This is the ONLY dentist office that I have been to where you don’t have to fight them over “fluoride” and “gum treatment” up charges when you go for a cleaning. THANK YOU! I’m addition, they estimated that a crown I need will be over $500 less than TLC. Go to this office. You will not regret it!

I had to get two root canal‘s on the same side of my mouth and I was absolutely terrified. But the love and compassion that the whole Staff had had me at ease. For being a dentist it was a pretty good experience. 🥰🥰😂😂 if you’re looking for a dentist facility that makes you feel at home definitely go here

My two girls always have so much fun with Dr. Stephen Criscuolo. He is their funny dentist. I love that they associate the dentist with him and fun! It was my first time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. Very gentle cleaning and friendly staff. Gave me payment options and referred me to the orthodontist. Very pleased with this dentist office and highly recommended.

This is by far the worst dental practice after changing ownership! Dr Green was AMAZING! I trusted him and his recommendations for my family. That’s changed, drastically! It’s a money grab, with tons of deceit attached. They love to text you 45x/day to schedule. However, love to make you sit for 45mins while other later appointments, go before you. Dismal at best. How they can perform a root canal that continues to develop abscesses & tell the patient, here’s your cost of $2,200 when WE messed, is beyond me! I’m in pain which your practice caused. What are you going to do? Folks, NOTHING! They actually laughed about it. Bc now, the infection has destroyed the bone from being able to perform an implant. They have caused harm. I’m on the fence about contacting an attorney for medical malpractice. Any attorneys out there wanna chime in?

I unfortunately, had a filling come out of a tooth. A tooth that was pretty bad yo begin with. It was 3 days before i couldnt take no more and decided to go in from a referral from a co worker. I went in and was given several different quotes all abive 300 dollars even with insurances. I just needed the pain to go away and I felt like they played on that.I ask to just have the tooth pulled and was given a hard time. They then said ok but can only do it on Saturday. So i left still in pain and no appt. Sometimes profits and metrics get in the way of patient care.Im not giving them a 1 star because of their ability to sale however, its because of the lack of empathy to see selling at that moment was what was not needed.After insurance paying 700 dollars just to pull a tooth i still needed to pay 155. I was ok with it but because i choice not to do the other stuff i was told. Ok, we can get u in on Sept 15th to pull it?I was already in the chair. You can spend 2 hours on the other procedure but not 30 minutes to pull a tooth?Still in pain tonight.

Ive been having all of my dental work done at this Coral Springs dental center for a long time and no complaints. From when they serviced Southern Bell CWA Union workers to now. Currently my Dr. Is the best. Dr. Shulman has been my wife and my dentist since the new company. We have been getting the highest quality and professional dental care.

Worst service I ever had. During my examination nurse was typing on very dirty keyboard with her gloves and then putting her gloves into my mouth to take x ray pictures. X ray pictures were taken too many times and was retaken twice for the same area. I had small filling for $300 without insurance and without any medication to prevent pain, when I went to different clinic I was told there is no filling at all. When I came back to Coral Springs with complain and I was advised not to come in future and nothing else was done.

