We took our van into Christian Brothers Corinth to fix some bad steering vibrations. After $800 of repairs, I drove it home and the problem was still there. We were leaving on a trip the next day so there wasn’t time to re-pursue the issue. While checking the oil, I found that the tech had left both our AC system caps off, which was careless. I emailed the shop about the continued issue (because they’re closed on weekends) and was called back the next week. This is where my one star experience started to improve to a four star experience. Although it took a lot of phone-time and coordination, the Christian Brothers in Corinth arranged to have our car *truly* repaired at another shop on Florida, near where we were staying. They made sure the steering/vibration issue was actually taken care of, and made sure we only paid for what we were responsible for. They took care of the rest. All the owners were great, and I felt much better about getting back on the road with the issue resolved.

I can not even begin to say what a wonderful place this is. They go above and beyond any other place I have ever dealt with. They are honest and trustworthy. They were quick, straightforward with their pricing, conveniently sent a text with a link for estimates so I could decide what I did and did not want them to fix this time- and know the prices up front for each thing. It was the whole list of what needed to be done, organized by urgency/safety & allowed me to privately choose what I could afford to accept & have fixed at this time. Theyre a little more expensive then the shade tree mechanics Im used to but theyre honest and guarantee the work they do, which actually saved me money in the end.Also, they werent judgmental- I have lots of cosmetic damage to the interior & nobody judged my ghetto truck... even tho they didnt know how to put the windows back up 😂! (Story for another time) 😂🤣🤦‍♀️

Before I arrived for the first time, I spoke with Alex on the phone. Certainly professional, but most personable, and did not rush me off the phone. I went for vehicle inspection for the first time to Christian Brothers on Friday at 5:20pm and they graciously attended to me. The vehicle inspection was done in less than 30 minutes and the tire pressure was also fixed. I will definitely go bay for other services.

Didn’t have the greatest experience at first, and turned out it was because of a faulty part. It was not at all the fault of Christian Brother’s , however they went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it right for me. They covered my Uber expenses, repaired the problem same day, even while they were closed. The owner personally handled all of the logistics to make sure I was taken care of. I am now a happy customer!

Alex took great care of her. She was only there a short while before they had her ready to go. They did have to order a part, a light bulb. They were friendly, and treated her like a longtime friend. When they finished it was a very small fraction of the cost that the dealership was going to charge. This is why I only use Christian Brothers for my automotive needs. They treat people right. I had to get a stud replaced on my car tire and I was helped by Alex! Everyone there was super professional, friendly, and accommodating! The waiting room was nice and clean, couch was more comfortable than the one at my house,had christmas decorations, and made me feel at home while I waited! I had already taken my classic pickup to two other garages trying to get a proper diagnosis and repair for a rough-running and stalling engine. The first garage had her for two weeks and gave up after replacing a fuel filter.The second had her even longer but all they did was open and close the hood. (They noticed the computer was laying on the wheel hub but were clueless as to how to fix that — dont worry, boys, I figured it out myself.)Christian Brothers had her in for two or three hours, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it then and there.To say that they have the rest of my business for life would be an understatement.

We have taken quite a few of our family vehicles to this location, and have always had good experiences here. Recently had some transmission work done on my Ranger when the transmission went out at about 190,000. The replacement had some issues, but all were covered under warranty. When I expressed some concerns about the warranty process, they were very quick to side with me and fight to get my truck back on the road. I feel like this location, and Kyle to be specific, goes above and beyond what should reasonably be expected, to make sure that I and my vehicle are taken care of. I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. When I first started visiting this location, I noticed quite often that there was no room in the parking lot, and I couldn’t figure out why. Now it is clear to me, Lots of other people found out this secret before me. Thank you Kyle and Christian Brothers for taking care of my ride, and keeping me on the road!!

I called to ask roughly how long it might take to get my vehicle inspected, and Eddie told me about an hour. When I arrived at the facility, it was packed - I could not even pull the car into the parking lot! Eventually I saw an employee working with another person and he directed me where to leave the vehicle so that worked out (but it was CRAZY busy). I sat down to wait thinking there is no way theyll be done in one hour. Note: the waiting area is extremely comfortable! They have couches and chairs, its clean, and it does not smell musty or dirty at all. Also they had coffee! Very nice. As I waited person after person came in, they each were treated kindly, most had been there before and seemed like they were happy to be back! It was a bit odd really - no one fussed about not being able to get in today, all acknowledged it was just a very busy day, many made appointments for the next day, and all was fine. Roughly 30 minutes after Id given my car keys to the front desk, Eddie called me up and said it was done! I have no idea how they managed it that fast. I am so grateful! I will certainly be back - what a friendly, professional, and seemingly well-run and efficient establishment. Cant say enough good things about what I thought was going to be a difficult experience and was anything but. Visit this place - they are super.

