Plan changed for no reason costing over $100 more a month after buying new phone. Little help from this place to get bill fixed. Store manager was very rude. I do not recommend this place. Looking into switching carriers.

Many recent visits to replace almost every phone on my Verizon account. The whole family got new phones. My original intent was to purchase just one but my experience was so positive and Max and Mikey were so informative that not only did they find incentives I had on my account I didn’t know about, they helped me decide what would be the best fit for each of my family members on my line including my aging parents, and found me savings I was unaware of. I can’t say enough positive about them and was recommended by a work associate who had a similar experience over multiple purchases also.

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Verizon. I was a victim of the cell phone industry rhetoric in the past. I was also very reluctant to make the switch to Verizon based on those previous experiences! Brad was absolutely wonderful. He gave us reassurance, I trusted him and he delivered on his promises. He held our hands through the entire process. It has been several months now, I am pleased with my service and give him a thumbs up for his guidance and follow through. I am almost speechless after receiving a phone call checking in on how we were doing. My husband and I both agreed that is almost unheard of.

Absolutely loved my experience there. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was SO helpful, honest, and got us the best deals. Recommend going to this location before any other.

Mikey always takes good care of me

Worst experience EVER!!.... if I could give a negative rating I would. This store took me three days (almost 8 hrs) to get done what I wanted. I was promised call backs and help getting certain things done to my existing plan which never happened. After talking to corporate about this we found out what was promise to us never should have been because the associate didnt have the right to do so. There were also additional charges that was never explained to us. I am still waiting for a call back about my phones that were STOLEN from me between the store and arriving at my kids (ones I paid out right for)... that was 1 week ago today.

She made feel comfortable, not only for the purchase, but also making sure I could contact her with any questions in the future.

Helped explain my phone that I have had for over a year. Previous store did not explain nearly as much. Very happy with the offer he gave me including a new tablet.

Kaylee was terrific. It was my daughter’s first phone and I lack in technical expertise. She helped my daughter set up the phone and went above and beyond during these difficult times. I’m coming back to that store to see Kaylee when I need a new phone.

Walked in and it took the only associate in the front of the store 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence with the 3 other people. I was informed that someone would be with me shortly as there was someone in the back. I can’t tell you who helped me as he never introduced himself. Everything was great after that, until I got home and pulled up the email with my receipts. I was not informed about that. I was not asked if I wanted the total protection plan, I was signed up for it with out my consent. Overall, I was not happy with most of the experience but I got my phone within a reasonable time. Sitting by myself and watching the traffic for over 30 minutes is sooooo much fun.

I just had an absolutely Dynamite session with Brad here to Verizon office on how to use the text messaging on my cell phone. People have been all over me for several years, mostly my adult children and grandchildren plus my wife close, to learn how to text message I think I finally crossed over. Brad was terrific and getting me going just now hooray Im John Benson 5461 Hornby Road Beaver Dams New York.

The place is fine but when we were here the guy that helped us switch our plans over didnt do it correctly. I ended up having to redo everything he did in the store for us. It seemed he didnt know what he was doing and that turned out to be correct. I had to spend at least 1 hour with Verizon tech support and than another hour with my old provider. It was quite a pain and I found out he incorrectly inputted our pins. The big plus was he was willing to give us a big discount when we bought the phones. I think we got something like $300 off of the phones (2 of them). So yeah, pretty middle ground experience.

My son was having major issues with his phone..... Brad went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping to get it fixed. Brad was super friendly and terrific CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WOULDNT go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. Originally went into the store to transfer services and port our numbers and buy watches, but After 4 hours of being at the store and an ongoing issue, we left with absolutely nothing we wanted and less. Our numbers were somehow “lost” and we couldn’t even get service from them or our original carrier/sim card. Went to this store the following day to try and resolve this issue because we were left with phones that had no service or numbers but they WERENT EVEN OPEN when they were supposed to be. Luckily the other Verizon was open and within one hour we got two new phones and apple watches. Don’t even come to this store!!!!!!!

I was looking to upgrade to a note9. Minhas Khan was extremely helpful. He did everything needed to set up my new phone. Showed me some great tips. He reviewed my plan and made changes that saved me some money too. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered all of them. He even called me a couple of days later to see if everything was ok.

Has anyone else been scammed at this store? My friend and I bought new phones and still have not received the rebate. My friend also did not get credit for an iPhone he traded in. The salesperson said they were taking care of all the paperwork. I have been back to the store and reached out to the manager several times. The manager does not follow up and is not taking responsibility for the employees actions. Poor service! I can not recommend anyone going to this store. SAD!

Very quick and professional. After waiting 45 minutes at the Verizon store in Painted Post only to find out they did not have the phone that was advertised...I went to Market Street. I was in and out of the store with the phone that I wanted in less than a half an hour.

Very unprofessional they said they were not going to run my sons credit report because they couldn’t. The manager had to do so and would take 24 hours. 24 hours for a credit report I don’t think so. They told my son son he could pay $100 today and come back for the phone tomorrow after the credit was run. I’m sorry never have I had this done. We left with out anything. But his credit was still ran. He looked up his credit on credit karma. Not a very happy with the service. So if we did decided to have paid for $100 would we have been able to get the phone the next day. I doubt it. They would tell us you already got it yesterday. If I was Verizon I would not like to have my name tied to this store. Crooks.

Not a real Verizon store. They tried to charge $25 for a free SIM card. Then they told me it had to be programmed there to work. Called the real Verizon and got a free card shipped next day and plugged it in and set up a new line in no time. Thanks for making me feel stupid.

It was Saturday at Sparkle of Christmas, and my phone decided to just quit working at no photo taking. As I continued to stroll market street, I came across Verizon on Market St. So walked in and was so pleasantly greeted by Kyle. I was referred to this store from a friends recommendation. I purchased a phone and service and was very pleased. Sales rep followed through and has been available to me whenever I have a question. I even received a follow up call a few days later.

This is the 2nd time that Minhas Khan has provided me with great customer service at Corning, NY Verizon. I certainly hope he gets credit for his excellent service!

Im really disappointed with the the our experience with manager Brad and Verizon store. We took an ipad in to have the screen replaced. They said the it would cost $99 and it would be ready in 10 days. After 10 days, no one called to say our ipad was ready for pick up. When we called, the staff was unhelpful when getting a status update. When we did make contact with someone they informed us that they wanted $250 to fix the ipad. I can understand that it sometimes things cost more than they first realize. However, no one contacted us to discuss the cost difference. When I asked why there was a cost increase, they said they guessed at the $99. They said Most things cost $99 so we just tell everyone that. I expect more from the manager of the store. It was a very disappointing experience. In the end they had the ipad for 21 days and did no work on it. It was a huge waste of time. I dont care if I have to drive to Rochester, they will not see one penny of our business. You would be better to find a more reliable company to help you with your electronics.

I dont know how to spell his name but Minhas is one of the men that works there and he a is a pervert and texts people after they leave because he has full access to all of their numbers. And now my phone is all screwed up because he thought he knew what he was doing. Now I cant even get back into my Pandora and my phone is really slow and glitchy. So I do not recommend this place at all.

The salesmen were pushy. Went in and asked for an iPhone. They incessantly pressured me to buy a Galaxy S9 instead. I said no 4 times. They continued to pressure me to buy a Galaxy S9. I said no one final time and when they refused to listen I walked out.

I used to go to Brad for everything, but Matt is now my phone guy.

Charged me to transfer info from my old phone & when I got home I had to download over half my apps again. Half of my contacts were gone. They were very rude & this is why I buy online instead of in this store. He was more concerned with me getting the phone directly from Verizon and not his store.
