Southern Tier PC has expert PC techs who are REAL people, decent, kind, courteous, respectful and respectable. AND they are reasonably-priced. I have considered them my computer fixers/updaters for years. I live about an hour away from Corning and there are PC techs much closer to me but I choose to utilize their business as I trust and like the quality of service. KUDOS Adam and company!

I have a business computer, everything I do is online ( like my business). They told me they would bump my computer up since its business . I still had to wait a week before they called me to tell me my hard drive is bad. Ok fine, now they installed another one & I have to restart my computer every morning just to get it to wake up. I have no pages that I was working on just load up. I also have to restart my computer several times a day just to get a page to load. I didnt have to do this before.

Waited almost THREE WEEKS to get my repaired computer back, paying $86 for the repair. The repair lasted two days, and I was back to having stop codes. Called and they said it might be a hardware failure then ... ok, so why didnt you check that first? They also, without permission, installed a bunch of software on my BUSINESS laptop. Just received a call from Geek Squad, it was a RAM failure and covered under warranty. This place is NOT an authorized repair center and should not be trusted with business laptops. Ive been without mine since May 24 and ended up having to purchase a replacement laptop so that I could keep my business operational. Disappointing ... tried to use a local vendor only to experience sheer ineptitude.
