Amazing, kind, considerate, and helpful staff. I made the switch to this location permanently after dealing with issues at my previous spot. I feel like I can always rely on them to go the extra mile and look out for my vehicle.

Friendly and fast but they told me they only vacuumed the driver seat floor as a part of the service. Is this true? If so Ive never experienced this before in the 5+ years Ive been coming to Jiffy Lube. On the website it says they vacuumed the interior and washed your windows. They sort of vacuumed the driver seat and did not wash the windows. When I asked they did offer for me to pull my car back in to vacuum it, but I dont feel like I should have to ask for this service if they mention it as signature and and included. Also, I had to go back to work so I just declined.

Cat is more than helpful and deserves a raise! She and the staff work quickly, are friendly, and make sure customers are comfortable while they wait.As a single woman, I often feel like I’m being taken for a ride (pun intended) when I have work done to my car, but I very much trust the employees of this Jiffy Lube. They are honest about how to save a few bucks and don’t scare you into thinking you need more done to your car than what is absolutely necessary.

I walked in with a funny noise in my car just before a trip and it was solved in no time. Every detail was explained before they did anything. Fair price for an excellent service.

Cat ran my truck thru in timely manner. Had labor and materials ready for quick in and out. She was a really good manager for Jiffy Lube. On top of things as well as friendly to customers.

Honestly the nicest people I have ever came across! They are so quick and efficient. I’ve never had bad or even concerning experience with them. My dad used to own a jiffy and this reminds me of exactly how it was! A tight nit crew working to make sure customers receive the best visit from their guests! Brought car to Jiffy Lube for inspection - was out very quickly and Cat explained everything and even helped getting wiper blades put on that I had to purchase from dealer directly b/c Jiffy Lube does not carry the kind I needed. Very efficient and will be back again for sure!!

By far the best service Ive had from a car service business, as soon as I pulled up one of the managers, Cat, came up to me and asked me what I needed and gave me recommendations for things that I needed on my car. They were extremely kind, answered all of my questions and did an excellent job on my car.A big thank you to Cat, she was extremely kind and professional.

I’ve been to this place several times to get my Chrysler 300C 2014 looked at. Had the battery swapped a year ago, oil change, 2019 inspection, and of course a few weeks ago I had a nail in my tire/O2 sensor replacement. Pali was great to work with on the O2 sensor replacement as we talked on a few occasions and provided a great customer experience. His team also did a great job and I plan to bring my car back in to this shop long term.

EMPLOYEES VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

A couple weeks ago, I went into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Everything went fine until the next day when my car would not start for me and after getting it started, the check engine light was on. Before getting my oil changed, I had not had a problem with my car for 2 years. I took the car into Pep Boys and they said that there were two problems. The first was that there was way too much oil in the reservoir and the second was that there was oil all over the spark plugs due to there being too much oil in the car.

Hospitable, knowledgeable and nice

Came there for an oil change and they up sold me on something i didn’t need. They told me that my engine was leaking oil and they proceeded to show me on the dip stick that there was no oil. They charged me for an engine clean. Then i went back to my regular place at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge and Jeep(best place) and they told me there was nothing wrong, no leak at all. I’ll never go back to Jiffy Lube.

I came in for an nc state inspection. Not only did the manager yell and curse at me for inquiring about charges on my receipt he over charges for a state inspection. The manager’s behavior was so appalling even his employees were stunned at his behavior. I am upset I did not read the reviews about this jiffy lube location before visiting this business. Had I read the reviews I would have been aware of the over charging issue but never would I have expected such disgusting and intimidating behavior from a supervisor. I did however notice how nice and respectful the employees were to the white male customer in the waiting room that witnessed the entire situation.

