We had ours frameless shower done less than two years ago. It quite literally exploded this morning. There is glass everywhere. Additionally, they are unwilling to honor the supposed lifetime warranty. One of the larger pieces that fell also damaged the tub. Stay far, far away.

After doing our research and getting a few estimates, we decided to go with SED and we were not disappointed. They were very punctual, professional and answered any questions that we had in the process. We went with them for the door for our master bath renovation and will definitely use them again when we redo our guest bathroom.

I called on Shower enclosure direct to give me an estimate on installing a shower door on my recently remodeled shower. Ivan called the very next morning and came out a few hours later and did a very professional job of measuring the exact specifications for my shower. He used laser instruments to precisely measure the opening. He then drew up a diagram of what the door would look like and presented me with a fair estimate. We are so excited about the new doors and cannot wait for the installation.

Kevin and the crew installed a beautiful, frameless shower door, then adjusted the door and reinstalled it after the shower was retiled. They also created an amazing glass/mirror door (instead of the old wooden door) for the toilet area, so we finally have a full-length mirror in our bathroom (with frosted glass on the inside). Professional, friendly, and efficient every step of the way. I highly recommend their service!

Weve had our frameless shower doors in our master bath for a year now and couldnt be happier with the results. SED even took the time to figure out a way to install the doors completely frameless when others said it couldnt be done!

I received Kevins info (The owner of Shower Enclosure Direct) from a friend who used him for his home and was very pleased with his work so I decided to give him a call during my search for some shower glass I needed. This company is awesome. I had shower doors, a tub enclosure, all my bathroom mirrors and even a new piece of thick glass on an expensive floating cocktail table. The shape of the glass and how it had to be attached was very complicated. They took the table to their manufacturing facility and brought it back perfect. Nobody could ever tell it wasnt the original piece. Matches lower glass exactly. They are friendly, come when they say they will, and do a fantastic job. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

SED is the best. From our very first contact with SED they were professional, quick and courteous—within the office as well as their technicians! We remodeled our master shower and needed to have our glass enclosure reinstalled, as well as replace one of the custom glass panels. The technicians came out within a day of our calling them to measure the area requiring the custom glass panel. Within that same week our shower enclosure was completely installed for a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend SED and would definitely call them again for any future work we require!

I found this company in a home improvement magazine....thank God. I had 5 co. to my house, gave estimates and was getting discouraged. Mark came out the next day, measured and gave me a price I thought was a mistake. $700 cheaper than my lowest quote. They gave me exactly what I wanted, a slider with low iron glass and stay clean coating. They installed it in 1 week. Very, very easy co to deal with and Im very statisfied.

SED was actually the cheapest estimate. I had 2 previous, only SED was the cheapest and by far the most professional. I initially was skeptical as it was considerably cheaper. Only their professional conduct was overbearing. I signed the agreement and was honestly surprised at their punctuality and performance. SED was amazing. They removed their shoes upon entering, used lasers to align the doors, and installed in about 1.5 hours with zero issues. Honestly I was so impressed that it’s hard to actually believing this went as well as could imagine. It’s been 3+ months now and the work is as beautiful as the day installed. Ty.

When SED came out & measured I decided right on the spot to use them. I got the same features the other companies had & SED was hundreds of dollars less.
