Caliber was friendly and helpful. They gave me notifications regularly via text. My car looks great and is driving well meaning well and the price was very reasonable. I had my GS350 and my GX460 repaired at the Caliber in Corinth. Ashley and Sean both provided great service and kept me in the loop. I’m happy with each job.

This was my first need for vehicle body repair in over 25 years. Without a verifiable reference to depend upon, I chose Caliber from the list supplied by my insurance company. This location was the closest to my home so I just went with them. It turned out to be a good decision. The employees I dealt with went beyond expectations of communication, friendliness, and professionalism. The repair work turned out great, was completed two days earlier than promised, and they even took the extra step of returning the car completely cleaned on both the outside and inside. I hope I do not ever need their services again but if I do, I will not hesitate to trust my collision repair to their shop.

I was rushing to work one morning and hit my driver side mirror on the edge of garage. 😣 Caliber Collision Corinth had me taken care of very quickly! They were able to fit me in their schedule when others could not. I was able to get the estimate quickly and the repairs just as quick! I had a fantastic experience. I always use caliber and will continue to do so. I handed them my car and got my rental right away. They told me 2-3 weeks. During the course of the process I was texted throughout the process what was going on and knew when the car would be ready. Sean was my service agent and did an amazing job! Took my truck to have dent fixed and repaint side fender and tail gate. And after being fixed had to bring my truck back 3 times due to things not being done correctly. First my tail gate would barely shut or open and wasn’t flush anymore. And then after getting it back I had a trailer hooked up and figured out that they didn’t tighten the bolts to my bumper after they took it off. So just about lost my bumper. And just had a spray in bed done and they stained the tail gate with something. And after all that they gave me an expired coupon for a oil change with my luck if I used it they wouldn’t put oil back in. Never going back again! F-150

I was recommended to this shop by my insurance company after getting into my first wreck and they made the entire experience as painless as possible! I ended up having to get my door replaced and painted as well as some other smaller things. I was extremely impressed by how well it turned out, it looked as good as new! Gwen was great! She knew exactly what would be needed and updated me three times a week by both voicemail and text so I always knew where we were at in the process and had a realistic time frame.

SCAM!!They seemed to know what they were talking about when my insurance company sent me there for an estimate. But not so much, they sent my insurance company to estimates contradicting each other. One called for a total loss and the other a low ball estimate to repair. USAA was confused and so am I.Scam, trying to get me to take it there and then hit my insurance company up for more money after inspection. Already got another estimate stating total loss!DONT USE, SCAM YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WITH LOW BALL BID AND THEN TRY TO JACK UP THE PRICE AFTER AGREEING TO TAKE THERE.ALREADY ISSUED COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH USAA AND BBB.Worst part is it should’ve only taken 24hrs to get the estimate but instead took these people 7 days! USAA said it should never take that long, EVER!

I recently bought a classic truck that needs a bit of work, including replacing the pins in the drivers side door. I already had the parts but its definitely a two-man job and I dont have anyone who can lend a hand during a pandemic. I had already had another garage turn me down because it wasnt worth their time but John at Caliber told me no problem and to come right in. Not only did they get the job done ahead of schedule but the bill was even below what I had been quoted!

Not only were the repairs finished in a day but we picked up a washed and detailed car. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Caliber Collision in Corinth for an estimate. I went in and got the estimate from Brian, after his courteous and attentive service I decided to have my vehicle fixed here. I couldnt have made a better decision! The vehicle looks brand new and the service I received was top notch! I hope to never use their service again, but if I need them I know where to go! Gavin and Jeremiah took great care of us. My insurance is Progressive and they were difficult to deal with, but they were able to get everything done.

First impressions were good. Its a very nice facility. We had to go there to get my daughters car inspected for insurance after an accident.We had actually decided to just go ahead and take the car there to get repaired, but I tried calling several times to arrange it without success. Our insurance agent told ne to just call caliber to arrange to drop off. It took several calls to even get thru to someone. Then it turned out to be a call center. When I finally got thru to someone (a couple days later) she said I had to have my insurance call and arrange it.We decided that if it was this difficult to get thru to fo business with them, that we would hate to find out how difficult it would be to resolve any issues, should there be any.We took the car to Larrys in Lake Dallas. Great local business. They are busy but got us in and taken care of.

This location lies and stuck to the lie even after being spoken to by my insurance company. They told me they would have a rental and everything setup prior to going there, show up and they didnt have anything setup. Recommend another company for a smoother process.

I have always had great experiences with Caliber. I had my 06 Civic repaired and the location in Denton, and they did great work. More recently I had my 2017 Ram repaired at the Corinth location for hail damage... I only had the truck a month when that happened... awesome work! Yesterday I worked with Roy to have my Hemi badges moved because I installed some fender flares. He had that done in under an hour. The folks here are friendly and professional... highly recommended!

Great service, my car was rear-ended, and the rear bumper was damaged, caliber collision look at the car and quoted a week to do the repair but the were able to do the repair in a day. I also could not pick my car up during normal business hours but they worked it out to where I could.