Almost $90 just for an oil change????? My total cost $89.01. An I mean just the oil change. Nothing else!! No top off no vacuum no other inspection just straight up remove filter and oil an put new filter and oil in. In an out under 15 minutes. Most Dealership only charges $50. My last visit to Kia of Concord was $38.46. An thats oil change, service inspection, top off, detailed reports, and full car wash. Ill start making appointments at the dealership from now on. God knows single mother with a child that has health issues need to save some money. My bad for thinking that they would be both reasonable and serviceable. Shame on you guys!!!!!! Emailed the owner direct after they sent there reply and have had no response. Im not holding my breath on it either.

You’re better off going next door to Goodyear. Came in for an oil change:-The mechanic spent more time trying to find a replacement engine filter to oversell me than change my oil.-The topic of price didn’t come up until after work was performed.-My steering wheel and dashboard was covered in grease because the mechanic was playing with my infotainment system.

Service was great. I was traveling through and needed an oil change so stopped here. We decided to grab lunch while we had the service done. I accidentally took the keys with me and the service rep walked down to the resturant (she recommended it) to get them. It was done in good time and the customer service was great. If I lived in the area it would be my go to spot for sure.

This place completely took advantage of my mom today! She went there and brought her own oil and only after they did the oil change did they tell her there would be no discount for using her own oil! Complete rip off!! We will never use this place again!

Quick, friendly service. Everyone was laid back and kind. I only had to come in for the state inspection, so I was there for maybe 15 - 20 minutes (others were in line before me also).

I went in for an oil change on Monday 1/29/19, before making it up to the building I was greeted by a gentleman named Clint, he was so friendly and willing to help me out. I was only at this location for around 30 minutes in total. During the service I noticed that they vacuum your floors and was your windows, very appreciated. Half way through the service I was asked by an older gentleman named Oz if he could grab some information really quick, he gathered what he needed and also showed me my air filter and told me what services my vehicle need at the mileage I was at. Even though I chose not to get anything extra he was still friendly and appreciated me for stopping in. The end of my time I was walked to my car and everyone of the employees wished a farewell and invited me back for future services. The employees ta I could catch names of were Oz, Clint, and Steven. Over all very friendly and informative quick lube spot. I will definitely be returning for my future services.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and less than a week later the transmission went bad. I knew something was wrong as soon as I left but I went against my better instinct.

They were super helpful and an awesome crew. That got me in and out quickly and they were accommodating of my pups.

Really overpriced. I also suspect they have a dirty filter they keep in the back somewhere because every time I go to change my oil they parade the same dirty filter out and tell me I needs it changed. I watched them last time and sure enough they walked back into the garage with that filter and put it up, then proceeded to remove and check my real filter. I also noticed they only do the dirty filter dance with their female customers. I sat in the lobby and they did it to me and another female there, but the other two men waiting for their car to be serviced werent treated to such condescending behavior.This last trip there is what really sealed it for me never returning when I had a headlamp bulb replaced and noticed two days later (the first time Id riven at night since having it changed) that it wasnt working. I took my vehicle back up there and let them know I had just had the bulb replaced but it wasnt working and asked if they could take a look at it. Thats all I said can you take a look at it. When they drove my car into the garage the tech yells out loudly We got a complaint here! and all the other techs turned to look at me.When they were done looking at my car then tech comes back into the lobby and said the only that was wrong was that it wasnt screwed it tight but he said it with such a nasty tone like it was my fault THEY didnt screw it in right or I was stupid for bringing it back or something. They were really rude and no one once apologized for inconveniencing me by requiring me to make a second trip to their shop because they couldnt properly install a headlamp bulb.Given their prices, sexist practices, and rude behavior I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone else.

I haven’t been there in a while because I usually change my own oil, but the manager goes the extra mile. Some of the best customer service I received anywhere from any business.

These people could care less about you, your vehicle or your time. 50 min of waiting one vehicle from the bay just gets you to where they might start. They should be legally mandated to remove Jiffy from the name.

