I placed an order back on March 2, 2020 - I understand that the Corona Virus has had a tremendously negative effect on businesses but why can I not talk to someone about my order. I was originally told the latest my order would be completed is May 1, 2020. But I still have not had any answers as to where my order is or the status of it?? Google now has this CV site open and I call and it has an automated message saying the store is closed. At least let me transfer my monies to a store that is operational.

We ordered my wedding ring from the CoralRidge mall store. When we ordered it I was told a size and was told it should be a little big to account for swelling during the summer. After our wedding when I was able to wear the ring it felt like it was sliding off. Went in to see if we could get a smaller size and was told no we would have to buy a whole new ring. Even though it was their fault it was sized wrong. Went to the Cedar Rapids store and was told they exchange the ring. Cedar Rapids couldn’t believe how loose it was and resized my finger and the ring. The ring was a full SIZE AND A HALF to large. If you find a ring you like go to a different store with better customer service. Will not do any more business at the CoralRidge Location!

Beautiful jewelry for fair prices. Bob, the manager of this store and all his staff truly care about the customers satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure youre nothing but happy with your purchase. Bob was very patient with me, as I kept going back and forth with item quantities, and he never once huffed or frowned, he was just happy to help and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My necklace chain had broke a few days after I bought it, its a thin piece, and he happily replaced it free of charge. Businesses like Kays in Coralville, set the standard of excellence and exceptional customer service, its how they keep loyal customers like myself.

Bobbi was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable and really listened to what I had in mind for my special woman. Kay had an excellent selection of engagement rings at various price points. I will shop with them again in the future, hopefully for an anniversary ring!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I bought my wife a ring years ago and when we went to have it resized through the warranty they couldn’t find it. After a while they found it saying that their systems had changed and our warranty got lost. At this point the guy behind the counter says he is signing us up for a preferred customer program. He was how ever in fact opening a line of credit WITHOUT our permission. When confronted the manager said there was nothing that could be done and to contact the corporate office about filing a fraud charge.

Never buy from Kay Jewelers they will not do returns. You have to go through through alot of unnecessary red tape to return a piece of jewelry. The manager Bobby is not honest and truthful. I will never do business with Kay Jewelers ever.

Went to the Coralville location and the girls there were awesome!!! Kim, Dawn, and Minetta, (not sure of spelling) and Abby were such a great help. They all worked together to get us the best deals and save money. Have purchased there before and will be in the future.

BEWARE! I took my engagemnet and wedding rings in for their semi annual cleaning and check. Associate was nice and asked if I was signed up for email savings and coupons in the mail. When I said no he said why dont I get you signed up I said ok thats fine coupons are always good roght? Come to find out HE OPENNED UP A KAYS CARD! My credit score now takes a hit and all I got from the store manager was a sorry it happend and we talked to the employee about how he presents the card. That sorry came 5 days later after 2 online chats with customer care and 1 phone call with customer care...needless to say THEY were more sincere and apologetic then the store manager! NEVER will I go back to that store!

Came in for the first time to look at potential rings, and the woman “helping” us seemed very arrogant and the complete opposite of helpful. That’s definitely NO WAY to get new customers; when your employees have that sort of attitude.

Everyone working was extremely kind and patient to help my Fiancé and I pick out an engagement ring! It was something we were worried would be stressful and unable to get that day but they made it possible. Thank you so much team from Kay Jewlers. I wish I remembered all their names but Dawns name I hope that I am correct her and her coworker were the ones to help me select my ring and make me feel less nervous and comfortable. We had sent out my fiancees mothers ring to have it separated and resized to fit her. They said 11 days when we dropped it off its been 2 1/2 weeks and they said yesterday it should be in today. And that they would call between 12-4. I just called and they said another 3 days

Sales manager was incredibly rude. Tried to return something and she was almost angry about it. It was a gift and I didnt see any paperwork with it, but I felt like she was about to start yelling at me because I had the gall to ask about exchanges. Will not go here ever again if I can help it.
