I love this Location there never A week I go into this office I don’t get the best service from the staff and manager Arron Williams. Eric always got a smile on his face . Mr Bigelow always wanting to help so sweet. Didn’t care for U-Haul much because of the other location but thank god I try this one and I’ve doing business with them ever since. Love this location.

Rented a 15 truck local for a few days. Registration was painless and once you get your vehicle you get a text to a link to accept the vehicle. It was easy to attach photos and log any scratches or dings in the truck before taking possession.Plans changed and we needed a storage unit. Their promo for a free month was greatly appreciated. Arron made the process extremely easy and showed us to our unit. He even completed the paperwork while we unloaded the truck. I will be using this location again.

The service here is stellar. They always seem to help you out whenever they can. Eric is a very nice, helpful man that seems to enjoy assisting customers. I called to close a storage unit I had (didnt get the gentlemans name) and it was a BREEZE. It took less than 60 seconds. If I ever need a storage unit in the area again, I will definitely be going here.

Both Aaron, Thomas, and Eric are really friendly and helpful. They help me find the best rate which is really helpful.

This store has rental available when Home Depot runs out and could have a reservation so no more guessing (if you can or not). You know that you will have a car or truck waiting for you. This on my experience… this place has never let me down.

Horrible experience I paid on my storage and left my amx card there . I called the next day but was unable to get there 4 times I called uhal no body called be backHorrible costumer service at this location I will be moving my storage asap. If you are late they hound you for storage late fees but something as important as an misplaced c.c seams not to bother them.I ask all that read this avoid u haul complete and to tell 2 others each about this. And 2 others and so on. Maybe if people avoid the location their service skills will improve.This gos for the general manager also as I was told she was texted on this matter with my phone number. And desided it was beneath her. Hence the reason you would avoid this company at all cost. There are plenty of other options in the immediate area.This could of been avoided with a phone call potato salad not to for 2 days to go to this place and find out whats going on. Its just a shame

Horrible people working there. Cant even give you the equipment you ask for. They completely overcharged me because they gave me a wrong truck and over 2 weeks later they are unable to fix it. Even though I have photo proof that they gave me a different truck with different miles and gas reading.

Very friendly staff if you get inside. Made a trailer reservation for 830pm pick up online 3 days before needing it. Checked in online the day of pick up. Showed up at 830pm and found they were CLOSED! Then I called Uhual 800 number and found there was No Way I could get the trailer and all other local dealers were also closed. A recap, there online system reservation was for a time they were CLOSED! Unreliable places like uhual cost people money. I will be visiting the local trailer dealer, purchasing a brand new trailer for $2,700 in the same size they were going to rent me. Then, I will be opening a corporation and getting an insurance policy to rent my trailer out to others when I dont need it. Uhaul things they are the only option. Prove them wrong and hire, rent, and buy somewhere else.

My experience... I set a week advance appointment with uhaul and picked a different location.. .. uhaul failed to call me to bring to my attention that my truck was only at the Coram location.. I then told the people in on the phone why you you not call me. And at least give me an option they then basically was giving me the run around and the person on the phone pretty much said uhaul Id a monopoly and they do what ever they want. And the 2 people I was speaking to were very disrespectful.. and rude and they just keep saying oh we are trying to help you out.. if you are trying to help me out you would of given me a truck got free... And way they then got mad and said they I would have to go to the website to get a refund. So the next day I called uhaul and they told me my truck would be in Coram.. so I went there on Sunday morning a half hour early.. than I have the guy my Id... Than I try to tell Im my drop off location was gonna be different.. the than said it was an extra 8 dollars . because the difference.. so I tryed to give him. Cash .and he wanted my card. So my card is a debit card.. the guy then tryed to charge me $108 dollars.. and I told him I already paid a week ago.. than he tryed to tell me because Im using a debit card its extra 100 dollars.. so I started questioning him then the guy said to me if i dont stop questioning he will. Call uhaul and tell them Im to stupid to drive.. and they will denie me a truck. At that point I was upset.. and he than called uhaul and had me black listed from rental... At this point I have waisted my whole weekend because of this and they had me on hold for hours waisting my time even more.. now I have to wait. Up to 5 buissness days to get a refund... These people and thus company put me in a really bad situation. Because they were trying to steal from my card and I wouldnt let them. I would never use this place again. They messed my whole move and waisted my time.. they owe me money for suffering

Awesome service much better than West Babylon u-haul. No attitudes here...very respectful and professional. U-haul needs also to have a sign stating that if you dont pick up your equipment by 7am it will be given away...as it was told to another woman and myself on one morning and had to wait until days later to move because that was not explained or in plain sight. Coram was Great and they even told me they usually give more time to show up a pick up...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive used Uhaul multiple times for moving my family and this place was BY FAR the worst.The guys behind the counter just had me sign, gave me a key and told me to find the truck in the back. When I asked about the roadside assistance, the insurance and about dents in the truck they just said to read my emails they would send. I asked again and they kept saying just read the emails.Also the car transporter I requested was at a different location that closed early so I had to take off work the next day to pick up something I reserved months in advance.The truck itself had an engine way to small for the size of the truck and the transmission was slipping. I pointed this out because I need this truck to go across country and they said it was looked and was fine. The truck wouldnt shift between gears smoothly and I feel it made the MPG go way down.Really disappointed and frustrated. Never using them again and neither should anyone else.

