I have been there on numerous occasions and I didnt get my problem resolved. No one took the effort try to resolve the issue which was a computer glitch. It took over 3 months and another county resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.

Everyones who renewal was in on time stamps didnt come for November this is repeating to often just went through this months ago move it or lose it better staff us we need someone in that office whos not there just waiting on a check and lunch break

This is the worst drags office in the state of ga. I turned in a separation notice a month and a half ago and they must did not give it to my case worker or something bc my food stamps have not been changed. All of the front desk people are rude unfriendly they never smile or greet you. Seems like they get angry when they see people come in. They have no assistance for helping people in need. I got burned out in Oct 2017 and they didnt help me with anything. They said they didnt have funds which they never do. This broke a** drags office paid $10 on a light bill for me about 6 yrs ago which they could have kept bc it didnt help at all. I wish they would fire the whole team and get people who actually have the heart of a social worker. WORST DFACS IN GA!!!

I dont have an experience, the website is crap, nobody every answers the phone..many abused people fall through the cracks because of unanswered phone calls. I tried to reach out bcuz of a situation that makes me uncomfortable. I live 2 hours away...No way to get in touch, where is the after hours number to help those in need? How well does Dfacs monitor, those in Foster care, temporary custody? They dont monitor them! They place them and move on. I only rated one star so I could post.

1. Dont call. They never answer. .It pisses me off. Youre better off going up to the office if you need to speak to someone..2. Be prepaid to wait up to 30 min to be attended if its busy3. SOME of the women who work at the front desk that assist you after having your number called, have bad attitudes. some. not all. so dont take it personaly if they act snobbish torwards you when applying for benifits.if they hate helping people so much.... just quit!They need a more welcoming front desk assistant... real talk.

Everytime I turn in my things for my review they never get have to my caseworker !! So that ends up with me LOSING MY INSURANCE MY KIDS INSURANCE AND OTHER THINGS!!