My son was in NC for a college internship. He came here for an oil change. He has a 2016 Hyundai Tucson. A few months later his oil plug fell out and seized the engine. He now needs a new engine at the cost of $7,800 We have proof that the oil plug was not tighten to spec. If it was it should never have fallen out. After contacting this business several times and even having NYS Attorney General contact them .. they are refusing to make any refund or compensation. This is not what a good reputable business does. Very very dissatisfied and plan to persue legal action. They deserve 0 stars. Beware... you go here your oil plug could fall out

My brother got a oil change there and not only was he was taken advantage of because he was young and unknowledgeable, they talked him into things he didn’t need (since he only had 14000miles on his car) and payed $97 for a oil change! But a few months later his oil plug fell out of his car while driving and burned up his engine on his basically brand new car!!! Now jiffy lube wants to do nothing for us! We will NEVER be back to this jiffy lube because of how poorly we were treated!!!

The manager Steve went out of his way to fit me in when my AC went out. They have earned my business. The entire crew there was courteous and friendly.

Came in to change the oil and get an inspection for my mom. The gentleman that helped me met me in the parking lot, told me about the services, answered my questions, and was so polite and kind! Totally blown away by both the guys I talked to and how kind they were. Being a female by myself, some shops can make you feel like you are being taken advantage of or ripped off. These guys were straight forward and honest. Plus the work they did was great!!

Terrible! Just took advantage of my 16 year old son for an oil change. $80.00 for an oil change thats worth half of that. Complete RIP off. Should be ashamed of taking advantage of a teenager. I will take this higher. Never go there!

Professional, properly done and quick

Walked up thinking I was to go in the office like every Jiffy Lube. The guy says Im the guy you need to talk to I keep walking inside like I always do. The guy gets offended and stays outside looking at me every once in a while through the window. Like hes going to teach me a lesson. I walk outside and say are you coming in? He says, I tried to get your attention what a passive aggressive fool. Im the customer - wipe your hands off and come inside so we can talk pricing on the computer. Simple customer service

Went to get an oil change. Once My car was parked in the bay- after haggling over my refusal for several upsells, I was feeling uneasy and was not at all surprised when one of the employees came into the waiting room holding my drivers side (brake) light bulb (with a new one held up beside it) He claimed it was blown. Funny thing is, It’s a new car and I have a sensor that will alert me when it’s out. I refused (knowing it was in fine working order when I arrived) low and behold, once I drove down the road the sensor kicked an alert- for the same brake light he had claimed wasn’t working. Imagine the odds??? The whole vibe of the place was off and I felt swindled from the time I arrived until the time I left. I had to have them go over my bill when I went to check out- they hadn’t applied the $10 off coupon they claimed to have deducted from my bill originally and I had to have them go back and subtract it from the bill once I argued the amount didn’t seem right. Originally they said my car would need 4 quarts and they charged me for 5. Plus they changed the filter without going over that charge before they began the oil change. Needless to say I’m frustrated and disappointed with the overall service- so much so, I’ll be having a different reputable establishment check thier work (after driving to auto zone to get a new brake light) I truly believe I was treated in this manner because I am a woman and I am not knowledgeable about the inner workings of a car. I won’t be back and I certainly don’t expect anything to be done about my experience.

What kind of company are you that changes oil as you advertise so well, if you cant finish the job? My sons car came apart while on interstate, after he left your facility just to have an oil change. You people came out and zip tied it? He could have wrecked himself and others on a major interstate, in the heat, on the side of the interstate, was late for work, and like most Americans, he works for a living and was not compensated by his employer for YOUR grievous MISTAKE!!! Make no bones, about it, I will report you.

I had my jeep serviced there last week and was hearing some stranger noises over the weekend. I took my jeep back today and the District manager, Bernard, explained that he didnt have anyone to check my breaks, but offered me to come back. Which I was happy with. He was very professional and I know I was there at the end of the day! On my way out, Mason (awesome), asked me to pop my hood so he could check one more thing. Doggone yall he found the very minor issue and had me all set to go! The entire team tonight was fantastic and Im so thrilled with how they handled everything. Thanks yall!

