Stay away!! My friends and I have spent thousands of dollars here and you would think that they would treat us nicely. I started coming here when they opened because I wanted to support my local bike shop. The owner has always been moody but the older gent was always nice. I’m never coming back and you shouldn’t either. Do yourself a favor and drive to a place that won’t treat you like it’s your privilege to give them your money.Customer service? Don’t ask the owner questions while he’s working or he’ll snap at you. Don’t ask for them to do anything extra like stay open 1 minute longer. I literally pulled up to the store and brought my bike to the door while the ‘open’ sign was on and the owner looked at me, turned off the sign, and walked out the back.Spend your money where they want you as a customer. The older gent is probably the only reason this place gets any positive reviews or stays in business.

Chris and Wes are awesome. Just bought a bike from them today. Super helpful. They dont try to up-sell at all. I was even shown more budget friendly options before I walked away with the more expensive bike that I came in knowing I wanted to buy.Support local, support these guys.

This is the most hostile bike shop Ive ever been too, guy literally was insulting us when we were looking at hardtails and started to direct us their cheaper bikes bc we look like we couldnt afford it, then he started say we should go to other bike shops. Last straw was when we clicked on a shifter the guy lost his mind and took the bike away from us saying you cant do that without peddling

Couldn’t ask for a nicer and more accommodating group of bicycle enthusiasts. Stopped in for my first visit today and was assisted without delay. My tire had a leak and they handled within 15 minutes, while I waited. An extra chill cat appears to have adopted them and they take good care of their feline friend. Lots of new bikes in all price ranges available and on display. I like the cell phone handlebar attachment they have, I need one so I will be back next week.

Love this place! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive personally purchased two bikes and have referred several of my friends, whove also purchased from Citrus Cyclery. You dont get the high pressure sales tactics or walk out feeling like youre not worthy if you dont race the Tour de France. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Brought my MTB in for some repairs and was very happy with the results. Although it was more parts then I planned on buying, the prices were very reasonable and I gladly paid the extra money. Service was fast and the customer service was awesome. They answered all my question that I had about my bike and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely going to be a regular there.

The attitudes here are positive, professional and genuine. Its also a huge benefit that the owners and employees are also avid cyclists ... and strong ones at that. Sure, many shops are similar in this respect but these cats ride frequently and encourage all levels of skills to join them on their rides that occur several times a week.If youre in the spirit of supporting your local bike shop, Id highly recommend this supporting this one.

The most knowledgeable and helpful staff, they arent looking to push a sale, but more so answer questions which end up leading to sales anyway. Great customer service, and honest pricing.

Called this morning with literally 20+ questions about picking my first MTB and everything that comes with it in regards to keeping it in shape. They were very polite and professional and happy to help me. Fantastic customer service and prices. I wouldnt think twice about taking the bike here for anything.

Completely thrashed my bike and they had it back to me in just a few days.Great service, I couldnt recommend them more.

Warning- Took 4 bikes over to be serviced. They didnt do what I paid. Unfinished. To top it all off, they put Several scratches on My wifes brand new bike she got for Christmas. When taking the matter to Wes very politely. He didnt care and said they didnt do it. However, those scratches were not there when I left the bike shop. As I was leaving, he said dont come back. I turned around and said, why would I come back to do business with a place that messed up my bike? That would be pretty stupid. And then I proceed to say what an AH! I would not recommend to anyone, ever.

I love this shop we bought a Kona mountain bike here 2 years ago for my oldest boy. Every time we come back, Chris calls us by name all 3 of us. I was looking for another mountain bike for me this year jan 1 2015 Chris and wes ( sorry if i didnt spell your name right ) showed me several bikes, set the suspention sag on the 2 that i liked best even helped me with the financing. I went with the full suspention GIANT I like the bike so much im going back on Tuesday to buy one for my oldest boy. Thank you guys i wont buy anything for my bike from anywhere else..

Best bike shop in the IE to buy a bike or take your bike in for tune up or repair.

Dropped off a bike my nephew had picked up that was having problems with the cranks coming loose. They fixed it up and only charged $20. I will be back for all of our bike needs just because of this service.
