I have had a similar experience as Dusty, unfortunately. Ed Fortuna is very unprofessional, unresponsive and the quality of work is not impressive. We had Ed and his company remodel our bathroom upstairs and had nothing but issues. Ed does the plumbing himself and sadly, every plumbing job (upstairs bath, master bath and pool plumbing) had issues and cost us expensive damages and repairs. Ed demolished the powder room which is now completely inoperable and even flooding. He started the Master bath and only completed about 70% of the work and has left us with a partially complete bathroom and water damages to floors, walls and trim. I finally confronted Ed and he stated that he is busy with other jobs and to take him to smalls claims court. Very disappointed and disgusted with the unprofessionalism of Ed and his company. Save yourself the hassle and do not work with this guy.

After months of working with Ed, and him knowing how big our project is, signing a contract, and not meeting deadlines that HE set in order to get the plans in, he comes back nearly 3 weeks after signing with After considering my own work load situation at this time and in being fair to you all and myself, I dont think that I can commit myself to doing your project. I am beyond disappointed in his lack of professionalism how he has handled this. Now we have to start this process all over with another contractor, when all he had to do was say early on it wasnt a job he could do.