This place is amazing and the workers are great! I went in for an alignment after being side swiped by a semi and they couldn’t do the alignment because of damage. They recommended a fantastic mechanic shop and then did the alignment quickly after repairs! I won’t go anywhere else. ❤️ PERFECT!

My car had a issue with the parking brake light coming on and I took it here for them to look at. They fixed it, but when I got it back it came back on. They said bring it back when you can. So I did and they offered to get me a rental for my troubles... they fixed it and also changed out a filter for me for free just because I said I think it needs replace and forgot to tell them when I dropped it off. If you ever want knowledgeable and caring people working on your vehicle please come here! They really put the “E” in car and truly care about you and your vehicle.

Everyone needs their “best place.” The best place to get a haircut. The best place to get their teeth cleaned. The best place to get their car repaired. I can honestly say that after 2+ years of going to Christian Brothers for both mine and my daughters’ cars, I have found my best place for car repairs and maintenance. Trust, customer service, and going that wee bit over the extra mile is what makes it my best place. If they tell me something needs to be taken care of now, I know that they mean now. If it can wait six months, I feel confident it can wait six months. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have the absolute most comfortable couches to sit on while you wait for an oil change or inspection (or whatever). And if I need a ride home because mine fell through, they will get me home (and come pick me up). It’s that going the little bit over the extra mile that did it for me.

Needed to do a prepurchase inspection on a car but they were fully booked until the next day so had to go elsewhere. The guys on the phone was helpful & friendly so he did a good job of delivering the bad news.

This was my first visit to this business. The place I normally use for inspection was closed for an unknown reason. I searched the area for another inspection facility and saw that Christian Brothers had 4.9 stars. When I arrived, they were packed! I was immediately acknowledged, but under the impression that it would probably take an hour to do the inspection. 20 minutes later, they were done. And to top it off, the counter fellow (sorry I dont know his name) offered to file my registration with the state for me, free of charge! I walked out with a smile and nothing else to do!!! Awesome experience!

The only reason Im giving this place a 2 star is that they were very friendly and polite. Now I had a problem with my car overheating and was given a quote of $570. For a new thermostat needless to say I didnt get it done there it was obvious Price Hicking. I took the same exact car and had the same work done for $179. Labor and parts including and with a reputable company. Just a little hint guys dont assume all women dont know the price of car repairs.

Great repair shop. I go there way too often. I am sure they love seeing me come in though. My truck has been falling apart lately. However, they are always professional and accurate in their pricing. Never trying to pull anything over on the customer.

Ive never taken any of my vehicles to a repair shop, because I dont trust anyone fixing my vehicles. I had the best experience with Christian brothers! Needed a water pump replaced that was ran on the timing chain. They did it for me in pretty much one day and Saved me about a 1000 dollars. I would recommend this shop to any family or friend. My husband incorrectly thought his car was due for a tune-up and asked the techs to check the brakes as well. (The brakes seemed to be making a slight squealing sound on cold mornings, and he wanted to make sure the pads werent worn down.) He received a call a short while after I dropped off the car, and the tech explained that everything was in great shape. The car didnt need a tune-up, and the brake pads still had a good bit of life in them. When I went back to pick it up, he told me it should cost around $25 to $50 for checking everything. He was shocked when I told him it was no charge. They examined the vehicle, concluded no work was needed, and didnt even charge us for their time! They could have gouged us for brake service we didnt need, but they were exceptionally professional and trustworthy. I dont intend to take my vehicles elsewhere.

I tried them based on a referral from someone I knew that used them and loved their service.They explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They drove me home so that I didnt have to wait in their shop. In addition, I asked about tires. They told me that they do not sell tires, but they were happy to run it down to Discount Tire for me and bring it back. They did so at no charge.I highly recommend this shop. They are knowledgeable, competent, and honest.

I had such a great experience with Christian Brothers. I dropped my car around 7 am on Monday and was prepared to wait in the lobby room until my car was ready. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait there as they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was ready.Someone called me regularly to give me updates with my car, and to let me know what was going on.I honestly was very happy with the customer service, and would definitely be back.

When I called for an appointment, Eddie said he would be there at 7am the next morning so I could drop off the car and get my ride to work. Because he asked pertinent questions when I called on Tuesday, I was able to check in quickly early on Wednesday morning. The customer lobby area was very clean and contained drinks and snacks. Eddie called by 8:30am and told me it was a split in the power steering hose and the repair cost was less than I expected. He also had suggestions for some work to do in the next few months, so I could schedule ahead. I picked up my car at 4:30pm and check out was a breeze. Eddie and Christian Brothers took great care of me (and my 13 year old Murano) and I have now found a great car care provider!