I lived in Florida before 2008 for many years, and I know the business practice of general dentist in Florida.Any time you go to a new dentist try to do the procedure witch you do not to need they just want to get money out of you.Most people do not know what they need or do not need so they fall for their trap.My case is I know my dental health very well I take care of it well and I have lots of experience in it.Since 2015 I was leaving in 3 state NY / CA and from last year Florida. I have doctor in NY and California also My cousin brother has a dental hospital in India.I took my husband to coral spring dental center.(Coral Springs Dental Center 1700 N University Drive #101 Coral Springs FL 33071) They quoted him $24000 two implant pole dentures. He went to India and got his whole mouth dental implant from my brother’s hospital for $15000 remember its whole mouth implant its like get a new set of teeth back again.From Last year I gave them many businesses for my teeth other than regular cleaning I used their endodontics and Oral surgeon I had a dental surgery with a dental surgeon in this facility I was happy with their treatment, today I went for a regular dental cleaning. They were trying to do a deep cleaning without my concern where I have to pay money for 4 quadrant witch, I have not authorized them to do it.After first cleaning they recommended this, but I consult my doctor in NY and CA they said I do not need it now since I never miss my regular cleaning. I was considering taking the treatment before the surgery, but those teeth are gone now no reason anymore to take deep cleaning Why should I through money when I know I do not need it.Any way they did not do my regular cleaning and refused treatment since I did not take deep cleaning it is not that they were not getting paid they would have get money from Insurance for general cleaning.After I started using their facility, I took my husband there and I took my sister and nephew there.They throw out a customer like this for more greed.Doctor I see in NY and CA they are very much experienced and well educated in dental field. I do not know doctor I see today Might be her name is “Cassandra” What is her qualification and experience.If I were the owner of the place, I would have handle this differently but Its their business what can I say.I keep on doing just basic treatment here since I am paying for the insurance and anything big, I need to do where I have to pay out of pocket cost I will go to India its much cheaper and better quality job they dothere.I need to add here that I was out of Florida for last 14 Years and start treatment in two other state at least I used 4 other dental facility and took treatment with 4 other doctors ( I can produce documents )no one told me to take deep cleaning. This is only in Florida I had this issue 14 years ego here and still now. Many people are not fortunate like me to explore treatment and get to know so many doctors and have opportunely like me but still people getting treatment in South Florida should do more research before they jump in to one doctor’s advice.Most dental facility in Florida will advice one deep cleaning witch cost you about 1500 every time you start with a new dentist many doctor’s in other states do not do this kind of practice.

I needed to get a filling repaired/replaced on one of my wisdom teeth on a short notice. I contacted Coral Springs Dental Center. My first visit was smooth. Their customer service staff surprised me. They went above and beyond to find me a spot on the same day. The Dr and her staff also were very friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain every steps of the procedures and they proceeded with extra care. Service was professional and prompt. I left the clinic happy and satisfied.

I have been seeing Dr. Casado for almost a yr and she will never steer you wrong! I called because my tooth broke in half, because of an accident. I called on a Thursday night when they were about to close and wanted to give me an appt. the next day, but I couldn’t take off. I ended up with a Saturday appt at 9A. That’s right people! They are open Mon-Sat from 8A-8P, and on Sundays from 11A to 5P. I ended needing a root canal and a crown. The total cost was $1,850 and some change. I didn’t have insurance at the time and they offered me an in-house plan. They also accept Care Credit. They will work with you and provide payment arrangements, if necessary. Another place wanted to charge me $2,330. If you are thinking that this is too much; feel free to find other places and I promise you’ll be gravely disappointed. My tooth that I had the root canal on; nobody can tell that it wasn’t an original member of the group, lol. The office is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. You won’t regret coming here!

Been a patient for many years now. Visiting the dentist has traumatized me as a kid, but Dr. Shulman and his staff are absolutely amazing, kind, and very professional. Claudia has been my hygienist from the beginning, I absolutely love her and she is very precise!

So sad to see yet another dental facility that is stuck in the dark ages of customer service.You sit around and wait for hours, staff doesn’t communicate to doctors so they just ask you the same stuff over and over. And didn’t even solve the issue.This is corporate giant kinda facility. Stick to smaller boutique type places where the customer service is so strong.That was wasted 3 hours of my life. Didn’t solve my issue, poor customer service, but I’m sure I’ll be charged though.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!Went in for an emergency visit. Front desk staff is very nice and the dental assistant was nice and funny (the only reason I am giving them a 2). The dentist made it clear that she was in a hurry and had to leave. Didn’t look at the what was on the screen or at my expats she just kept asking me why are here? What do you need? Now this was my first visit to this place and all the dentist did was throw 2 scripts at me and told me I had to get the tooth pulled and left. She made me feel like she couldn’t be bothered. Oh and the best part was she gave me the same prescriptions I told her and her assistant that were not working and that I was still in pain. So now I am going to check out and all they care about is having this tooth pulled, so I ask how much is it to pull the tooth. They couldn’t even give me a price. All the front desk person told me was I can’t tell you what it is until the day of the appt just make sure you have the money in the bank. Really special place. I would let them clean my dogs teeth.

