I didnt like being hassled for ETA every morning, I would rather discuss appointment timing and arrival with the broker, instead of guessing a time of destination two or three days out, which is subject to change every day depending on traffic, terrain, shape of truck etc. Kinda feels like everyone looks down at the driver as the only so called employee, also having to ask for permission to fuel was a joke, you have to give them three things the should already know before they grant you permission to top off, location of truck miles to go, and fuel levels, waste of time, and then they blame other drivers fir there incompetent is why things are like that. No respect for the driver here., and most of the time you only lowed to fuel 3/4 to half tank which I thought was counter productive, maybe why I went from. Close to 4000 miles a week to2500, also I had no tickets, or accidents, and the pay was 50 cents per mile as well

GREAT OFFICE STAFF BUT THE OWNER IS A COMPLETE HACK. MAKES ALL THE DECISIONS THEN WHEN IT DOESNT WORK TELLS YOU YOU ARE INCOMPETENT. REAL SENSE OF OWNING UP TO YOUR MISTAKES.. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. OWNER IS INCOMPETENT AT BEING COMPETENT. THERE IS NO FLEET MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE AS OIL DOESNT EXPIRE. OH AND WHEN THE TRUCK BREAKS DOWN HE BLAMES IT ON YOU INSTEAD OF HIS FLEET OF RICKSHAWS.

Good trucks reliable dispatch I’ve worked for them for 6 months and I have had no issues with communicating with my dispatch as soon as I have a issue on the road it is resolved as quickly as possible also good home time they work with me when I need to come home and also it’s not a problem when I need a little extra home time overall good company.

Was skeptical at first, people say anything to get you behind the wheel. Thought I was taking a chance but quickly realized that I was at the right place, at the right time. I was an ex con with a fresh CDL and Sanjay the owner put me in a 2018 t680 within 48 hours of us meeting. I made 1300$ my first week and have continued to learn and grow in this amazing industry since then. Sanjay assisted me in purchasing my first truck and I’m now a owner operator and it only took me 6 months working with this company. I get my settlements on time and if I need any help it’s available for me 24/7. Anyhow, it’s worked out for me but truck driving isn’t for everyone. If you want to work for a company that respects you and treats you like a person, not a driver. This can work for you.

I was able to make real money with this company from the very beginning. No gimmicks, no bs and no jumping through hoops to get a chance to prove you can drive. If you have a cdl and your ready to start making money this is good place to start. Warning though!! if your lazy, scary, can’t follow simple directions or not able to stay out otr road for at least 3 weeks, Not the right career choice for you. Literally, you get what you give with Royal Bengal Logistics and I highly recommend for students just getting out of cdl school. No crazy contracts or minimum pay just steady work and great income.

I HAVE BEEN IN THE TRUCK TIRE BUSINESS FOR OVER 25 years,I also own a road service companyWe got hired to do a road service for RBL LOGISTICS, but they are the type of company that calls three or four Roadservice’s and who ever gets there first is who they pay, So everyone else just gets Robbed and they will not pay a cancellation fee so please be aware of these scammers. Do not do business with them with out a deposit 💸

Definitely a great place to work. Ive yet to have an incorrect paycheck. And my checks have consistently been on time. I also havent missed a hometime. I had to be home for my daughters birthday, but the truck I was in broke down, so while it was in the shop I got a flight home.

When I interviewed for an OTR position with the owner Sanjay, I was fresh out of a driving program and only knew 3 parking maneuvers and only had one hour of road driving. At one point in the interview he was talking about things that I didnt understand so I reminded him of that. I figured that was going to be the end of the interview. But I didnt know what he was talking about. When he realized how nervous I was, his reply back to me was, you see your inexperience as something bad while I see it as a positive. I put that in this review because thats the kind of man he is. He sees the glass as half full. Ive ran into problems that I didnt know how to get out of and he has been available immediately every time with a solution every single time without fail. Instead of making me feel stupid for blowing out a tire, he used it as an opportunity to remind me of one of his favorite directives: Fast is slowest, Slower is fastest. Every one of his office team are hard working, responsive, upbeat people who go out of their way to make things easy for me and all the other drivers. I will stay with this growing company as long as they will keep me. I have been working with the the company as individual owner, never had any issues. Good pay, good equipment, pays all miles and on time. Know the rules and agrements and follow them, and get paid.Would definitely recommend working with RBL.

Worse trucking company they talked nice to new drivers because what they do is that they give the opportunity and then they dont pay drivers and they put driver to avoid tolls, make driver take over loads. This company is being Sued from many drivers. Do youself a favor dont take the risk with them. Stop giving negative feedback to drivers because is this company who is acting bad just to make money from drivers checks.

A friendly warning,This company is substantial sub standard, there business practices are less desirable: avoid at all cost.The equipment they preform there tasks with are very old. The trucks Sanjay Singh uses are not maintained. These have caused many problems including late deliveries often. This mostly to due with equipment failures and bad time management in the office. There process and behaviors are very indistinguishable from tyrannical nepotism.If you are considering them for employment! I urge you to reverse courses! The employees in this establishment are mis-treated, there pay is mismanaged.Many have employees and customers have set lawsuits in motion to recoup.
