I went in today to get a new battery and the staff here was very hospitable and helpful. The young lady was quick to help me test the battery and Andrew helped to change it out for me. I am visiting from Florida and was very impressed how your team turned a stressful situation for me into a pleasurable experience. Nice job!

Very friendly staff; Chelle and Andrew Lee were fantastic. We were on a trip, passing through Cordele, GA when I needed a new headlight. I stopped by this AutoZone, and Chelle helped me get find the right headlight. Then Andrew Lee offered to install it for me, and he thankfully discovered before I left, that my master reservoir cap was missing over my brake fluid! What an answer to prayer for safe travels that he discovered this before I left the parking lot. We went inside the store; they didnt have the manufacturers part, so he called every other store (not just Auto Zones) in the area to see if they had one. Nobody had one but he was able to get a generic one from there in the store, then came out and installed that, too, to make sure I go to my destination the next state south. Thank you, Andrew Lee, for being observant, helpful, pleasant and resourceful for what could have been a disastrous, deadly trip.

AutoZone is a good auto place to go mostly everything you need is right there in the front when you walk in and the cashiers are very helpful

I went to autozone today to get my lights checked after I got a ticket for my tail lights being out the night before and Andrew lee F. Helped me make sure everything was running smoothly and he helped hide some cords in my car that could cause an issues just out of the kindness of his heart. He is a Respectful man and I hope to see him in my future visits because he was a kind soul to meet.

Drew and Crystal were extremely helpful!! I was passing through on my way to Atlanta when my car died on me. The two of them went above and beyond to help me and figure out what exactly was wrong. They ended up keeping me from spending a couple hundred dollars on what I thought was wrong- instead i only ended up having to pay $20 and won’t have an issue later on. I am so grateful I stopped at this autozone when passing through. 100/10 recommend!

My family and Myself was coming from a family reunion in Florida on our way back home ( North Carolina ). My husband and myself were about 55 to 60 miles ahead of my father and his friend when my father called and said that his car had died on them about a mile and a half before exit 99. My father called a tow truck and I called AutoZone. The young lady Bree said that they closed at 8 PM and it was 7:40 at that time. I asked her to look up the battery and give me a price. She did but I knew that the tow truck would not make it to my father and have them to the store before they closed. I asked if i could pay for the battery over the phone and she left it outside so when the tow truck picked my father up and brought him to AutoZone he would have a battery. She said she would have to ask her manager. Thats when Ms. Chelle got on the phone. She said that she didnt want to do that because someone might walk by and take the battery. Long story short Ms. Chelle let me pay for the battery, she gave me her phone number to give my father and she took the battery home with her. When the tow truck got to my father, loaded the car and took them to AutoZone he called Ms. Chelle and let her know he was there. Not only did she and her husband bring my father the battery back to the store but she also installed it for them. Sir it was 11:32 PM (night) when this occurred. Theyre the best Ive ever met to be total strangers and go all the way out their way to help my father who is elderly and had a broken hand. She wouldnt except payment my father said to us. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Auto Zone in Warner Robins, GA entered my warranty information for my vehicle wrong causing me to have problems with the warranty for my car battery. I was not pulling up in the system for any location and I hadn’t had the battery 6 months. Andrew Lee at Auto Zone in Cordele, GA fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was able to replace the battery, add me to the system in case of any other issues and installed the battery. Thanks Andrew!

Amazing service by Antonio. I was returning home from a quick road trip to Valdosta, GA to pick up my son when my alert came on that my right low beam headlight was out. It was just before dark and I didnt want to get stopped by the police. I stopped at Autozone and although they were closing soon, Antonio found the light for my car and installed it. He was a lifesaver cause most techs wont touch a BMW task, no matter how minor. Great team and customer service at Cordele Autozone.

My family and I was coming from Wes Palm Beach passing through Cordele, Ga. when our RV started to run hot. We went to Orielly to get someone to check it for us and the man said they didnt work on cars. I asked if it was another store close by and he said Autozone was down the road. We went to Autozone and there I talked to Chelle W. I tried to explain best I could what was going on with our RV. She went outside with me to look at it and quickly diagnosed that we needed a hose and possibly a thermostat. The system doesnt pull up RV thermostats. So she googled our RV and matched one out the store that would work. Then she called a mechanic to do the work for us at a reasonable price. She is a jewel.

As we are on a road trip to Florida our rear driver blinker light stopped working . We stopped here as it was the closet to where we stopped for lunch . When my husband purchasing the bulb one of the employees named Kayla asked if we needed her to put it in for us . Of coarse we weren’t going to try to figure it out until we got to our destination so that was a blessing. Kayla was very professional , kind and helpful. Now we have all our blinker lights working ! I would definitely recommend this place .
