Took both my boys age 8 and 2. The 2yr old ok he was moving a lot and didnt like getting it cut. But my 8? Omg! Worst cut ive ever seen i could of done a better job in the dark with no expirence. The guy tried doing a line up and he should of just not.

Went there today 5/21 as I need some help I jacked up my own hair cutting it myself!Now in my own defense I have be cutting my sons hair and my own for years and Im usually pretty good but not today took a gash out of my hair.I looked up a barber near me and the top 2 Google rated barbers it showed they were taking customers by appointment I went with the number 1 rated Casa De Cortes.I was able to be squeezed in as I had no appointment but they came to the rescue of a bad do it yourself job and turned it into a great cut!Gloves worn, face masks, all the safety for customers and cool music and cool vibe, and most importantly a great cut! (TIP THESE BUSINESSES AND BUSINESS OWNERS AS GOOD AS YOU CAN LETS HELP EACH OTHER REBOUND OUT OF THIS!)

Ive been coming here ever since it opened because its an awesome barbeshop. My favorite barbers here are Carlos and Cesar. However, I got my haircut from Gabriel and its bad. My front line up is messed up. I mean I know they wont always be perfect but come on its really noticeable. I did not notice it when i was at the barbershop but as soon as i got home my parents noticed it. I will never be getting a cut from Gabriel again.

My brother has been coming here since he was 12 and hasnt had any problems for the last 5 years until now. A new gentleman did his hair cut (guy with camoflouge print apron) did not do a good job on his hair (way too short) when asked how his haircut was my brother advised he was not happy, the representative at the counter/cashier slammed my brothers change on the table and did not acknowledge the comment and dismissed him. Im pretty certain my brother being a young kid they felt like they could bully him and not even care that he was not happy with their services. My brother walked out upset and disappointed that they treated him like this and I am very displeased as well - its digusting that they treat loyal customers like this and I hope they dont treat other young adults like this because Ive seen a lot of teenagers come in and out of there and they spend their allowances on a good cut, they should still be treated like a customer if they are not happy with their cut - or else why even ask?! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My husband had the worst experience here ever. To begin with they have no customer experience and did not welcome upon entering. After an hour of waiting for a haircut, it took an extra 10 minutes just for them to figure out who was going to be his barber that day. Once that was all figured out, Alfred ( i think that was his name) was his barber.A tall, thin young man with a not so welcoming mug on his face. As if he didnt even want to be at work that day, gave my husband the worst possible haircut I believe I have ever seen. It took him a year to grow out his hair and he ruined the whole look he was going for.

I always come here for my hair cuts. I used to go to Navas barber right down the st but the service here is so much better and everyone is so friendly. This place literally puts the other barber shops to shame. FINALLY found a baber for my son and I . I Came soley on the word V was great with kids, and it was true. My son moves a bit while in the seat and instead of getting frustrated she would just cut from a different angle. would recommend to anyone for any hairstyle

Got my husbands hair cut today and the baber that attended him was really awesome his name is Cesar. On point. But I have to say that the baber two chairs down I think his name is Gaybrel? Kept singing and singing, it was just frustrating to have to listen to him ruin good songs that are preformed by talented people. I dont know if he is trying to get discovered or something? But I thought it was very unprofessional and tacky. If it wasnt for that this place would get 5 stars... maybe next time...
