This company has outstanding products at a reasonable prices. They carry specialized products that I could not find any where else. I got an estimate for someone to perform a vapor treatment on my car and it was $200 for 3 strips. This company sells the same product for $45 for 12 strips.In addition, the customer service representatives are absolutely wonderful. There was a problem with the delivery of my products, FedEx was at fault, and they were kind, patient and professional in resolving the issues. I was/still am very impress with their professionalism. It is obvious that their goal is excellent customer service.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered two bedbug vacuums from this company and they refused to ship them to me because they Googled my address and it didn’t come back as my company name because we are leasing a different spot across the street. They told me that and I offered the solution of proving the address is for my company. In return they then informed me that it was a billing problem, my billing address for my card was not the same as the physical address of my company. At that point the gentleman I was talking to on the phone went on to say “we’re having a lot of issues with stolen identity lately so we can’t ship to any place other than the billing address”. First of all don’t give me another option if that’s your “policy” at checkout and second of all let my credit card company do the fraud protection that they are paid to do. Overall very dissatisfied with the company’s unwillingness to work with me but fast at offering a refund!

This company goes beyond in customer service. They really take care of their customers, and are experts in the matter, if you have questions they take the time to explain the details on the products. Excellent service highly recommended.

Products have been good; but the shipping is an big issue. As another reviewer said, they make promises they dont keep. We have ordered a couple of pieces of equipment from them and each time we have to call and follow-up and of course it hasnt shipped. We loose days of business of a result of their shipping issues.

I cannot say enough about this company and Michael in particular. Finding out you have bed bugs is VERY stressful and researching online and reading horror stories just made it worse. Plus exterminators are so expensive and, in my case, tried to take advantage of my panic. After placing my order, I called on a Sunday with a question, expecting to only be able to leave a message. Not only did Michael answer the phone, he spent so much time explaining and making me confident I could handle my BBs myself. He revised my order upgrading some products and removing things I did not need. I am lucky that I caught them early but Michaels help was priceless to me. It is nice to find a company that really helps and doesnt try to squeeze every penny they can from people in need. I hope you dont ever have to deal with BBs but, if you do, Michael is the man!

Shipping IS an issue, and Customer Service is TERRIBLE if you have to call 15 minutes before quitting time and get Efrain on the phone! Ordered $350+ supply, and it shipped separately for some unknown reason! Half the order arrived 2 days after ordering! Kudos! (I used BBS for this order for a family member in another state because I use BBS for MY BUSINESS, and was always satisfied, until now!) Im having to chase the remainder of the order with FedEx myself, more than a week later (after calling Customer Service nearly every day for the past week to no avail!) When I called Cust Service tonight at 6:45pm, loud music blared in background, and the Rep (Efrain, and it took a lot of work to get his name because he KNEW he was purposely being extremely rude to me!) let me know he was annoyed by my late call before he even got my name or situation! I was very polite and patient at first, but after receiving very little assistance, I became annoyed, and told him I expected more assistance. He then told me (VERBATIM) he didnt like talking to me and that he would send me an e-amail with the fedex number, then he HUNG UP ON ME! At 6:55, when no email came, I called back, hoping to get another Rep, but got the same man. I asked for his Supervisors name. He said he WAS the Supervisor, and the only person above him is the OWNER, and that THAT wont happen.. I wont be getting in touch with him! I told him I would take my business elsewhere from here on for my Business, he laughed and told me thats good, do what I want! I then told him that the Owner would get to see a Google Review from me, if nothing else, if thats the only way I can let him know how his employee is behaving. Once again, I got hung up on! Yet to see if the other 4 Gallons/1 Case gets received. So far, FedEx has been far superior with Customer Service, so my fingers are crossed!
