My husband is extremely satisfied with his new hearing aids. MaryAnn has been an excellent provider. She explains everything thoroughly and is very patient. Gretchen the office manager is also very helpful. They both care for their patients. We are always treated with respect. We would recommend this office to anyone who has a hearing loss.

My wife had been complaining about my tv volume, so I scheduled a free test to check my hearing.. I went in not knowing what to expect, wondering if I was experiencing hearing loss. I felt instantly comforted by Mary Ann. She explained the inner workings of the ear and gave me a very through hearing test. I highly recommend this company, they do a great job and they care!

I received an invitation for my wife, Karen, for a free hearing test. My wife passed away last march in Alabama, from cancer, and never lived here in Florida. I started bringing my mom to Miracle Ear Coral Springs almost a year ago. The staff is incredibly professional and dedicated. My moms results are outstanding. Both MaryAnn Henry and Gretchen Leon are extremely dedicated to effective and efficient customer focus and positive results.

As a result of COVID-19, the VA outpatient facility I normally use was not able provide service for my hearing aids. I took a chance and walked into the Coral Springs facility and MaryAnn and Gretchen took immediate action. My hearing aids were shipped back to the manufacturer and within 10 days returned. I was given a hearing test, the hearing aids were reprogrammed and my hearing was restored. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent service and compassion shown by there two caring professionals.

I’ve been bringing my husband John Curra for the past 3 years to Miracle Ear in Coral Springs, FL. - The service we receive is beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!Recently he had some issues and we were going to wait for his next appt. but Gretchen said no come see me now, but I was worried of any costly fees because he is out of warrant, but Gretchen fix it and it cost us nothing! This is the second year I have been to this Office, and I must say, it is a wonderful service to the Community. The Office in Coral Springs is very welcoming by lovely, Gretchen. The Audiologist, Mary-Ann Henry, Hearing Aid Specialist, is very thorough, and makes you feel comfortable. For me, this was important, as I had never gone for hearing tests, previously.At this point in my life, I am very lucky, with excellent hearing on both ears. With that said, hearing loss runs in my family. I think Coral Springs ofc Maryann and Gretchen are just amazing. Every time I talk to my friends I take every chance I get to tell all my friends they can go where they want to for hearing aids but if they want perfection and superb service then I tell them ALL to go see MaryAnn and when I go for my cleaning or if I’m having any issues I get amazing service from Gretchen. Her efficiency is beyond words. The manager, Gretchen Leon is so professional and helpful in getting my client to be seen by Maryann Henry. She is also so pleasant and caring on the phone too. Maryann Henry is so knowledgeable and gives my client so much attention and time in helping her with her hearing aid, explaining what she needs to do to maintain the hearing aid and addressing any concerns or issues with the hearing aid. Maryann is so wonderful and so customer oriented and caring to her patients.

For the last 13 years I have never once been disappointed whenever I needed service whether I had an appointment or walked in with a problem. I would not even think of changing companies because of the service I receive from Gretchen and MaryAnn. Miracle Ear is the best!

They promised to help get a hearing aid at very low cost because of our low income. Submitted all the information required. Told approval was in. Then said no. Never got hearing aid. Not truthful. Sad for us, disgraceful for them.

I am posting my comments on behalf of my 97 year old mom. The staff, Gretchen & MaryAnn, are wonderful. Not only are they extremely professional & accommodating, they go the extra mile. Recently my mom’s hearing aid was lost when she was a patient in University Hospital. When I called Gretchen, she immediately told me it was under warranty, and that it could be replaced in a short amount of time. What a relief. And MaryAnn has remained patient with my mom even during the times my mom was not, explaining everything she was doing & repeating as needed. Both Gretchen & MaryAnn returned calls & e-mails promptly. My mom was happy to see their familiar faces when she had her appointment yesterday. Gretchen made sure her transportation waited instead of dropping mom off. (Last time my mom became agitated because it took so long to be picked up, but Gretchen calmed her down, & offered her something to drink.). It’s often the little things that mean the most. I would highly recommend this Miracle Ear location. And thank you to Gretchen & MaryAnn for their dedication & a job well done!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service and care for my 81 year old mother at Miracle Ear in Coral Springs. MaryAnne made my mother feel extremely comfortable and that she mattered, which is difficult because my mother has a very nervous disposition. When we received the hearing aides MaryAnne again took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My Mom loves her Miracle Ear hearing aids. They were worth every penny. The treatment I have experienced has been professional and my results have improved my hearing allowing me to respond to conversations and no longer avoid social activities. When I come to Miracle Ear it is a pleasant experience. I am greeted warmly by Gretchen with a smile and she has great coffee for me. Mary Ann provides all options and even came to my house to help me once when my travel was restricted and the results were just like I was at the office.
