This was the best experience ever. From reserving the bounce house online to picking up and dropping off. I will 100% be using them again. They were very courteous when picking up and dropping off. Pick up and drop off were contactless. The video on how to set up the bounce house was sent to us via email and was on their website and was tremendous help when we went to set it up.

Rented a bounce house for a social distanced birthday for our 6 year old to use as a family. It was a hit! Everyone loved it, including the adults! Great quality, excellent bounce. We had a blast! Kids didnt want me to return it!

BPSs rentals are the same or better than other local competitors, but for the EXACT same price, you get the rental for the entire weekend. You cant beat that! Setup and takedown wasnt bad at all, we had just two reasonably fit adults and we did just fine. They even provided a sturdy dolly for us to take, which made it easy to get the bounce house to its setup spot. The staff is professional and super nice, and the location is really convenient for me (I live in North Liberty). I also highly recommend, if youre renting in summer, to get a bounce house with a splashdown pool. My kids started to get bored but as soon as we turned on the water, it was like a whole new ballgame and they went down that slide for HOURS (no joke). And they slept amazing every night! I would absolutely do business with them again and have been recommending them to all of my parent friends.

We rented Mickey Park and it was incredible. The kids had so much fun. The thing is HUGE. You can have 10 kids in there at once. Our experience with Bounce House Supplies was great. Nick made sure we knew what were doing and was super friendly. Just an all around great experience.

Very happy with my experience. Easy pick up. Great instruction emailed to me in advance. Easy set up. Easy to take down and pack up. I had the Black and Gold model and did everything by myself. Its a little on the heavy side for one person to move around on their own, but with the cart provided, it was doable. I emailed with questions and they were answered promptly. Will rent again.

Products and service were great, and I had many people asking me at the party where I rented from because they wanted to get one too. Setup and tear down were easy just remember you will need at least 2-3 people. Pricing was much better than all of the competition in this area. I will be a repeat customer in the future!

We had an AMAZING party because of Nick and his team! The setup was easy with a couple of extra hands. The best thing about it was we nearby and were able to call Nick to come by and pick up the tent and bouncy castle as a favor. He was so polite and ran such excellent service we will DEFINATELY do this again next year.

We rented the 14 water slide, and it was AMAZING! It fit in the back of our van. We picked it up Friday night, which allowed us time to set it up without too much stress. We pumped it up and turned the water on Saturday morning, and we had people (kids and adults) on it until Saturday night without a problem. We used it again Sunday morning, then left it out to dry in the afternoon. It wasnt easy to get it folded back up, and it was HEAVY, so definitely plan on at least two people for that part. Once we got everything squeezed back into the van, the Bounce Party Supplies employees took over. We drove it to them Monday morning, and they removed it without me having to do anything, and they were very understanding about our attempt at folding it back up. Overall, a GREAT experience, and I would definitely use them again.