Fair prices. Never raise the price while your using there units. Like lets say um public storage. Only met 1 staff member but was very nice.

The vans/rentals are great, but there is never enough staff here. I’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes, 1 person has been helped, there are 2 people still in front of me, and 4-5 people waiting behind me. More staff is needed.

Not sure if they are still doing trailer hitch installs at this location, but if they are, avoid at all costs. They installed a wiring harness that was not appropriate for my car and ran it by something hot in the engine so that the wires melted while I was driving. I went to another U-Haul location to have it fixed, which worked out fine. On top of this the U-Haul company is not responding to my attempts to contact them about the faulty install. Furthermore, when I booked the re-wiring they sent my information on the booking to another party.

1-2-3 experience! The staff was friendly and explained everything to me. I left with a small truck, did my move, and was back in a few hours. I was under the miles that I had estimated, and they refunded me on the spot. Will absolutely be my first choice for any future moves. Strongly recommend!

Picked up the U-Haul yesterday morning and the young blonde guy behind the counter was so bad. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Barely looked at us. And the computer deleted our reservation in the middle of him filling out our paperwork and he says “I can still book you a reservation even though the computer deleted it.” And then didn’t look at us at all. Are you kidding me? Yes. I would hope you can honor my reservation I made two weeks ago. Thanks. I was trying to make light of it and he had zero emotion and just said “yup.” And then nothing was explained to us. He just told us that the truck was “that way in the back” we stayed there for like 20 minutes trying to find it, trying to figure out how to get the brake to lift and adjusting the mirrors ect. We had to use freaking google. Super negative experience. I hated it.

Customer service needs improvement but other then that general services were great, great price, great truck. Couldnt have moved without them.

They are the worst people to deal with. They lie every time to cover themselves. Also lied about no one being able to go through your storage unit but that’s a lie. The insurance company they use admitted they cut the lock to check inside no one ever told me. I honestly don’t even want to give them a 1 star but have to just to help people not get screwed by this u-haul.

Rented a Motorcycle cycle trailer for a week. For Daytona bike week. Great service and very reasonable.. No issues..I would definitely rent from them again.

Rent truck fir a move wasnt too bad, the miles do add up though. Next time will search for a flat rate instead.

Service ARTICLES and hidden fee are not clearly stated to brand new customer. They can do better to the new customer who doesnt know there fee charging policy. I rented an van for moving and retruned 20 minutes late. And the clerk charged me a new rental with insurance and run 0 mile. And the attitude was bad and she aslo made mistake on gas reading. If I Didnt took a picture, I would be charged more for gas. ITS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Pay attention to all the fine print when renting and confirm the fuel level when picking up your rental. Also take pictures of the rental. Do a 360 view.

Worst U-Haul experience ever. Reserved a truck online and got the confirmation email that it was available. Drove over and even though there are three trucks my size on the lot they tell me they wont rent to me. Said I had to go to another location. I asked about the guarantee and was told a bunch of things, from it has to be made 24 hours in advance to, we didnt call you to say we had the truck.. It doesnt say that anywhere on the guarantee. I want my $50. Avoid this location. Its run by a bunch of idiots.

Love them!!!! Rented my truck to move and I was in and out! Truck was in great condition.

Bought boxes to move and when I went back to return the extras they told me they would not return them without a receipt. Even though it says write on the boxes Will buy back your extras.....really! If you are moving your life is a mess so keeping track of the receipts is not always easy! Sorry but that sucks, be careful using these guys!

Lauren, the manager was sour and unpleasant, and cancelled our contract because my son went into the office with the keys and asked which Van was ours while I was away for a minute.After looking at some of the other reviews here, I see that people believe they have been cheated and in one case defrauded by these people.Rent anywhere else. Seriously.

Very bad customer service. I was late on my storage due to a death in the family. They put my storage up for auction and i told the manager i was on my way to pay it. I only had cash and she said it had to be paid in full on a card over the phone. I told her i would be there in 20 mins i was in my way. She said the auction started in 10 minutes and wouldn’t wait for me to get there. The next day i got an email stating she sold my storage for $50. I lost everything
