Amelia, Kellie and Brittany L. were very kind from the minute they showed up. They were able to clean everything I had asked them to in a thorough and time efficient manner. They asked me to walk through everything before they left to make sure that I was satisfied. I would absolutely use Maid Pro again, and would request the same crew.

We had our house cleaned yesterday by Gina, Tori, Kristen, and Mary and they did an amazing job. After recently moving to the area we had been looking for a new cleaning service we could use and had tried multiple others that were in such a rush to be done that I had to clean up more after they left. MaidPro was the first group I’ve found that actually did a good job, and this team specifically did so well that I have called to ask to have recurring cleanings done going forward.

Used Maid Pro after we remodeled a few years back and they did a wonderful deep clean for us. Recently decided to try their normal cleaning services. The two ladies did a very nice job on this service. House looked great when we came home from work. They definitely provide a good quality and professional service and would recommend. However, they do charge a premium for their services as compared to others.

Today was my first cleaning of my bi-monthly cleanings and Megan and Allison were quite the team. Everything that I asked for and all that was promised was done. I have been looking for a new cleaning service for a while. I was looking for someone dependable, trustworthy and that provided a great service. Well I have found it. Today Jessica, Elizabeth, Mari and Kirsten were amazing. They showed up right on time and were professional and did one of the best cleans my house has ever had. MaidPro is a little bit more expensive than my last cleaning crew but I will say it is worth every single penny.Now I see why they get 5 star reviews.

After the last year, the house has been looking particularly ragged and could really use a good cleaning. Ive never used a service before, and this was an excellent first time experience. I was contacted promptly after submitting a request for an estimate on the website by Kellie - who was extremely professional and personable. She was very clear about what was offered and what to expect, and we set a time right then and there. I received a reminder text the day before, which I appreciated!The folks that showed up (Allison, Ashley and Shanelle) were professional, friendly and punctual! My wife gave them a quick tour of the house and they began immediately. They wasted no time starting. I left them alone to do their thing (WFH, am I right?) and came out to the cleanest my house has been in years. These ladies are the real deal! They took years of age off my house in just a few hours!Some things to be aware of:- There are SOME services that are extra. I asked for an oven cleaning - whatever they use is magic. If youre getting the house cleaned up for painters, you may need to request the baseboard washing service, as an example. Same with fridge cleaning. Be sure to ask when you call, theyre happy to go over the cost and details. Its worth it!- If you have a particular trouble spot that the service covers, let them know - theyll work extra hard on it!- Youd be surprised the area these folks service! I live in Lake Wylie - they came all the way out to me!I ordered this as a one-time service, but Im definitely going to have them out a few times a year at least. 6 out of 5 stars! :)

This was my first time ever hiring a cleaning service, and it was a very pleasant experience. From the start, I appreciated how quickly I could schedule a cleaning. I liked that I could start small with just the bathrooms (and test-drive the experience). I received a few email confirmations with information on what to expect. I had an additional question, so I called and was able to speak to a person and quickly get my question answered. I received a text message a day or two before the cleaning that confirmed the appointment, and I received another text message the morning of to confirm the exact time that my pro would be arriving. And she arrived at the time promised. Gina was incredibly friendly and pleasant. She was very professional and put me at ease about the process. I felt mildly embarrassed about having to hire help, but she was so gracious, positive, and warm. I was concerned about one bathroom in particular, and as Id hoped, she spent a great deal of time cleaning it. She did a great job! The bathroom looks good as new. Im so happy. She was very thorough. What a lovely lady. I just cant say enough good things about her positive attitude and professionalism. Overall, working with this company was a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience.
