Harbin Heating always takes care of me when Im having a/c or heating trouble. Hands down the best service out there.

The staff here were amazing and so nice. They are wonderful people.

They replaced our blower motor, parts and labor was like $750. Turned out that wasnt the problem. Needed a new heat exchanger that was going to cost about $2500. So we decided to get a new unit for like $5000. They did refund us for the blower motor though. And they were quick.

This is a great company that is very conscious of customer service and goes the extra mile (even on weekends) to take care of people. Even before I was a customer, they got right back to me on a weekend to get an appointment. Although they couldnt get to my house the same day, they followed up with me and got me an appointment quickly. What I appreciated the most was the personal attention from the company since I contacted them via their website and didnt really expect a response. I got a response and communication that day and from their office the next day. In contrast, the other places I called on the phone either didnt answer my call or were unavailable with no follow-up. I would highly recommend this company. Technician was great as was the service. And I love the tips we get on periodic emails.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule even with it being a busy time of the year. I only had my old 1996 unit serviced, but I will update if/when I have them replace the unit, on how well the service is on a larger project.

Very professional, efficient, and good and fair prices. They sent a technician out to clean our 4 year old heating and A/C system for the summer. They had a special going for $20.00 and they didnt even charge extra for traveling an extra 30-35 miles round trip to our location in the next county. We were very impressed. They were much cheaper than the company we bought our system from who gave us an estimate over the phone that it would be about $120.00 to clean and check our system. I wish we had known about Harbin before and bought our unit from them rather than from another local company that we used.

Had one of their guys come out and change a capacitor told me it was cooling. 2 hours later house was still at 86 degrees. Said the suction line coming off the condenser unit will not sweat because of the low humidity????? Some how it started sweating within 10-15 minutes after he arrived and he said he didnt do anything to it, my guess he had to add a little refrigerant. And some how it started cooling before he left. You dont have to lie, just do you job right the first time and you wont have to come back.

They have worked on my lake house for he past 4 years. Highly recommend easy scheduling, above and beyond service at fair pricing. Nice to have a contractor that are so trustworthy and who will treat your house like they would their on.

This place sucks. I have a system under warranty and say tell me it will be 2 weeks before they look at it and I was told 24/7 service when I bought it. Once they get your money its hell to get service. this is a bad place to do business
