I was expecting to have to call myself, which I don’t have a problem doing, but just being offered some additional help without asking really goes a long way. After talking more, I decided to have him evaluate my business insurance and he worked hard to line item each individual coverage to ensure I was properly protected. First time in awhile I felt like I was getting personalized service from an insurance carrier. I highly recommend having Tailor see what he can do for you in any area you need. He also walked me through some life insurance information which can be like a foreign language. All in all, solid experience!

I just purchased a homeowners policy through this agency using Emily Wolter. I priced shopped them with other agencies and they were very competitive. Emily and her team gave me a variety of options and the setup process went smoothly.Unfortunately, 2 weeks after purchasing the policy, I had a plumbing leak in my condo. I had to open a claim and I must say they were great. They sent an adjuster out quickly and helped me find a local restoration company. They paid an amount, that I felt was very fair, with no hassles.On my next renewal, I’ll be rolling in my auto’s, as well.I highly recommend Emily Wolter and the Tailor Solbrack agency.
