All the copies and pagers are organized in an easy format to read and understand. Sign said open for business. I walked into an empty waiting room. The older lady who met me was super nice, but she had an appointment so she asked around other agents who were NOT with a customer. Just had some initial questions before making my appointment.None of the 3 agents even bothered to get out of their chairs to speak to me. I left.VERY RUDE AND DISCOURTEOUS STAFF!

The person I deal with, Carmen Rivera, works like my own personal accountant with my best interests at heart. She makes a typically unpleasant situation about as pleasant as one could make it. She is very knowledgeable with regards to the newest tax regulations and is always looking for ways to improve my tax situation. I can count on her throughout the year when I have any questions or am seeking direction on a particular tax issue that needs to be addressed during the course of the year rather than just at tax time. She is always available and always willing to help, not just at tax time when sometimes it is just too late.

At first view agent which I will not disclose her name was extremely knowlagable and expressed advice in my particular situation. She explained everything to me and told me I would be receiving X amount of dollars we shook and agreed on my amount everything fine she did not lock it in. Then when my refund came back it was nearly $1000 less than what we spoke about. I called the agent to find out what went wrong since I hadnt received a letter why it was deducted. She then proceeded to tell me she speaks to too many people and does not remember what we spoke of when I told her my paper work with the number we agreed on and would be requesting for, she then said well its staying that number nothing can be done now. So she lead me on to believe I would receive a certain amount and didnt put it through till after I left for a less amount. She could have called and communicated that she was going to file for a less amount but I received so I would be able to agree or not but I received no call no email just surprised two weeks after I filled! Would not recommend and if go here make sure everything goes through then and there.
