LEATHER NIGHTMARE!!! Brought in my brand new suede jacket for cleaning that had only been worn for a few hours and had some makeup on the chest area. I asked the lady at the counter if it could be cleaned and she said of course. They said they needed a full week to clean the jacket but when i went to pick up the jacket, it was not ready. No one had called to let me know it would not be ready. They again said they needed a few more days. When I called to check on it again - it was still not ready. After more than 2 weeks I went in to pick it up and paid the $65.00 with the expectation of leaving. I then noticed that the jacket had a black spot appearing to be missing material. The jacket also had a spray-like residue all over and the material looked as if it was washed with a hard brush. I brought this to the owners attention and he said he would have it taken care of. To make a very long story short, within a 6 week period my jacket was in the possession of the store. The owner assured me that he would be jacket taken care of but I was left with a destroyed jacket that will never be worn again, $65.00 that the owner collected for a service that was not delivered. This was a HUGE waste of my time and money. Very unprofessional! As a word of advice, if during cleaning they identified that they could not clean the garment, they should have called me to let me know. In this case they gave me no option and instead destroyed my garment and then failed to take responsibility. I would NOT go back to Lori-Al Cleaners and would NOT recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. Staff is rude, store is very dirty and prices are very high. Plus they make you jump through all kinds of hoops when you want to use one of their coupons. There are many dry cleaners in the area but absolutely do not use Lori-Al Cleaners.

Long time customer of Lori-Al Cleaners. I find that they are the best cleaners around, especially when accounting for price. Recently they misplaced an item. The owner was very accessible and made right on my request. In this day and age, it is very rare for a dry-cleaner (or any business for that matter) to care so much about their reputation and to do whatever it takes to make things right. Thank you Lori-Al for being such a reputable business.

Excellent service. I took a dress for a wedding and my husbands pants to be altered and Shirley did a great job and in no time. I am very thankful. She is a lovely lady and does ver neat work. Recommend 100%

By far the WORST DRY CLEANER IN FLORIDA...their reputation is so Bad the owner creates new business in an effort to reset his image. Garbage in , Garbage out. Cant believe Coral Springs gives this DUMP an Occupational License.

This place is top-notch. I take my suits, ties, and dress shirts here and have never had a problem.UPDATE: I recently tried their tailor and shes very good. I no longer have to rely on the occasional bad tailor from Mens Warehouse.

The only cleaners I take my clothes to. I’ve tried others and I’ll never go anywhere but here friendly staff. My clothes are always pressed right and never had an issue. If you want a headache free experience with great customer service by a family owned business this is the spot for you. Thank y’all at Lori-Al.

Beyond disgusted with this place !! We dropped off pants it got fitted and tailored for a upcoming wedding we go pick it up !!we pay !! Then find out it’s too long so we get it cut literally half an inch manger tells us he won’t charge us !! So to prove he prints out a receipt saying DO NOT CHARGE!! My step dad goes picks up the pants him barely speaking English Lauren I goes decides to change him for it and while my step dad is telling her he’s already paid she telling him someone on the computer must of changed it and you gotta pay just like that !! No explanation or any reasoning why !! So I call and ask why her responses is that’s the way it is my manger isn’t here so I can’t ask him !! I tell her I was going to put a review on here to explain myself how I felt and that they lost our business!! Her response we don’t care we have loyal clientele !!! Shack my head !!

Came into the store on the day I was told my clothing would be ready, 9 days after I dropped it off, and was told they just werent finished with them yet. When I asked why they hadnt called to let me know, they were defiant when telling me they didnt have the time. Finally got my clothing 24 hours later, only to have a skirt that was brand new and never worn returned with a giant coffee stain on the butt. NEVER again will I visit this sham of a company. Pay the extra 5 bucks and find a better cleaner.

Went to a professional tailor and they charged me $25 for a hem where all they did was cut off the bottom. I could have done that myself. I also had them fix a waistband on my pants that I was planning on wearing on the plane the following day. They missed so many stitches that I had to fix it myself the morning of my flight. Not really sure what I paid for. Very disappointed!!

I have lived in Coral Springs for over 30 years, once i found Lori Al, i never looked back! They have never let me down and their alterations lady is very nice. I recommend them highly

Its been a favorable experience dealing with Lori-Al Dry Cleaners over the last 3 years that I have been going there for my dry cleaning products for my entire house hold. They seem to work their magic when I have tough stains to get out of my husbands shirts. Ive found the owner Jay to be very friendly along with the rest of the staff. The cost of dry cleaning is less than other dry cleaning facilities and you get the best service! Im going to rate Lori-Al Dry Cleaners an A+ ! H. Chase

Wort place I have ever been!!!!!!! The trailor can’t get anything right, and beware they’ll tell u one price when u drop it off, and then double it when u come to pick it up! IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!

Easy to do business with. Walk in, provide name, leave in 30 seconds with receipt. Same in reverse at pick up. Clothes are always well taken care of.

Used to go here for years, and went back after a while a remembered why I had stopped going in the first place. Was told my shirts would be ready by Friday when they were dropped off Monday. Went to pick up shirts oh the lady wasn’t there so I called to check on status after being told they would call me when she got in, Which should have been in 20 mins. 2 hours later was told oh they still aren’t done. Worst service I have ever delt with..... will never go back and I highly advise if wait an extra day or 2 after they say it will be ready so you don’t waste your time. Or just don’t go and save your self the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!!!

Deserves 0 stars. Worst experience with any store Ive ever been to. They met with me, took my measurements and assured me they could make my dress.... I even made a down payment and bought the fabric... making at least 3 trips to the store and the customer service was terrible and 5 days before the day I was supposed to pick it up the seamstress called and cancelled and told me to come pick up my fabric and money because she was no longer making my dress and now I have nothing to wear to my event.
