Staff of Phillips Appliance were extremely helpful and friendly. Placed an order for a new free standing range and microwave that was in stock and it was delivered in a timely manner. Delivery and setup was a pleasant experience and they both went beyond what they had to do to please us. Will never order an appliance from a big box store again.

Hope i get the same experience that one of your customers said that they get there before the food goes bad because Ive been waiting going on 2 days now. And my food isnt looking so good right now. Especially since this is a brand new refrigerator.

The prices on their appliances are very competitive and the sale ladies behind the desk are very helpful and courtesy. However make sure u get an extended warranty because these new technical appliances are very temperamental.

Good people. She was very helpful and even price matched the competition. After that she stayed late till my trailer arrived to pick up my new freezer. Not to mention, when you tell these people you need a service call, they arrive before your food goes bad. I cant say the same for Home Depot.
