We put an addition on in 2012 and had to move a lot line to get around a fire code. S&H did all the survey work and it passed the county review the first time, so we got to build it the way I wanted it. The county also required special structural work since there was a large overhang facing west. They were concerned about heavy winds lifting the roof off the addition. We just had a derecho blow through with 100+ mile an hour winds. Lots of trees down, but the addition survived 100% intact. Highly recommend S&H for you engineering needs.
