Used Hoffer this past week to tent our home due to a termite issue. The initial inspector that came out was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest about our problem. He gave us some good advice and quoted us a price that was drastically less than another big name company. We had great communication from Michael who walked us step by step through the process. On the days of fumigation we were kept informed on what was going on and were back in our home in a timely fashion. I would recommend Hoffer again and again...very nice people, very professional.

The Team was great, from Angela in the office who got the ball rolling and worked it all out for us, meeting all of our needs and making sure that we were completely satisfied. ThenRaul came 1st the other day, he gave us an inspection and identified some critters we were unfamiliar with and advised us on the proper course of action. Before we hired Hoffer, our lawn was diseased and dying. Jim was our service provider (and still is to this day) and completed turned our lawn around. I’ve never lived in a house before so I was quite surprised with the amount of bugs that can find it’s way in. I did so much research before deciding on using Hoffer. The reviews are great for a reason. This Company is always on their game. The pest issues stopped immediately and if I feel I need extra spraying some months, they come out immediately. Their customer service is amazing and the technicians are so knowledgeable. Today’s tech was Craig and he really listened to my concerns and paid extra attention to areas he felt needed it. It’s odd to rave about a pest control service but it’s one of those things that you know they are amazing if you don’t have to think about it. I strongly recommend this company!

I thought I had termites, my inspector checked the inside of house, attic and yard, and educated me on the difference of ants, termites, and the evidence they both leave behind. He was very thorough with his inspection. I actually went with Hoffer instead of Orkin, because I was so impressed with the inspectors inspection. Today was my first initial service, two techs showed up on time, we went through the formalities, and they went to work, paying special attention to all the hot spots. Even more impressive, my wife and daughter had questions, which they gladly answered, and one tech did a walk through in the bathroom with my daughter where she noticed problems. The tech had already serviced it, but had no problem with explaining what he did with her to fix the issue. Courteous,, professional, and happy to answer questions.

Hoffer pest solutions finally helped us get rid of the ants we’d been trying to battle on our own for a year with no success. They also helped us get the plaster bag worms under control. We still get an occasional cockroach, but whenever we have a problem they are extremely responsive and take care of our concerns right away. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

I have been using Hoffer Pest Solutions for 4 years and they are terrific. They keep my home well protected. Craig is an excellent technician. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He treated my home last week. Afterward, I had a new pest issue over the weekend so Craig came back this week. This is my first time dealing with the problem I have so I was very happy to get some help. I had a piece of furniture delivered to my house from a very well known furniture business. About a week after it arrived I started seeing a sawdust like residue all over the furniture. I suspected that it was some kind of infestation but I am not qualified to make that diagnosis.I called the furniture company and they agreed to pick it up if I could let them send an inspector. Hoffer Pest Solutions to the rescue! They had someone come to my condo named Julio Gutierrez. Julio was responsive and friendly and very customer-service oriented. He showed up on time and you could tell that he had many years of experience with my type of situation.The piece of furniture was infested with a pest called the power post beetle. Julio knew immediately just by looking at it. He was able to do a quick diagnosis and contact the furniture company to help with their next step in the process.I’m very happy to be on my way to getting this taken care of. I called for them to come get rid of my spiders around my house. They were extremely responsive and professional and showed up on time. They were very friendly and quick and helped my spider problem! I would recommend their services and will call again in the future if needed

Two servicemen arrived to my home. They arrived early without calling, as I was informed they would, but no harm done. I expected all of the rooms to be sprayed or some solution placed but it does not work that way. They checked bathroom and kitchen for any leaks and there were none. They put solution in the sockets in these rooms. They went outside to check for pests and spider webs and something to prevent entrance into the house. They left without telling me after I had asked them to inform me. Later my mother ckecked her bath and they broke the lid of her commode. It is plastic and lifts easily so I have no idea how that happened and I have to order one now. They never said anything and should have. I know It was not like that before they arrived and will call the office in the morning. Transparency is always best and disappointed that I was not told. I hope what they have done helps me. Trying to keep an open mind but it seems minimal. My expectations were different but my first experience with this kind of service.

Alexander Chin was our service tech. He was on time and professionally explained what he was going to do. We have used Hoffer Pest Solutions to treat both dry wood termites and subterranean termites for our house since 2018. Alex inspected the whole house thoroughly for signs of dry wood termites. Of course, there was none because Hoffer has been taking good care of our property. Alex also performed his routine service checking all the sentricons (subterranean termite baiting system) around the house to make sure that we are well protected, and brushed off all the spider webs from all windows and doors outside, and sprayed around the house to protect our house from all the insects and ants. Alex delivered an excellent service.

Was not happy with initial service manager, after that the staff was fine, at the end my grass did not have any improvements, waste of money, I think the products applied were not effective at all, slight progress it some spots, then over application of weed killer, burning grass, still had signs of chinch bugs after about 6 months in with service, had service on my lawn for about 10 years from other companies products and I feel this was the least effective

I saw a roach in our home. I called Hoffer and made an appointment. John arrived at our home and got right to work. He was very detailed and told me of the different ways roaches get into the house. For some reason roaches started appearing in my bathrooms late at night despite me keeping a clean house. I had moved in this house almost 2 years ago and never had it treated for roaches because there werent any at that time or maybe very very few so I called Hoffer Pest Control because they tented my home for termites last year and did a great job. So Manny came out and treated the bathrooms and kitchen because roaches are attracted to areas with water, the attic, and sprayed the garage and around my house and I havent seen a roach since! The treatment was reasonably priced and Im happy with the outcome!

The amount of work the technician performed on the first visit was impressive and the small ants are gone. I had used retail ant traps and sprays but could not seem to every completely eradicate them. Especially after our heavy rains during the summer. The technician knew what to do and it worked.
