Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. They rarely return emails and never answer the phone or return voicemails. My family is overseas and we needed our SUV moved from Washington State to Oregon for our return flight in a couple months. We had a narrow window for the SUV to be picked up because the person who had the SUV in Washington would be going out of town, I was assured they could accomplish the pick up on time no problem. Then they didnt return my calls or emails until over a week after the deadline had past.When they did respond there was no apology, they simply emailed We have a driver that can pick up tonight. Is this vehicle still available?. it obviously wasnt but I was willing to reschedule. I called and emailed again, no response. I sent a total of 5 emails after the one they sent most recently and none have been returned. The last one was sent almost 2 weeks ago. I am trying to get my deposit back at this point.The thing that upsets me the most is that I asked if they could accommodate my time frame and they said it would be no problem. If they couldnt do it they should have said so and then I could have made other arrangements. My dad ended up driving the SUV to Oregon himself and having to take a train back. My dad has severe back problems but did this for me and his grand-kids anyway so we would not be without transportation. I am beyond disappointed that ACE auto transport left me in such a desperate circumstance that I had no choice but to accept my dads offer even though we both knew he would be hurting because of it.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My delivery was not completed and after instructing me to pre-pay the driver that was to deliver my vehicle, ACE not only refused to refund the money paid but also refused to answer the phone or respond to emails. In fact, I had to threaten a lawsuit before getting a response in the first place. I wound up booking another transport company at full price just to not have to deal with ACE again. There are so many other transport companies, please dont take a chance on this one.

This company lacks customer service. Must be two guys with a cell phone. We have tried to get hold of them to pick up our vehicle and are still waiting two weeks. They dont seem to care that it is costing us money. The shame of it is that we were told one thing and paid them and now no service. If they were honest and said sorry the time frame does not work, we would have selected another company. Do not use this company!

IN THE EMAILS, HE COULDNT EVEN GET MY CAR AND ADDRESS CORRECTLY AND STATES THAT IT DIDNT REALLY MATTER. ALSO HE TOLD ME THAT DRIVERS DONT COMMIT TO A CAR UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH USUALLY... THIS DIDNT EVEN REALLY MAKE SENSE BECAUSE IVE BEEN TALKING TO JEFF FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME WITH MY MOVE OTHER THAN LIE AND SAYS HE WILL HAVE A DRIVER SET UP FOR ME. THIS GUY ALSO HAS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. SO BEST BET IF I SEE YOU CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING I WILL SUE AND HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AS PROOF.AGAIN, REST IN PEPPERONIS.HE GAVE ME A PRICE AND DECIDED TO BACK OUT BUT MADE IT SOUND BETTER BY SAYING HED GET IT AS CLOSE AS HE CAN TO WHAT HE ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME. Terrible Communication. I called 6 times and sent 4 emails. Could never get in touch with Paul except for one time he finally answered the phone. He tells me he has to check with the shipping website to figure out what the status was. He said he would do that immediately and call me back. Well.... He never called back and 5 days later I find out that he has cancelled the delivery. If you want to be ran around and never get your vehicles shipped go ahead and book with Ace

Terrible communication. If you call them, youll get their voicemail. I sent multiple emails, none of which were answered. The only way you can contact them is a messaging service via their website. The messaging service is a joke. Please save yourself time and money and find another carrier.

Contracted with ace via USHIP to ship three cars across the country. They have been terrible at communication, have not complied with their own terms and conditions and seem unable to meet the shipment dates established. Very disappointed in their professionalism. I would not recommend them

I was unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I reached out to the provider via phone/email/text (all three) right after booking this. After 3 business days (they list Saturday as a business day) I couldnt get them to contact me to schedule the pickup. I disclosed to them the required pickup window in the RFQ which they accepted with their bid. I also got UShip support to try to contact them twice and they didnt respond. After 2 days I gave up and Uship canceled the assignment. Uship refunded all funds. I recommend to Uship to remove this company from their vendor list because of the unreliable nature of the company. After I couldnt get in touch with them I also tried to reach them through their Facebook page (also no response) and found a ton of negative reviews. If I had seen all the negative reviews I wouldnt have selected them in the first place. Glad I didnt use them and glad I got a refund. Disappointed I wasted a week of time on this company though.

Very poor! I was overcharged. I was told the amount would be reimbursed to me thru my PayPal and it never was. I tried numerous times after delivery of vehicle and got no answer or returned call. Finally, after calling several days in a row, I actually got the man on the phone. We agreed on the amount overcharged and he promised my reimbursement that day. That was now over a month ago and still no reimbursement and he will not answer or return my calls after numerous messages. I’m beginning to think this is a one-man operation and he’s the only one getting my messages so he’s ignoring my calls. Now I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and lodging a complaint there.

I booked them to ship a car three states away from me that could not do it in there time table they agreed to they made the excuse the truck broke down. They never returned and still have not returned my calls.

Not reliable at all. We scheduled our vehicle for pick up and approved the pick up date and they never showed up to pick it up. We called multiple times and sent emails but no one answers the phones, it seems that its a One person unreliable operation. They dont answer phones neither reply to emails.

Booked them to pick up a vehicle by 10/27. They called to tell me that they were picking up my vehicle on 10/27 and to expect and email with transporters contact info. They asked if i would be home on 10/28 for delivery. I never heard anything back and no email and they did not pick up vehicle. I called numerous times on the 27th with no response and sent and email on the 28th. (no response) Tried to cancel but they denied my cancellation on USHIP.

They moved my car from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee, Fl with no issue! Highly recommended!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The owner will not pay the transporter for moving the vehicle and you might get tagged with a bill for transport after paying him in advance. If you are inside the US this means that the transporter can put a lien on your car and if it is international you might not get the car out of the country without paying them and the transporter!!THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES, IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!

Booked them thru uship - 4 weeks no pick up no response on several phone calls - had to cancel shipping and use somebody else. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Buyer Beware! Almost no communication unless I initiated it with questions as to where my car was, why it hadnt been picked up, etc. One delay was on the seller of the car but ALL the other delays are solely on Ace Auto Transport. It took almost 3 weeks for the car to be delivered from Florida to NY. They then overcharged me by $50 and it took over 6 weeks to finally receive a refund and only after I hassled them, contacted UShip for their help and sent countless emails. Will never use again

Never received payment for transporting cars. Ace Auto received payment from customer, but failed to pay transporter. Called several times, but no response. Poor customer service. COMPANY IS A FRAUD!
