The two stylists were great!!! Nick L. Is awesome with adult hair. Hailey S. was amazing with childrens hair. Hair was cut exactly as we wanted. Communication was outstanding. My little girl looks like a princess, and I am in love with my hair. Will definitely be going back. Great Clips has lost officially lost my business. Thank You so much.

I have been coming here for many years for haircuts and they have always done a great job. Even when I moved to Dubuque I would come down to this salon for my haircuts. Now that I am back in the area it just makes it more convenient.I have been having my hair colored since November of 2018 by Sara and she does an amazing job!!!

I went in several months ago and had a blast taking with staff while I did a full hair color. Manager Sarah is amazing and made me feel confident with the outcome, kept me informed each step in the process, and created an environment as if weve been friends our entire life. All of the ladies that work here are fantastic and youre definitely in good hands!

I asked for a pretty complicated cut and dye. Afterwards I noticed there were some problems. (Ill admit I rushed out of there because my ride was waiting for me to get done. The one working on my hair I think even asked if there was any issue they would be more than happy to fix it. But again I rushed out of there.)Later on I called them back and spoke with the manager about my concerns calmly. Even though they have been so busy lately she got me back in asap. I also told her I didnt want to get anyone in trouble and understand that people do have off days, make mistakes or there was a breakdown perhaps in communication. She took the time to explain why the cut is a challenge for some. She was more than willing to fix the concerns I had with some correcting highlights and a trim for free.She was also very transparent in a good way in telling me what would need to be done and why to fix it. All and all, I left feeling good and confident with my hair.So if youre not happy with the cut and/or a dye speak up. Well do it politely! Because this manager does care about her store and her customers satisfaction.

Daughter had to go back for reperm because lady that did it was in to big of a hurry to leave the original perm day. Wife was upset with her style and cut and they missed on full stand of hair

Walmart cost cutters is the worst. Never have more than 2 people working, wait 60 minutes for what should only take 30 minutes. Very slow, only got through 2 hair cuts in 50 minutes. Need to understand customer service better. Wont ever go back again.

You need to visit the right person here. Some of them are good, a couple of them are bad. The old lady has messed up my hair twice. If you got assigned to her randomly, ask for a different person. Otherwise it is a normal budget salon.

I have short hair and I am extremely particular about how its cut. Sara does a great job. Shes a keeper!

Woah, had to go for a recut. Golly, ask to leave bangs alone, and watch for cowlick. So, I got very short, beyond uneven bangs. popped up high in the middle, below my eye on 1 side! The sides angled as asked on one side, but forgotten to blend in the back, so I got a chunk of hair left alone. The right side was blunt cut straight across shorter than the other side, so there was no fixing. How could that be considered angled? And not blend? Ive been there, had good and not so good haircuts. But this one--oh my goodness!

Dont show up 30 min before they close, they will be standing around and will refuse service because its almost closing time. But since when does a kids haircut take more than 30min?

Why is it so hard for your stylists to do a military high and tight. I have to fix my hair when I get home everytime. What do you get your stylists from the idiot school for hair.

Went there for a haircut. They rush through everything. Worst was when they dont clean you properly and leave hair on your neck, which obviously falls down to your back when they take off the apron and you scratch your back for the rest of your time shopping at Walmart.
