I had a 2020 Subaru Legacy as a company vehicle and Jon in the service department was the one who had made the initial impressive experience. Jon went above and beyond every time I had to come in for a 6 month maintenance check on my company leased Subaru and the service was always fast & friendly. Working in sales for most of my life, I love to watch how car sales staff treat their customers and I can say that every time I was sitting in the waiting lobby, I never once saw a shady looking person just trying to make a deal. What I did see was sales staff actually educating their customers on their options and not being pushy if they did not have what their customers were looking for. The lobby area was also comfortable and stocked with beverages and snacks for those who have to stay longer. They offered me a shuttle ride back to my house but I decided to stay because the atmosphere was quiet and calm and comfortable every time I visited for servicing. To end a long story, I changed jobs and needed to buy a personal vehicle again and their dealership was the first to come to my mind. My husband (a first responder) and I test drove multiple vehicles at many dealerships and we were harassed and tossed around by every dealership until I said enough is enough let’s go to Huffines Subaru in Corinth. He had a long shift and I explained this to Trey Meador who was in contact with me that day and Trey located the exact vehicle I was looking for, transferred it to their lot(same day) and even went above and beyond to have all of the paperwork emailed to me and ready on the table when we got there to not waste any of our time. Outstanding dealership. The handled the warranty work on my Outback quicky and professionally. As a working parent I was able to get a loner from the dealership while mine was getting worked on. I had was given a Outback as a loner and I was amazed at how hassle free that experience was. The waiting room was clean and had free snacks, water, pop, juice and at least 6 different types of Coffee to choose from. While I was looking around I was not constantly hassled by salesman. I liked that. Having just moved from Chicago my family was looking for a new Subaru dealership (were a Subaru family) we found one.

New vehicle delivered without being cleaned. Dealer proposes we drive an hour back to have it rectified. Weve purchased many new vehicles and have never seen a new car delivered in such bad condition. Even worse I cant believe the dealer expects us to drive back and take time out of our day to handle their mistake.

This Subaru dealership is great for buying and the transparency is excellent. They went above and beyond to meet our needs when purchasing a new Outback.My complaint is I had hoped that they would match other local Subaru dealers service coupons. I received a Subaru oil change coupon in the mail from another dealership and it was for a full synthetic oil change for $54.95. Called Huffines and asked the lady that answered in service if they would match it. At first she says yes and then she said to wait while she verified with a service advisor. She came back to the phone and said that no that they wouldn’t match it and the lowest price they could give was more than that coupon price.So, I didn’t schedule an oil change visit and will go to their competitor for service. Very disappointed because I have only used Huffines Subaru to service my new Outback up until this point.

Wasnt really sure I wanted to buy a new car as there didnt seem to be that much difference in the 2018 & 2020 Outbacks after I ruled out the new Forester. We took a 100 mile road trip yesterday with me doing all the driving and I really like the car and am happy I bought it. My husband played with the info system and helped me understand it. The ride is great and the seats are very comfortable for both of us. I did have the stop/start work one time as I forgot to change the setting!! That wont happen again! They have a couple of really exciting machines here at this car lot. The thing I dont like about this dealership is that they wont negotiate off the price very much. I guess they dont think that people have purchased vehicles before, do their homework and research, and know certain aspects of the game, e.g., hidden dealer fees among others. Its all good though. I just might have to go to a high volume dealer to get a better price on a new vehicle. The 2018 BRZ & WRX are a couple of powerful rides!