Update:I’m changing my review from a 1 Star to a 4 Star. If you read below I had issues with this location, but soon after making my issues aware with corporate the establishment was more than happy to fix the problem and assured me that it would not happen again. So I went back today they inspected my vehicle in 15 mins and apologized multiple times. If you have an issue speak with Phil (manager) he will try to resolve the problem as fast as possible. The only reason for a 4 Star is because they are fixing this location with a clean up manager, but this location will be a 5 Star location in no time.Issue before contacting regional:I am a mechanical engineer with an automotive concentration, and also ASE certified who worked as a dealer tech for 6 years before returning to school for engineering. So I assure y’all I know this business all too well. Over the last year I have had every vehicle I own (4 vehicles) fail an inspection at this location, which was then passed the next day at a dealership without any repairs being made. The most recent case of this is an older expedition that I use to move my utility trailer and boat, I might put 3000 miles a year on this vehicle. Anyways I bring them the truck it fails over a taillight which I understand, order a taillight on the net and install, returning to the establishment for a re-inspection which fails again instantly over my exhaust, because the aftermarket exhaust has dumps at the rear axle “sir your exhaust is too short”. So for the first inspection it took over an hour with nobody ahead of myself and it fails, go back, takes 30 mins for them to fail me again which their thing was oh it failed the first time over a taillight and exhaust but we forgot to tell you about the exhaust.Just so everyone understands the exhaust I have on my truck has been on it for over 10 years and I have never had anyone fail it before this.To try to lighten the small argument we were having at the counter the mechanic/inspector says to me “listen I’m a certified inspector and we had 14 cars come in for inspections yesterday and I failed 12 of them”really! So you fail everyone and take the money for the inspection then try to upsale for additional repairs!WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else in Cornelius.

Went in to get an inspection and Spent 25 minutes observing the employees while I waited. not person out of four touched my car during this time and only One guy spent 25 minutes vacuuming a car which seemed excessive . It was very apparent they were not interested in my money or in working. Today.I left and went to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 14114 Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. Spent more time driving to this location than waiting to get the inspection.Before I even sat down to check my emails the car was done. Dump Jiffy Lube and take your hard earned money and time to the folks that will get the job done right, fast, and at a good price.

Poor communication. Messaged by manager to be here by 1:00 pm so he could fax over some paperwork to home office for payment of parts. Said vehicle would be ready by 1:00 pm. Vehicle is still in shop and the manager has no idea why. Technicians seem ok but theres a definite disconnect between manager and staff. Horrible experience!!

Out of all of the jiffy lives in the area, this one seems to be the most professional...Its in a good area, and they do a good job. Its in the lake area, which is also a plus.

Emplyees are knowledgeable and polite! Communication between employees is upbeat and comfortable showing a comfortable work enviorment. My air filters needed to be changed as well as a tire rotation. Which actually helped tremendously considering my car had a horrible wobble but was much better aftwards. Even tho Jiffy Lube does not sell tires the gentleman i talked to Rob recommended me to purchase a new set ASAP. All the employees were male but they made me very at ease I recommend any female that doesnt know much about cars to go try it out. I WILL be a forever customer!!

Took vehicle in for inspection. Employee claimed engine and cabin air filters needed replacement, and wanted $75 to change. The dirty filters they showed me werent even from my vehicle and I took pics to verify. Not a trustworthy establishment. Wont be coming back.

I had been going to this location for a couple years now with fairly decent service. Evidentially they have a new manager and he was the one I dealt with. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told theyd have me done in less than an hr. Over an 1hr later they finally had my oil changed and proceeded to change bays, because they didnt have the common sense to put a car into a bay where they can rotate tires. That took another 45 minutes once they got the vehicle in the majical tire change bay out from its oil changed. I made a comment I wasnt happy about the duration only wanting some sort of professional apology and the manager just gave me a snyde comment that Id wait longer at the dealer with not remorse for the lack of efficiency of the operation. I can assure you this location just lost a long term customer. Ill take my business to Woodies where they are true professionals.