Brought my 13 year old daughter for cleaning, x-rays and exam. The hygienist was super nice and detailed. Dr nunez is very nice, made us feel very comfortable, and took the time to explain the 3 cavities found in detail. The Dr was also able to take care of the fillings on same visit which is a major plus for me since Im on a busy schedule. Overall great staff! Thank you so much!

At first I was very nervous being that I suffer with anxiety. Doctor Cynthia Habashy was sooo understanding and during my extraction I felt no pain. Every one is sooo nice and professional, I can say I finally found a dental center I can call home.

Absolutely fantastic start to finish. im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but from the beginning everyone there was very warm and kind and helped me feel at ease. definitely would reccomend.

I was getting on the dental chair yesterday I was putting my right leg over I almost fell off. The chair was swirling around was not secured in tight. The hygienists grabbed my hand I yelled out in fear I would fall. If I fell on the floor it would have been very dangerous. I have a very bad back & 2 knee replacements. When I got finish with my cleaning I needed 2 people to hold the chair so I could get out. Also the hygienists I had had a very high accent I didnt Understand one word she was saying. I had my first visit and it was great. I didn’t have to wait long like ore places I’ve been too. All the staff is SO sweet. And I trust them just because I told the dentist that I thought I had at least 4 cavities and she was honest and said there were only two. A previous place I went to told me I had 6 and when I got a second exam at a different place they told me I had zero. So overall, a great experience.

My set of teeth broke while on vacation, i went in to get a new pair and i had it before the day was over. Overall great experience and loved every second of it.

Dr. Amazing who did a root canal on me has angel hands and great bedside made me comfortable and walked me through everything he was doing (if you want to know)! They are not transparent with their prices. I honestly feel they are over priced. I had to go back three times to correct work that was previously done. Everyone is pleasant, clean environment, great office hours. I just dont think Ill be going back.

I started to go Coral Springs Dental CenterRecently after moving back to Florida after 12 years. In this 12 year I received treatment In New York and California with few awesome doctors. Last thing they will do is keep their patient in Pain. 4/5 weeks ago, I started some discomfort on my gum. I went to my coral spring dental central and see Doctor Cynthia Habashy nice doctor she recommend me to take over the counter pain medicine and see an endodontics. Next day pain was more and no over the counter pain medication was working. I call coral springs dental central and Doctor Habashy prescribe 3 kinds of medication till I get an appointment with an endodontics. I felt relief with medication. I saw Doctor Mikhail M Gankin He did a root canal on me, but infection was too big he could not close it he put some medication inside the tooth and ask me to come back in 3 weeks. I forgot to ask him for a refill f of pain medication since over the counter does not work for me. While checking out I ask the front desk girl to ask him for a prescription she went inside and came back and told me he will not give me any pain medication prescription he wanted me to use over the counter med. I was shocked since he knew how big the infection is, I expected little more empathy for his patients (I also have a doubt that the front desk girl actually ask him for a prescription) I called my primary doctor, and she gave me some strong pain medicine to sustained 3 weeks. About front desk girls of this place, they are nice but they some time make mistake with billing and when you call, they ask you if you can hold but they will not wait for your answer and put you on hold. In 3 weeks, pain was more face was badly swollen when I see doctor Gankin he recommend me for an extraction. After a week I went and see Doctor Giancarlo Bland genuinely nice oral surgeon he said he need to get the swelling down and then do the surgery he gave me the treatment plan which was needed to take two teeth out and treat the infection he immediately gave me some medication and told me to come back in 4 days. I took medication and went back for the procedure on specific day total time was taken for the procedure was 30-minute. Surgery was smooth and painless, Fantastic doctor and full of empathy for patients gave more prescription to feel less pain. Overall, all doctors and facility is good some of the doctor are really awesome.

This practice was purchased from Dr. Green, they did not honor the previous doctors work. They actually degraded Dr. Green, unprofessional. The scheduling individual would change my appointments to accommodate her friends, I complained to one of the doctors and was blown off. Now that business is bad they want my business? Please remove me from your database.

