didnt even look like the dryers did a thing. They used to hand dry your vehicle after the drive through car wash now they just wave you through like if you have no idea that your car is still wet. Quality of this car wash is not the same, would not recommend.

I only wanted to pull through the basic car wash to rinse my car off, and they made me stop and wait until the higher paying customers cars were put through the car wash. Then they tried to hurry me into the car wash behind the other car! The problem is, the other car didnt have a driver in it! All I could think about is if the car in front of me stops, and nobody gets in it to pull it forward, I would have two options... either let my car hit the other car, or do damage to my car trying to stop it from hitting the car in front of me. Any rear end collision would be looked at as my fault! I will not be going back there again!

I spent $130.00 to have my car detailed. I think I would have been better off just getting a a normal wash! Besides them doing a good job on the carpets the rest of the car looked like my kids detailed it. Some areas were great while others were untouched! It was dusk when I picked it up and didnt notice until this morning.

I brought my car in today to get a detailed wash. Paid $70. They said they waxed my car but there was still lingering bird feces on several spots. Which they tried to tell me was under my clear coat but I showed them I was able to scrape it off with my finger nail. Also there was still dirt and leaf debris in the inside of my car. Asked them to touch up areas that were still dirty and they gave me an attitude. Also the detailer left my remote access car key in the car but no where obvious. It took 3 employees including the detailer who cleaned the car to find my car keys he had left inside. I know it’s hot which is why I’m paying someone to clean my car so I expect it to be done at least halfway right. I didn’t feel like the job that was done was anywhere near worth $70. Will not be going back.

Service has dropped since my last visit, guy was inpatient and started to become literally as I stepped out of my truck. Something wet came out of hose all over my pants and he just put his head down and kept working. Lady at desk was snooty when I suggested they be more patient.

They are not organized they took 3 hours for my car service. Better organization

I had the worst experience here. Im not one to ever complain about anything even if my order is wrong. But I was extremely disappointed. I paid a lot of $ for a terrible half done job. I tried to talk to superiors to get things done right and nothing so then I requested HALF my $ back. Mind you they did half the job I did not want a full refund. I left messages for the main manger by the name of Dan. Its been over 2 weeks yet no one has called me back. They literally missed a window, didnt move my the mats to vacuum under, left black marks that I was able to wipe off with my hand, my windshield had VERY visible streaks, 2 inch wide areas that where not wiped down. I paid for this package that was supposed to be almost top of the line for a half done job. All I wanted was it done right.

I like that they added the quick cheap wash, but the dryer to way to close to the final rinse so there water doesnt run off enough before it starts to dry, so by the time you get out of the dryer, you car is still covered in water. And they dont have a place to park like other quick ones to stop and dry it yourself.

Had oil change as usual. Only problem they have I don’t care employees. Twice they washed the car after an oil change and left the back window open. I always close them before I have it washed. I had 2 incidents where they ran my car through the car wash and drenched the interior. I was lucky today, I walked up to the washer and told him my rear windows were open. Saved my car again from a drenching. They should call this place “Dumstra Car Wash” Sorry😞

Do not purchase their monthly express wash membership. Their car wash does not dry your car in any way, and you are left to provide your own towels etc. if you dont want your car to remain completely wet. Not to mention its about $10 more expensive than most places that offer those amenities

I’ve been on hold on 3 separate occasions and tried to contact via the phone number to ask for pricing. Time of day 3:23-4:02. I don’t know who the receptionist was that worked on 7-23-19 but she is horrible with the multitasking skill set and is costing your establishment by not being able to answer a simple pricing question and apparently can not answer the phone or switch back after telling me she was only placing me on a brief hold to ring out “1” customer. Extremely annoyed

First wash was fantastic, i was impressed at the immaculation and attention to detailed cleanliness.Subsequently, their work has been less than stellar, to put it mildly.Im afraid this may very well be the end of our business relationship. My generous tips are reserved for competence and rigor, and will be wending their way elsewhere.

I have never had such a terrible job done at a car wash until I went here. I paid for the top car wash and got the basic. My car was not vacuumed properly, cup holders not cleaned, streaks on my windshield, passenger window not cleaned, back seat not vacuumed, bumper not washed, and they forgot the air freshener. Thats just a few things of what they didnt do that I paid for. Cashier is rude also. Dont waste your time or money here. My 6 year old nephew can do a better job. Never going back.

I have been personally going here for years now, and I have never had one problem with my car. They do a great job and are very quick. The windshield chip guy is a third-party guy and is just trying to make his own money. Jessica is an awesome front counter host as well!

Just spent $89 for car wash and seat wash... and Im so angry I just wasted this money. Entire exterior passenger side of car is covered in water spots, the front exterior doesnt look like it was ever touched and is filthy and my passenger seat looks worse than it was before!!EDIT: Came back and showed them, they redid everything with better attention and apologized.

When I brought my Prius in completely trashed I didn’t think that there was much hope. Although a few spots remains Dash there was probably nothing they could do about those without rubbing through the upholstery - A little pricey but worth it.

Dont waste your time or money here. The express wash is the same as a car wash, in which the manager / worker on duty called this place a Gas STATION CAR WASH. I asked them to please run it through again but they refused and said I would have to purchase another car wash. At least at your gas stations they run your car through again if it didnt do a decent job, unlike this place. And they are super disrespectful, rude. Remembering why I stopped coming here.
