This was the first time using this company. Beverly my sales rep was extremely courtesy and professional from the beginning proving information and quoting my property when I called for information. Peter was my technician who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Peter walked me around the property both before and after completion and filled me in with tips to keep up with things. Peter was highly motivated and appeared passionate to his job. I got the roof/ driveway & patio/deck area completed and I must say I am impressed as it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning for any cleaning needs around the house. Peter even went above and beyond helping me move my fridge and couch back on the patio as he observed me attempting to do it myself.

No bleach but a mild chemical mist, and a powerful trailer mounted power washer, (not a Home Depot rental type unit).Job well done with no plant damage and no chemical smell, and no dirt in the pool, unlike the previous guy we used.Also, Beverly was very pleasant to deal with.

NEVER AGAIN, they are the most expensive and worst service that I had ever had. The only reason I went with them is because I was not able to schedule an appointment soon enough with my regular roof pressure cleaning company. The lady is very difficult to deal with and wants you to accept and sign everything beforehand, even the work order. She even said, they normally take a credit card to hold on file. Do not take her word of what will be done, ask for everything in writing on the work order. The work was terrible, oh, the extra work she will do (a very short front door walk way), because I was new customer, was never done. She was supposed to call me when the work was done, so, I may check the results, she never did. When I drove by my house and saw the work was already finished, I immediately drove to her office and dropped the payment on a table by the front door due to Covid-19 distancing. The service was not worth the money they charge or the frustration that I experienced. IT WAS VERY DISTRESSING EXPERICCE. I which I could rate then negative, but option doesn’t exist.

I called this company for a quote to pressure wash my roof and back patio. I explained that the last company I used a year or two ago broke a bunch of my barrel tiles and I ended up having to pay a roofer out of pocket to fix my roof afterwards. She gave me an estimate right away and the company came out a few days later to perform the work. I will never use anyone else but CS Pressure Cleaning! Their customer service skills are exceptional. I had a lot of oil and rust stains and they clearly told me upfront that they couldn’t guarantee being able to remove the oil stains but they did lighten them and made sure I was pleased with their work. They even came back out as there was one little area that needed to be touched up. Don’t go anywhere else but to CS Pressure Cleaning!

I had my 2 story house, roof, driveway, patio , screen enclosure and retaining wall all cleaned by Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. Scott, the owner and Beverly the office manager were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. The cleaning techs were on time and polite and did a great job! Ive had pressure cleaning done before, but I was amazed that my roof once again had multiple shades of color (not just black mildew), they got all the spots on the screen enclosure and the retaining wall that I thought wasonly get medium brown is tan again! (And they prove they have insurance!) Highly recommend them!

Very professional from getting a quote (Beverly) to the cleaning (Devon). Roof looks amazing!!

Initially when I called they were very friendly, were able to give me an estimate over the phone & also informed me the company carries Workmen’s Comp. insurance. I told them I’d like to get a few more estimates before scheduling an appointment. I found another company that also carries workmen’s comp that gave me an estimate $250 cheaper. I called back to see if they were willing to match or better yet beat the price & was rudely told the other company is not being truthful about their insurance coverage (keep in mind I never told her what company beat their price) & then wished me luck when someone falls off my roof & sues me before hanging up on me. Very unprofessional & extremely immature

This is the second time I have used the company. Making the appointment was so easy, they came exactly on time and it was the same person as last year. I hired them to pressure wash the drive way and walkway in front of my house . Every time I come home I am amazed at how bright and clean it is. They even added a few xtras and cleaned the basketball hoop, garage door and ithe green off the upper front windows!! I will never go anywhere else

Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning, pressure washed my roof 2 days ago and I was very pleased. The price and service were excellent. My roof was very dirty (looked black) and now it looks completely new! They first did my neighbors house and it looked awesome, then my neighbor told me the price and I was sold. What sold me even more was learning that they did not use any chemicals but a machine that makes the water VERY hot, making the cleaning process faster and better.I would recommend them based on my experience with the company.Ricky B.

After a great job of pressure cleaning our roof, the residue fell into my balconies. I asked for someone to please return and clean it off. I was told that no one was available. Needless to say, I had to clean the balconies myself. I dont believe that NO ONE was EVER going to be available. No one ever followed up with me. Horrible customer service.
