Ive been to this store twice now. Once for a lawnmower battery and the other for a iPhone battery. Pretty opposite ends of the spectrum, but on both occasions I was very pleased with the level and speed of service as well as pricing. Would definitely recommend.

The battery installed in my phone was defective and destroyed the internal charging unit in the phone. The store gave me a loaner phone, and I cannot blame them for a random occurrence like that. HOWEVER, I just returned from 11 days away (using the loaner phone) and THEY HAD NOT ORDERED A NEW PHONE. I am leaving in 2 days for a 3-week business trip and will still be using the loaner phone, which has much less memory than my phone and which occasionally acts not-quite-right. i am very unhappy about this. They put in the order for the phone today when we showed up at the store, expecting to pick up the new phone.

Well I left them my phone expecting it to be fixed within a day. But apparently there was a little delay and they said it would be done the next day. (No big deal to me) but the next day I was waiting and waiting for a call for it to be done. 4 rolls around, still no call. So I called them to ask them the status on my phone. They said that they were waiting for a part to get to their store and they would call me when I was done. (Thinking it was going to be done later that day maybe the next day at the latest) still didnt recieve a call from them. So A WEEK after I dropped it off I finally called them to ask them what the hell is going on with my phone. They told me that they had already called me and let me know it was done and I could pick it up. Which is the biggest lie ever because of that were true I WOULD HAVE MY PHONE IN MY HANDS RIGHT NOW.

Fast and friendly service and fair price

I scheduled an appointment to get a new battery for my phone. When I got there I was told it would be several hours. I asked what the point of making an appointment is if I can’t get it done at that time; I was told an appointment doesn’t guarantee a time. There was no problem with the battery change, my phone is working better, but it was disappointing and difficult to not get in at my appointment time.
