They never showed for my appointment. When I called to ask why they didnt answer or return my calls.

They installed my wood floors to perfection

I just had laminate floors installed in our bedrooms by Alexanders Wood Floors and we are very happy with the installation and the staff. They were very quick to come out and give an estimate and were able to fit us in very quickly. Their installers, Doug and Kyle, were both courteous, very professional and meticulous. They did a great job. They were punctual and made sure we were completely satisfied down to the smallest detail. We would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs and will not hesitate to use them whenever we need flooring installed/repaired/replaced in the future.

Scott and crew came in to refinish our wood floors throughout the house. They did a good job protecting things, damaged a wall, but fixed it. The work was coming out nicely until the last coat of sealer, which left marks all over the floor. We called Scott for days, and he said he would come back and fix the marks, he never showed. We called Roberto who finally answered the phone and came to look at the floor and said he would schedule for someone to come back in a few days to repair the floor. No one showed. We continued to call Roberto, to no avail. We called Scott who was surprised Roberto didnt respond and he said he would be sure Roberto will call. Roberto finally sent an email that he had just returned from out of the country and would call that afternoon. No phone call. Its a shame they are not following through, because basically, they did a nice clean job. They should have come back and fixed their mistakes.Hey guys, read this and come back and fix the floor and we will revise the review!

Absolutely fantastic job! Called to get and estimate and Scott came over the next morning, he was more than happy talking through options and pros/cons in refinishing the maple floors in our kitchen and family room. What was nice is that their price was all inclusive, move furniture, all wood work refinishing and move furniture back. Dave did the majority of our refinishing work and was great, his attention to detail and care for our kitchen cabinets finish was something you dont see in many contractors. Will be working with Scott and his team for one of our bedroom floors next!

We found this company online and arranged for an appointment. The owner was very informative and invited us to the showroom. They have really beautiful selections and the flooring was installed to perfection. Thank you so much to everyone involved in bringing our vision to life. We really appreciate your guidance, patience, and hard work.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Scott explained exactly what they would do, they were professional and did the work on time. Very nice guys and I would recommend them. I will use them again when I need my wood floors done.

Beautiful flooring options, honest pricing, friendly staff, quality installation. This company is a model of how a business should be managed. I highly recommend them.

This company (and workers) are a TOTAL nightmare and I HIGHLY recommend to NOT hire them. They sell you up front but I can assure you that they will not follow through. They sawed the wood IN my home which broke my brand new AC unit and demolished my home. I had to pay a cleaning crew hundreds of dollars to clean up the mess, pay to have my AC unit fixed and had to pay to have my entire 4,000 sq ft home completely repainted, even though it did not need to be repainted. The saw dust stuck to the paint and would not come off. They were extremely messy and disrespectful and the owner is full of excuses as to why he cant show up. From his kids to his car constantly breaking down to having headaches. The thresholds were put in totally uneven and almost ruined the wood, glue was EVERYWHERE and when we asked about them cleaning up the glue they told us that is how it is and we can deal with it. When we refused to pay them the last $500 (due to all the money we had to spend cleaning and fixing the problems they caused), the owner became irate and informed us that the warranty he says he provides is actually not a warranty and we dont have one now. He also said he is not on the BBB because he does not want people complaining about him. Please be careful using this company and I would have a lawyer do a contract for you if you are spending $20,000 like we did. The final product looks amazing but the process getting there was beyond stressful. They ended up making everything right but there is no reason that it had to be the nightmare that it was. If you hire them I would ONLY let the owner Scott do the installing. He is a mastermind wood guy but he is typically not the one doing the work.
