Windows dont open. They told me the AC worked but it blows hotter air than the heat. My house is currently 86°. Oh and theres a big effing snake in the trees behind my house. So leaving the door open is not an option. Their solution was to tell me to buy an air filter from them and ignore it.This 1.8 stars is 1 too many. Rent from individuals because the other local agency is just as bad.Update: even though it hasnt worked since I moved in, the owner days its my fault and he doesnt like my attitude. Bet you like my rent money though. AND refuses to fix my windows. Again FO NOT RENT FEOM CORDELE PROPERTIES

They lied, they do not care about there tenants. They said there was no smoking in the apartments but my neighbors weed smoke came through the wall. I got shocked by the breaker box, shortages in light switches. Paid a pro rated rent for two weeks, moved out in one week and the receptionist told me they would allow me to break my lease. And now 3 months later they hit my credit for $711 saying I broke my lease. Slumlord owner DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Save yourself the stress... don’t do it!

Cordele Properties is an unprofessional organization. The landlord did absolutely nothing requested when I was a tenant. Our ceiling leaked profusely, windows would not open, the doors wouldnt lock, and after finding a new tenant to get out of my lease, they attempted to nickel and dime me on ridiculous charges. If you can find a different company to rent from save yourself from these garbage slumlords.
