I have been a long time customer of this location. Last night, I got a warning on my car that one of the tires had about half the pressure that it should. I took the car to Mavis this morning to determine the problem. Even though the car had tires not bought at Mavis, because I just purchased the car a year ago, they repaired the tire (small nail hole) and did not charge me. Their staff was efficient and very friendly. I appreciate their great service today!

Made appointment online around 3 AM. Was at Mavis early. The manager got my car right in and though I was only expecting to replace 2 brakes, it needed all 4. The manager worked within my budget and got me safely back on the road in no time. The entire staff was great. It leaves me to wonder where persons who posted the negative reviews had gone. Though Im inclined to take those who spend time writing a review seriously, my experience in Cordele was very good. I will be going back.

My tired was at 12psi when I got in it after work. Mavis was packed so I left the car. That was about an hour before they closed. They opened at 9 this morning and I got a call about 9:40 that said my car was ready and that it had a screw in the tire. I asked how much and they only asked that I left a Google review for them. So here it is! 5 starts for great service and not trying to sell me something I didnt need! Most places try to upsell and they just fixed my problem. Such a relief for that too!

I cant say enough how much we appreciate Mavis Tire and Brakes in Cordele! We ran over a very large nail or bolt on I-75, scary scenario, but our tire was ruined. They were the closest to get it fixed. We pulled in and not only did they come out to help us but we were in and out of the door in 30 minutes with a brand new high quality tire. If i could leave no stars i would. Took my daughters car up there to have all new tires put on. I walked in and the first thing out of the techs mouth was huh not today. Got a call on the second day saying her car battery was dead. I asked could the jump it off, and they said they left their jumper cables at home. I asked could one of the tech take the battery out of the car and chrage it inside. His respinse was that the tech did not want to. What happen to decent customer service. Pathetic!!!!!!!

Needed an oil change and tire rotation for my wifes van. Called at 2:30 and was told they were backed up a couple hours (thanks for being honest!! Most places would have had me come in and just wait). As a way to save me some wait time, he suggested I come by in the morning. Worked out perfect!!! Crew was attentive and VERY careful to not soil my wifes van!! Well be using you again. Im new to the area and all my friends told me this was the place to go. I can see why!!!

Halfway through a 5 hour road trip, my car broke down on the side of the interstate. Luckily, I was close to an exit and was able to coast into Mavis. They immediately started diagnosing the problem. One of the employees had to drive ~2 hours round trip to get the necessary part for me. They were able to get my car repaired and get me back on the road.

These guys were awesome and helped me and my wife moving a load of tools on a trailer from Florida to Nashville Tennessee WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD! We had a practically brand new trailer tire that kept going flat, all the way from Tampa. I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon late while traveling. I pulled into Mavis Tire and they were extremely busy . The waiting room was full and there were people outside waiting for their vehicles to be repaired. There was a young lady working the service counter and was extremely busy answering phone calls and communicating with the technicians. She greeted me with a smile and asked how she could be of service. I explained my situation and she promptly wrote a ticket on my vehicle and put it in the already busy rotation to be repaired. To my surprise within less than half an hour my vehicle was pulled in the shop to get the tire fixed. In less than an hour from me pulling into the store my vehicle was repaired and I was on my way. This level of customer service rarely exists anymore. I hope that the management team and the owners realize the caliber of people that they have working at that store, especially the young lady out front. Thank you Mavis Tire for the great service!

Got me going fast. In Southern Georgia on business with an Enterprise rental car out of ATL. Had a flat and was using the spare. Enterprise has an account with Goodyear and Mavis was first on the list. They fixed the flat in a hurry and got me back and going to make my flight out.

When we called these guys we really were just running out of options and out of time to get to Nashville Tennessee from Tampa Florida. We had a trailer tire that no one, NOT SAMS CLUB, NOT WALMART, NO ONE would help us with. We had already limped it along for a few hundred miles and knew it couldn’t go any further without being a danger. We called them and they said to come by and let them Check it out. We did, and they directed us to pull into a bay so we’d be able to get myself and my dog out of the heat while it was worked on. They even made sure we all had water, even my dog. They were very helpful and generous with ANYTHING THAT WAS AVAILABLE. We left on a tire that was finally holding air Nashville bound soon after. They are doing better. Good customer service. Call me when they know whats wrong with you the car. Then I tell them to make the repairs. Gave me an estimate before the work was started. Call me when the work is done. They ask me about the wipers when I had new wipers installed last time.

Heard a noise that sounded like my wheel rotors on the right front was grinding while in Cordele. Caught this place out of the corner of my eye, and had them look to make sure my break pads were ok. They said the tire dust shield was bent a little and barely scraping the rotor occasionally, causing the noise. Let me go for FREE!!!

I broke down on 75 north by mile marker 89, and AAA towed me to them. Regrettably my engine had blown leaving me stranded 628 mikes from home. The mechanics were helpful as possible, though they dont work on engines, they called every place under the sun to help me out, but a 2002 Saab 93 se with no compression is not an easy fix. I would like to thank the staff and managers for all there help. They even gave me a ride to Enterprise to rent a vehicle.

Honestly the best thing to ever come out of Cordele. The employees honestly care about your vehicles vs other places don’t. I would highly recommend them.

I had a flat tire at the Cracker Barrel in Cordele, Georiga. My 2013 auto was not designed to carry a spare. Google Maps said Mavis Tires was half a mile away so I walked there in 10 minutes. They said they don’t normally go out of the shop to service tires but since i didn’t live there and couldn’t use my car to get around they would have a technician take me back to my car and inspect my tire,He took me to Cracker Barrel and removed my tire and we could see a hole in the sidewall so the tire had to be replaced. The technician took my tire back to Mavis where I purchased a run flat tire at a very good price.I appreciate the way Mavis went out of their way to help me at a very good price.