Everyone was professional and understanding. My only issue is that the dentist who first saw me for a diagnostic plan, went over the plan with me and also gave me a copy. But on my schedule appointment I was suppose to have three tooth extracted and did two. Came back for the other extraction yesterday and the surgeon told me that it’s two teeth to be extracted. No where in the plan or dentist told me so. I just wished that everyone was on the same page. My dental plan is lousy and expensive. So, imagine me saving the money for one tooth extraction and come to find out that it’s another $180 plus the $160 for the original extraction. I just wished that someone would called and explain the visit before I come in and make sure that I have the funds. Thank you

Doctor Candy and the staff are marvellous! Theyre very attentive always making sure that the patient is taking care of. The Dr. wants to make sure that the patients experience at the dental center is phenomenal. I highly recommend Coral Springs Dental Center to anyone whos looking for an outstanding dental experience.

Ive always had bad experiences since I was a kid at different dentists. As an adult most of the problems Ive had with my teeth have been from fear on sitting on the dentist chair and getting worked on. Today I had to go to the dentist for an emergency procedure to remove #31 Molar because of damage. I was met with the hygienist JOSE and my Dr was Dr.Candice Casado. I need to be honest and say it was the greatest experience ive had in a dental office. from the front desk girls being on top of things, to Jose calming my nerves with jokes and with Dr.C knocking that tooth out in record time. Im beyond thankful for finding this clinic and will continue coming here.

I previously had excellent visits here but I have to say when I had some recent live events that caused me to rebook and appt 2 times and I had to reschedule to Nicole, she was extremely rude/short with me on the phone. Not the kind of refreshing customer service you like to hear right before a big appointment.

A wonderful dental office. But if it opens up on Sundays it should be at least open from 9 to 1 or 2. Because they need time to relax also. These people arent robots. Theyre humans also. I think this is a reasonable time. But overall theyre knowledgeable and kind. Thats difficult to find.

My dental hygienist was Neeraja... she was awesome! She was thorough with my cleaning and gave me tips to maintain good oral hygiene. I was looking for a place after moving to Florida and this spot is definitely it! They open on weekends and close late which really helps with my work schedule. I’m happy and will return for my next appointment.

Had both mine and my husbands first visit today. Great experience with Pooja and Charity at the dental center. Service was very efficient and staff are very friendly and welcoming just like the other reviews stated. This is the first time I feel that plan of care was discussed thoroughly and prices for my husbands plan was very transparent.

I had a very painful infected wisdom tooth pulled recently and I have to say the office and staff far exceeded my expectations they’re cleanliness, skill set and friendly hospitality work in tandem to make your visit comfortable and pain free. I’d like to give a special thanks to surgeon Matthew Rossen and his assistant Jose in they’re fine work.

This was my 3rd time there. First for myself had to have two wisdoms taken out. Dr. RAND have angel hands. Super sweet spoke with me the entire time and was letting me know what was going on, he knew my history with dentists wasnt the best but I have to say I ABSOLUTELY trust him.This week I took my 3yr old and 16yr old to see Dr. Criscuolo and they both loved him. He was super nice spoke to both of them and explained what was going to happen and explained afterwards. He took his time and eventhough we were the last appointment we were not rushed out of there like the other dentist we went to.

It’s the first time I went and I enjoyed, Gisela (the assistant) was very welcoming and funny. She made my laugh a lot and looked like she was knowledgeable on what she was doing. Really love the work and will definitely come back.

I ask for my x rays which I paid on full for it. 2 months later nothing. I paid the fees. The balance is zero.Now they sent me 50$ bill.Past due.I will report them .If I can I will make police report.The official center of fraud and scams.Please dont go there.

I called on a Thursday in excruciating pain, they were able to get me in Friday morning. I showed up about 20 mins early to my appt I knew I was going to have to fill out paperwork being it was my first time. Plus being in so much pain I wanted to get it over with. I walked in at 9:40 for a 10 o’clock appt and was done and walking out of the door by 10:05. The ladies at the front were BEYOND helpful and passionate. Then I meet with the oral surgeon who spends time really trying to find out what’s wrong, instead of just pulling a tooth billing me and sending me on my way. I really felt like he actually cared. Thank you so much Coral Springs dental center.
