Just went a week ago. They changed my oil in my car, in a timely manner. And was given a car wash with my purchase of an oil change. And they also checked my water level. For under $50 bucks. Awesome service you guys. Will definitely be going back for another oil change.

Ive been doing business with Shell Rapid Lube in Cordele GA for many years now. Jason, the Supervisor is a person I trust to not only tell me but he shows me the part that needs replacing and why - if I want to. He has never pushed anything on me. Hes a hard working person, enjoys helping others, he is a man of faith.Thank you Jason and the crew for your years of service.

New to the area and looking for a place to quickly get my oil changed. Went by in the fall of 2020, but the price was astronomically high. As high as any oil lube I’ve been to. Did not want to use them that day because of the cost. Decided to give them another run in May 2021 and patiently waited for 25 minutes, then they let another guy going ahead of me Who came in after me. I asked and inquired and was told 10 more minutes, but upon mentioning that I was there first, the service manager said “we are doing the best we can.“ Yes, they were definitely working, but customer service entails method and method means servicing people who will arrive earlier than others. Excuses and rationale unwanted and unwarranted. Not saying they’re not decent guys, I’m just saying that there’s no way that I’m going to pay 70+ dollars after waiting 35-40 minutes and someone else goes ahead of me. I have places to be and kids to pick up. After two tries, I’m done with this place.

Staff seemed knowledgeable. They were out of a couple types of oil.

I went by Tuesday and nice man came out and told him I had a code 82. Well to make a long story short I had another two thousand miles left before it needed changing. He was so nice and helpful.

Most honest employees. Kind and will let everyone I know to go here for the best service.

Every experience there is great! They check everything for you and give any feedback if anythings wrong, super nice, respectful men. Because of COVID you do have to sit in your car during the check but their conversations are hilarious and very entertaining to listen to. They do a thorough job and Ill always come back!

Technicians are always very helpful and accommodating! Just wish the automated car wash did a better job.

For a quick service oil change, it was what I expected. Pleasant, courteous service.

Very professional & friendly. I know nothing about vehicles but they took every question (there were quite a few) like a pro. The vehicle was an Audi & they made sure to take care of it according to standard which I understand is not so easy with a European car. Very much appreciated & will return.

Why go to walmart when you go here? Its faster freindlier and you stay in your car and the techs let you know whats going on and if there are any problems along the way they let you know then and there asap

I am becoming a big fan of these guys. Service includes all the expected things. I feel these guys can be trusted and that is becoming an issue these days that I count as a big plus.Service also includes a vacuum and a free car wash to boot. I have to go a pretty fair distance to get my servicing done here but I usually time it to coincide other places I frequent in Cordele ... Home Depot, Farmers Market, Dennys, The Billiard Room ...

I drive very little and, as such, have only driven approx 1300 miles since my last oil change a year ago. Went to Shell Rapid Lube for the 1st time today for an oil change and, after looking at my oil, specialist told me I dont need one. I said isnt time a factor? No, its a misconception that oil goes bad over time. Told me to come back after 1500 more miles. They still checked my fluid levels and tires @ no charge! I was extremely impressed by the honesty and integrity displayed. Im thankful I came across this great group of guys. Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend Shell Rapid Lube to one and all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the service here! I havent been treated this nice since I was at Disney. They opened doors and Yes, Maam and No Maam was the response to every question. They were fast, efficient and courteous to a fault. I will never go anywhere else. Every business in Cordele should take note. I havent seen that kind of treatment in Cordele since the 60s.
