Im out of state (Colorado), and I called to get a price on an alignment for a 2019 Alltrack SEL because my dealership wanted to charge over $700. I was blown away at how many questions they answered without ever getting irritated once. I follow their YouTube channel and know they have a wealth of knowledge. They did not hesitate, even for a second, to share that knowledge with me. If I lived closer I would never think twice about bringing my car to them.

I bring my GLI to DAP repair for all my services. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about cars. Their prices are great, and the staff is awesome. John is always easy to talk to and very helpful with any odd questions I have asked! I highly, highly recommend DAP repair. There is nowhere better to go if you have a VW or Audi!

JOHN from DAP repair is the man. Everyone was so professional and helpful. I bought a vw not knowing anything about it and he’s been the one I interacted with every time (once or twice a month) in the 2 years I owned it. He’s the man!

Took my MK7 GTI to the guys at DAP for a DSG fluid service and they were so easy to work with I had them tune the car and throw on some spacers. They were great throughout the entire process and even stayed late for me to be able to get my car after work. Highly recommend and plan on having all my service done there.

I never take my Audi anywhere else. Top notch shop that provides excellent service.

Took a mk6 gti here for pre purchase inspection and Im very glad I did. Car ended up having multiple serious issues that where not disclosed by the dealership (NC Auto importers). The staff at DAP are very honest and helpful so trust them to take care of you.

After doing a LOT of online research on intake port blasting for our direct injected 2.0 Turbo Beetle, I was delighted to find DAP Repair. Not only was their price by far the most reasonable to be found, but the whole experience with them was wonderful. We had to drive 2 hours to get to them, but it was well worth the trip. The car now runs perfect. Their shop is likely the cleanest car repair place I have ever been to and the people there were very welcoming and helpful. Couldnt be happier.

Paul and team do a fantastic job. These guys know VW/Audi and are a much more cost effective choice over a dealership. Very professional and service is great.

Ive been eager to get some service done at DAP Repair, and finally pulled the trigger on an appointment for an oil change. A quick and easy service, sure, but the techs here took great care of my vehicle and asked about preferences regarding tire pressure, etc. Had my car in and out very quickly, not to mention you cant beat the price. I dont see why anybody would take their VW/Audi anywhere else. Hope to be back for more services!

The only people that I trust with my VW/Audi in the NC. They saved me several times from some very tight spots and are honest. Cant ask for better than that from a mechanic.

I brought my vehicle here after another Euro shop in Winston-Salem that previously had my vehicle took advantage of my situation, took money for diagnostics, lied about the results and almost voided my warranty due to their lies.Eventually took my vehicle to DAP Repair for some warranty work. First, these guys are all friendly and treat you like one of their own. John at DAP Repair always took the time to explain the process and what is going on and fought FOR ME with the insurance company.Once my claim was accepted I needed parts they didnt have on-hand, Paul from DAP Auto Parts (sister company literally next door and makes awesome how-to videos for Audi/VW applications; check them out on YouTube)actually sources the parts FOR ME and is now an authorized dealer of said parts...he made this happennin a matter of hours...HOURS.These guys have really taken care of me and have won mine, my families, and my friends business for life. Paul and John literally saved me thousands of dollars. They are the most honest and stand-up guys Ive met in my 20 plus years living in NC. If you have any EURO based vehicle, in my eyes,DAP Auto Parts and DAP Repair are the go-to guys hands down. I personally will never look anywhere else. Also they are located 1.5 hours from where I live and I gladly drive it every time. You guys rock!

Highly Recommended. I took my 2015 GTI for an inspection, the mechanic (owner?) John, gave me a detailed explanation of the state of the car. You may pay a little more than a generalized auto repair shop but its well worth it considering the knowledge that these guys have about VWs. You can tell its there passion.

Took my MK7.5 GTI to these guys for a downpipe, Intake and tune and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Great customer service (they slide me in same day) and they made quick work of a normally really tedious task.. I will continue to come back from all my performance needs

Just had my timing belt and water pump replacement done on my MK5 GTI, Fast and perfect as always, John the GM is the best, very knowledgeable on all aspects of VW, this is my 2nd visit and would not go anywhere else, also purchased many parts from DAP warehouse, same great service and pricing, if you love your VW like I do you wont go anywhere else!!!!

Absolutely fantastic guys, John and David were both very friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about the cars that they work on. Its great to have my car worked on by people who are as big of a VW fanboy as I am; something youre unlikely to find at a dealership. The service was quick and they were able to get the TTRS clutch put onto my car in a day.All in all, could not be happier that they are relatively close to where I live; it was also awesome to see where all the youtube videos are made :D

Great work. Fantastic service.I consider myself lucky to live within a reasonable distance of DAP Repair. When DAP announced opening of DAP Repair I had a premonition that it was going to be the #1 choice for VAG car service in the greater Charlotte area. Son, I am NOT dissapoint. I scheduled a Mk7 Golf R: Installation of new (larger) turbo along with some supporting mods: new intercooler and charge pipes, engine and transmission mounts, and a modified high pressure fuel pump. Ive had the car back a little over a week now, and am on my 3rd revision of e-Tune process with the turbo vendor and the car is glorious. DAP repair did excellent work, and their love of what they do manifests in ways besides my cars flawless recovery after major surgery. They put all the stock parts back in boxes and packed them all nice and neat in the hatch, taking time to use the Car-Go anchor blocks to keep everything in place. Nice touch that. While performing my initial flash on pickup they accommodated my request to get a battery tender on the car (which I really should have brought along myself - that first flash took quite a while). Ill be using DAP Repair for all the big things I cannot DIY.