This location needs a little TLC in operations. Although the staff is very friendly and accommodating, there were many instances of miscommunication and moments where I felt I was getting the “run around”.I had to call numerous times to get updates on my car as the repairs were taking longer than expected. I don’t believe any of the staff reached out to me once for updates until the end when I began to wonder why it was taking so long. They also told me my car would be done & I turned in my rental and headed that way only to find out it was not done and the guy over my car repairs had left early and did not let me know. I also just got my car back today about 2-3 weeks since I sent it in and just realized a lot of the stuff that was in the front of my car is missing (my glasses, mail key) etc. My car was gently cleaned which is nice but I don’t appreciate the mishandling of my personal belongings. And now I will have to wait until Monday to see if they can find them. Overall, the repairs look fine and they accommodated the inconveniences for me by covering some of my deductible but the hassle and constant wondering and questioning what was going on wasn’t worth it at all. I would say do your research and don’t choose last minute like I did. It just turned out to be one huge annoyance.

Beware!! they dont use the cars manufacture parts! My experience seemed great, car was repaired and finished on time. I thought everything was great. Six months later I hear a noise and took my car in to check it out. My drivers side stabilizer bar end link was loose. It was an aftermarket part NOT covered under warranty. They only billed me for labor, but now I wonder where else I might get a surprise, and what will not be under warranty if I ever need work done again.Pat A

If you are looking for a body shop that produces quality results and has integrity you wont find it here.Upon the advice of my insurance carrier I brought the car to these people, they (the insurance company) assured me that the work would be done right and these people were trustworthy. When I dropped off the car I asked to see the parts that were replaced when picking up the car, I was assured that this would be done.When it came time to pick up the car they couldnt produce some of the parts, they were of course not replaced they were merely dressed up to look good. The paint didnt match on the repair to the rest of the car. They repainted the part, still it didnt match, they repainted a third time and it still didnt match.Truthfully, I dont think they repainted the part, they just said they did.In the end I reported the company to the Department of Insurance, I alleged fraud in that they charged for a new part and merely cleaned up the damaged one. In addition my insurance carrier took the car to another body shop and replaced the painted part with a new one and they are painting the newreplacement part. Because they guaranteed my satisfaction with their recommended shop they got to pay for the repair twice. It probably cost them another thousand dollars.Still, it was a miserable experience and all because the incompetence and dishonesty of this shop.Stay as far away from these guys as you can if you value your car.Best regards to all.

I have visited and used this repair shop for four times, and Im thankful and pleased with all cases. First, I needed 2nd and 3rd opinions about certain repair that I was billed. This place was one of auto-shops that took its time listening to me and gave me (unofficial) professional opinions, that was very helpful. They do gave me quote upon visit, but appointment is recommended of course. When I had questions about the quote, Doug gave me thorough explanations about what steps must be taken, and thus $. This shop is possibly not cheapest, but because it does not cut the corners, I think. The other customer representatives who helped me were also very customer oriented. I know two (John and Gwen) representatives are still working at this place, and they are very helpful. Per their schedule, I recommend making an appointment with the shop. (I do not know if we chan choose particular representative to help us.) Its sad that I needed helps from repair-shop for a few times, but Im glad to know this place.

I recently had my car repaired at Calliber Collision in Corinth. The team at Caliber Collision was very responsive and attentive. The team followed through with their commitment to customer service and quality work!The work was completed with the highest attention to detail! My husband told me he is going to refer everyone he knows to Caliber Collision.

This place has really poor customer service. My wife brought the car back because they didn’t tighten the headlight when they put the car back together. Instead of helping her, they insulted her insisting she knows nothing about cars because she’s a woman and said they can’t do anything about it. The manager was the one handling the situation so definitely speaks a lot about their culture and work ethics.

They do not stand behind their work.

Late one night I hit a ladder in the middle of I-35. My tire went flat before I could make it home and I happened to stop at Caliber Collision. Even though I did not sustain any body damage they changed my tire and got me on my way at no charge. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely do business with them if needed.

Im very particular about my car and by my standards, they did a very good job on repairing it. I have a PT Cruiser and someone backed into it in a parking lot. There were some previous scratches on the left and right quarter panels by the tail lights prior to the incident. They refinished those areas without me even asking. The only problem was that the lift gate and striker plate wasnt aligned exactly right. That wasnt a big deal because all I had to do was loosen 2 nuts, shift the lift gate over, and realign the striker plate. I used a micrometer to get the trunk lid perfectly aligned in accordance with the factory service manual. My 11 year old car now looks as good as it did when it was still new.

I had an appointment at this location this morning. I met with the Geiko rep, Brian, and the Caliber Collision rep Jason. Brian was awesome. Jason was not. Basically refused to give me a quote on some prior damage which was two door dings I wanted to take care of at the same time they were painting the front bumper. He said he was to busy to even quote the front door dings. After I told him that I would be taking my vehicle somewhere else, he all of a sudden had time to quote the other work. No thanks. This place is definitely not customer service oriented. The Geiko rep did give me a quote on the doors. Took him about 5 minutes. The place I visited next was happy to take care of the doors with no hesitation.

Took my Honda Accord in for hail damage repair. It had $7864 worth of damage. They had to do paintless dent repair, replace and repaint hood and trunk plus replace metal trim around doors. They did it in one week and the car looks brand new. Great job!
